本发明提供了一种新型立式搅拌器,包括机架、立式搅拌筒和搅拌装置,机架设置在立式搅拌筒上方,立式搅拌筒为上端开口的中空圆柱筒体,搅拌装置包括搅拌轴、搅拌叶、圆形转盘、转轴、第一电机和第二电机,搅拌叶为矩形,且交错设置在搅拌轴上,搅拌轴为两个,且对称设置在圆形转盘下方,顶端分别设有一第二电机,并由第二电机驱动,一个搅拌轴上的搅拌叶伸入另一个搅拌轴上的相邻上下两搅拌叶的间隙中,圆形转盘设置在立式搅拌筒底端内侧,顶部中心与转轴连接,转轴由设置在机架上的第一电机驱动。优点是:提高搅拌效率,降低启动时转矩,降低搅拌叶的磨损;此外可调节两个搅拌轴以不同的旋转速率和旋转方向工作。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,尤其涉及一新型立式搅拌器。
背景技术
[0002]目前,立式搅拌器有多种结构形式,由于在搅拌时,对于混合均勾度要求较高、粘度高的粉体及密度差异较大、粉料种类多、投料比小的粉体及颗粒混合不宜使用,其主要存在以下不足之处:现有的多轴搅拌器,每根轴只能固定旋转,叶片间距有限,在搅拌时存在死角,难以搅拌充分。
发明内容
[0003] 为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一新型污水处理装置。
[0004] 为了达到以上目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种新型立式搅拌器,其特征在于:包括机架、立式搅拌筒和搅拌装置,所述机架设置在立式搅拌筒上方,所述立式搅拌筒为上端开口的中空圆柱筒体,所述搅拌装置包括搅拌轴、搅拌叶、圆形转盘、转轴、第一电机和第二电机,所述搅拌叶为矩形,且交错设置在搅拌轴上,所述搅拌轴为两个,且对称设置在圆形转盘下方,顶端分别设有一第二电机,并由第二电机驱动,所述一个搅拌轴上的搅拌叶伸入另一个搅拌轴上的相邻上下两搅拌叶的间隙中,所述圆形转盘设置在立式搅拌筒底端内侧,顶部中心与转轴连接,所述转轴由设置在机架上的第一电机驱动。

[0009]与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:通过两个搅拌轴上的搅拌叶互相加错旋转,同时两个搅拌轴还围绕搅拌筒中心旋转,使得搅拌轴在自旋转的同时,还可以在水平方向以搅拌筒中心旋转;设置在搅拌叶上的通孔,可有效降低启动时转矩,同时可以降低搅拌叶的磨损;此外可调节两个搅拌轴以不同的旋转速率和旋转方向工作,提高搅拌效率。

[0014] 如图1-2所示,一种新型立式搅拌器,包括机架1、立式搅拌筒2和搅拌装置3,机架I设置在立式搅拌筒2上方,立式搅拌筒2为上端开口的中空圆柱筒体,搅拌装置3包括搅拌轴
4、搅拌叶5、圆形转盘7、转轴8、第一电机9和第二电机10,搅拌叶5为矩形,且交错设置在搅拌轴4上,搅拌轴4为两个,且对称设置在圆形转盘7下方,顶端分别设有一第二电机10,并由第二电机10驱动,一个搅拌轴4上的搅拌叶5伸入另一个搅拌轴4上的相邻上下两搅拌叶5的间隙中,圆形转盘7设置在立式搅拌筒2底端内侧,顶部中心与转轴8连接,转轴8由设置在机架I上的第一电机9驱动。其中,立式搅拌筒2上端侧壁连接有入料口21,底部连接有出料口22,搅拌轴4上可设有I〜8个搅拌叶5,在本实施例中,每个搅拌轴4上设有八个搅拌叶5。在工作时,开启两搅拌轴4上的第二电机,并调节两个搅拌轴4以不同或相同的旋转速率,以及不同或相同的旋转方向工作,提高搅拌效率,同时开启第一电机9,让两个搅拌轴4在在自转的同时,在水平方向以立式搅拌筒2中心旋转,大大提高搅拌效率,搅拌时无死角,搅拌充分,且两搅拌轴4上的搅拌叶5在旋转接触时,会形成剪切力,使得搅拌更加充分。

[0016] 在本实施例中,圆形转盘6外侧设有密封圈61,可有效防止在搅拌时物料溅出。

1.一种新型立式搅拌器,其特征在于:包括机架(1)、立式搅拌筒(2)和搅拌装置(3),所述机架(1)设置在立式搅拌筒(2)上方,所述立式搅拌筒(2)为上端开口的中空圆柱筒体,所述搅拌装置⑶包括搅拌轴⑷、搅拌叶(5)、圆形转盘(6)、转轴(7)、第一电机(8)和第二电机(9),所述搅拌叶(5)为矩形,且交错设置在搅拌轴(4)上,所述搅拌轴(4)为两个,且对称设置在圆形转盘(6)下方,顶端分别设有一第二电机(9),并由第二电机(9)驱动,所述一个搅拌轴(4)上的搅拌叶(5)伸入另一个搅拌轴(4)上的相邻上下两搅拌叶(5)的间隙中,所述圆形转盘(6)设置在立式搅拌筒(2)底端内侧,顶部中心与转轴(7)连接,所述转轴(7)由设置在机架(1)上的第一电机(8)驱动。
