背景技术
在地板、家具日常护理中,有时要使用光亮剂来增强光泽度,看起来有一种油亮的感觉。目前,市场的光亮剂质量参差不齐,长期使用可能对家具或地板表面产生不良的影响,同时,通过使用光亮剂来增强地板、家具的表面光泽度,产生了额外的护理成本。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种高光浸渍纸的生产工艺,通过本生产工艺在浸渍纸生产过程中通过对浸渍工艺的改进,使其在压贴后的地板或家具表面能产生一种油亮的感觉,表面光泽度有了很大的提升,平时只需简单的护理,就能使地板或家具始终保持表面光亮一新,同时生产成本低。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种高光低成本浸渍纸的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)一浸:将原纸完全浸入一浸胶水中浸胶,得到一次浸渍纸,所述的一浸胶水为脲醛树脂溶液;
(2)一次烘干:将一次浸渍纸通过120-150℃的烘箱进行烘干,烘干时间为50-80秒,使得一次浸渍纸的挥发分控制在15-20%;
(3)喷涂:将一次浸渍纸置于喷涂区,采用脲醛树脂溶液和耐磨材料的混合液进行喷涂;
(4)涂布:将步骤(3)处理得到的浸渍纸置于涂布区,采用三聚氰胺树脂溶液进行涂布,得到二次浸渍纸;
(5)二次烘干:将二次浸渍纸通过150-160℃的烘箱进行烘干,烘干时间为5-8分钟,使得二次浸渍纸的挥发分控制在5-6%;
(6)剪裁:将二次浸渍纸降至室温后,按照规格进行剪裁。
作为优选,所述的脲醛树脂溶液包括胶水基料、固化剂、渗透剂和脱模剂,所述的胶水基料包括甲醛、一次尿素、二次尿素、一次三乙醇胺、二次三乙醇胺和甲酸溶液。
作为优选,所述脲醛树脂溶液的胶水基料的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)、在反应釜中打入甲醛溶液;
(2)、再向反应釜中加入三乙醇胺,调节pH至7.6~7.8,;
(3)、然后相反应釜中加入一次尿素,并升温至65-75℃,然后停止升温,待反应釜自动升温至96~99℃后,保温30分钟;
(4)、向反应釜中加入体积分数为40%的甲酸溶液,调节pH至4.5~5,继续加热至97~98℃,并保温至反应釜中液体的粘度达到14cps;
(5)、向反应釜中加入三乙醇胺调节pH至7.6~7.8,然后降温至45~50℃;
(6)、向反应釜中加入二次尿素,然后冷却至35℃,得到脲醛树脂溶液的胶水基料。
作为优选,所述脲醛树脂溶液中固化剂、渗透剂和脱模剂的重量配比为:固化剂0.2~0.8份,渗透剂0.2~0.8份,脱模剂0.2~0.8份,所述的固化剂为氯化铵,所述的渗透剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠,所述的脱模剂为乳化甲基硅油。
作为优选,所述的三聚氰胺树脂溶液包括三聚氰胺树脂、固化剂、渗透剂和脱模剂,所述三聚氰胺树脂与固化剂、渗透剂和脱模剂之和的重量比为100:0.1~3.
作为优选,所述三聚氰胺树脂的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)、在反应釜中打入甲醛溶液、水和026助剂;
(2)、再向反应釜中加入质量分数为30%的NaOH溶液,调节pH至9.4~9.5;
(3)、再向反应釜中加入三聚氰胺,并升温至90±1℃,然后停止升温,待自动升温至93~95℃,并保温90~150分钟;
(4)、将反应釜中溶液进行冷却至40~45℃,形成的水溶倍数为1:1.2~1:1.8的三聚氰胺树脂。
作为优选,所述三聚氰胺树脂溶液中固化剂、脱模剂与渗透剂的重量配比为:固化剂0.1~0.6份,脱模剂0.1~0.3份,渗透剂0.1~0.5份,所述的固化剂为对甲苯磺酸和吗啡啉溶液,其重量配比是水:对甲苯磺酸:吗啡啉为3:2:1,所述的脱模剂为乳化甲基硅油,所述的渗透剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
一种高光低成本浸渍纸的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)一浸:将原纸完全浸入一浸胶水中浸胶,得到一次浸渍纸,所述的一浸胶水为脲醛树脂溶液;
(2)一次烘干:将一次浸渍纸通过120-150℃的烘箱进行烘干,烘干时间为50-80秒,使得一次浸渍纸的挥发分控制在15-20%;
(3)喷涂:将一次浸渍纸置于喷涂区,采用脲醛树脂溶液和耐磨材料的混合液进行喷涂;
(4)涂布:将步骤(3)处理得到的浸渍纸置于涂布区,采用三聚氰胺树脂溶液进行涂布,得到二次浸渍纸;
(5)二次烘干:将二次浸渍纸通过150-160℃的烘箱进行烘干,烘干时间为5-8分钟,使得二次浸渍纸的挥发分控制在5-6%;

以15吨脲醛树脂溶液的胶水基料为例,其中甲醛(kg)=9520×37%÷当日检测甲醛实际含量,一次尿素(kg)=2800,二次尿素(kg)=1650,一次三乙醇胺(kg)=10,二次三乙醇胺(ml)=15,甲酸溶液(ml)=40,甲酸溶液体积分数为40%,三乙醇胺和甲酸的用量可根据pH测试情况进行微调,微调范围为±1%。
所述脲醛树脂溶液中固化剂、渗透剂和脱模剂的重量配比为:固化剂0.2~0.8份,渗透剂0.2~0.8份,脱模剂0.2~0.8份,所述的固化剂为氯化铵,所述的渗透剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠,所述的脱模剂为乳化甲基硅油。
所述的三聚氰胺树脂溶液包括三聚氰胺树脂、固化剂、渗透剂和脱模剂,所述三聚氰胺树脂与固化剂、渗透剂和脱模剂之和的重量比为100:0.1~3.
所述三聚氰胺树脂的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)、在反应釜中打入甲醛溶液、水和026助剂;

以10吨三聚氰胺树脂为例,其中甲醛(kg)=4000×37%÷当日检测甲醛实际含量,水(kg)=1800,三聚氰胺(kg)=3200,026助剂(kg)=280,NaOH溶液(ml)=40,NaOH溶液质量分数为30%,NaOH溶液的用量可根据pH测试情况进行微调,微调范围为±1%。
所述三聚氰胺树脂溶液中固化剂、脱模剂与渗透剂的重量配比为:固化剂0.1~0.6份,脱模剂0.1~0.3份,渗透剂0.1~0.5份,所述的固化剂为对甲苯磺酸和吗啡啉溶液,其重量配比是水:对甲苯磺酸:吗啡啉为3:2:1,所述的脱模剂为乳化甲基硅油,所述的渗透剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
通过本发明的生产工艺生产的浸渍纸光泽度比普通工艺生产的浸渍纸高20%左右,同时生产成本非常低。

1.一种高光低成本浸渍纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)一浸:将原纸完全浸入一浸胶水中浸胶,得到一次浸渍纸,所述的一浸胶水为脲醛树脂溶液;
(2)一次烘干:将一次浸渍纸通过120-150℃的烘箱进行烘干,烘干时间为50-80秒,使得一次浸渍纸的挥发分控制在15-20%;
(3)喷涂:将一次浸渍纸置于喷涂区,采用脲醛树脂溶液和耐磨材料的混合液进行喷涂;

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高光低成本浸渍纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述脲醛树脂溶液中固化剂、渗透剂和脱模剂的重量配比为:固化剂0.2~0.8份,渗透剂0.2~0.8份,脱模剂0.2~0.8份,所述的固化剂为氯化铵,所述的渗透剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠,所述的脱模剂为乳化甲基硅油。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高光低成本浸渍纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的三聚氰胺树脂溶液包括三聚氰胺树脂、固化剂、渗透剂和脱模剂,所述三聚氰胺树脂与固化剂、渗透剂和脱模剂之和的重量比为100:0.1~3。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高光低成本浸渍纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述三聚氰胺树脂的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)、在反应釜中打入甲醛溶液、水和026助剂;
(2)、再向反应釜中加入质量分数为30%的NaOH溶液,调节pH至9.4~9.5;
(3)、再向反应釜中加入三聚氰胺,并升温至90±1℃,然后停止升温,待自动升温至93~95℃,并保温90~150分钟;
(4)、将反应釜中溶液进行冷却至40~45℃,形成的水溶倍数为1:1.2~1:1.8的三聚氰胺树脂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高光低成本浸渍纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述三聚氰胺树脂溶液中固化剂、脱模剂与渗透剂的重量配比为:固化剂0.1~0.6份,脱模剂0.1~0.3份,渗透剂0.1~0.5份,所述的固化剂为对甲苯磺酸和吗啡啉溶液,其重量配比是水:对甲苯磺酸:吗啡啉为3:2:1,所述的脱模剂为乳化甲基硅油,所述的渗透剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
