Abstract

本发明公开了一种适用于有温度要求的高剪切乳化机,包括机座、设置于机座上的支架和设置于支架上的乳化桶,乳化桶内设置搅拌装置,搅拌装置包括驱动电机、搅拌轴和设置于搅拌轴上的乳化剪切叶片,乳化桶外周设有调温空腔,调温空腔上、下端分别设置进、出口,乳化桶内自上而下平行设置多个乳化剪切网将乳化桶内分成多个乳化室,每个乳化室内均对应设置乳化剪切叶片,乳化剪切叶片为方片状且其上均布剪切孔。本发明通过在乳化桶外周设置调温空腔,当乳化过程需要特定温度时,可往调温空腔加入蒸汽、热水、油或冷冻剂等介质以保证乳化所需温度,乳化桶内配合设置有乳化剪切网和带孔的乳化剪切叶片,能使乳化液细化,提高乳化效率及效果。

适用于有温度要求的高剪切乳化机
技术领域
本发明属于制药设备技术领域,具体涉及一种结构简单,操作简便,适用于有温度要求的高剪切乳化机。
背景技术
乳化是液液界面现象,两种不相溶的液体,如油与水,在容器中分成两层,密度小的油在上层,密度大的水在下层。若加入适当的表面活性剂在强烈的搅拌下,油被分散在水中,形成乳状液,该过程叫乳化。乳化机是目前国内外生物医药、食品化工等领域将介质乳化的一种装置,药厂在制备药膏类产品时使用乳化机,能提高乳化质量,使产品更加细腻,并能提高生产效率。传统的乳化机在乳化过程中,仅能在正常的常温下进行,对一些初始需要特定温度的乳化工作,如需要低温环境保证活性的物质,或者需要高温加热才可完成的乳化,通常是前期先将物料进行加热或降温,然后进行乳化,十分不便,而且目前的乳化机普遍存在着剪切力较小,工作时间长、工作效率低、人力物力浪费严重的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,操作简便,适用于有温度要求的高剪切乳化机。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,包括机座、设置于机座上的支架和设置于支架上的乳化桶,所述乳化桶上端设置乳化料进口、下端设置乳化料出口,所述乳化桶内设置搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置包括驱动电机、搅拌轴和设置于搅拌轴上的乳化剪切叶片,所述乳化桶外周设有调温空腔,所述调温空腔上端设置调温介质进口,下端设置调温介质出口,所述乳化桶内自上而下平行设置多个乳化剪切网将乳化桶内分成多个乳化室,每个乳化室内均对应设置乳化剪切叶片,所述乳化剪切叶片为方片状且其上均布剪切孔。
本发明通过在乳化桶外周设置调温空腔,当乳化过程需要特定温度时,可往调温空腔加入蒸汽、热水、油或冷冻剂等介质以保证乳化所需温度,乳化桶内配合设置有乳化剪切网和带孔的乳化剪切叶片,能使乳化液细化,提高乳化效率及效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明,但不得以任何方式对本发明加以限制,基于本发明教导所作的任何变更或改进,均属于本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,本发明包括机座1、设置于机座1上的支架2和设置于支架2上的乳化桶3,所述乳化桶3上端设置乳化料进口5、下端设置乳化料出口6,所述乳化桶3内设置搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置包括驱动电机12、搅拌轴9和设置于搅拌轴9上的乳化剪切叶片10,所述乳化桶3外周设有调温空腔4,所述调温空腔4上端设置调温介质进口7,下端设置调温介质出口8,所述乳化桶3内自上而下平行设置多个乳化剪切网11将乳化桶3内分成多个乳化室16,每个乳化室16内均对应设置乳化剪切叶片10,所述乳化剪切叶片10为方片状且其上均布剪切孔17。
所述搅拌轴9下端设置转桶齿轮14,所述驱动电机12之驱动轴上设置驱动齿轮13,所述转桶齿轮14一侧与驱动齿轮13啮合配合,另一侧设置辅助齿轮15。
所述搅拌轴9与乳化桶3连接部位设置密封件。
所述剪切孔17的孔径为3~8mm。
本发明的工作原理及工作过程如下:
本发明通过在乳化桶外周设置调温空腔,当乳化过程需要特定温度时,可往调温空腔加入蒸汽、热水、油或冷冻剂等介质以保证乳化所需温度,乳化桶内配合设置有乳化剪切网和带孔的乳化剪切叶片,能使乳化液细化,提高乳化效率及效果。
工作时,将待乳化料从乳化料进口5加入到乳化桶3内,若乳化过程需要特定温度,可以从调温介质进口7加入蒸汽、热水、油或冷冻剂等介质以保证乳化所需温度,然后启动驱动电机12,搅拌轴9带动乳化剪切叶片10转动,在剪切孔17和乳化剪切网11的作用下,能使乳化液细化,提高乳化效率及效果。搅拌轴9与驱动电机12通过齿轮传动配合,且还设置有辅助齿轮15,转动平稳且方便检修。

1.适用于有温度要求的高剪切乳化机,包括机座(1)、设置于机座(1)上的支架(2)和设置于支架(2)上的乳化桶(3),所述乳化桶(3)上端设置乳化料进口(5)、下端设置乳化料出口(6),所述乳化桶(3)内设置搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置包括驱动电机(12)、搅拌轴(9)和设置于搅拌轴(9)上的乳化剪切叶片(10),其特征是:所述乳化桶(3)外周设有调温空腔(4),所述调温空腔(4)上端设置调温介质进口(7),下端设置调温介质出口(8),所述乳化桶(3)内自上而下平行设置多个乳化剪切网(11)将乳化桶(3)内分成多个乳化室(16),每个乳化室(16)内均对应设置乳化剪切叶片(10),所述乳化剪切叶片(10)为方片状且其上均布剪切孔(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于有温度要求的高剪切乳化机,其特征是:所述搅拌轴(9)下端设置转桶齿轮(14),所述驱动电机(12)之驱动轴上设置驱动齿轮(13),所述转桶齿轮(14)一侧与驱动齿轮(13)啮合配合,另一侧设置辅助齿轮(15)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于有温度要求的高剪切乳化机,其特征是:所述搅拌轴(9)与乳化桶(3)连接部位设置密封件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的适用于有温度要求的高剪切乳化机,其特征是:所述剪切孔(17)的孔径为3~8mm。
