Technical Field
The present invention relates to kitchen food processing appliances, in particular to food preparation devices for domestic kitchens, and in particular to kitchen electrical processing appliances for cooking food by means of hot air circulation.
Background
The prior art devices for preparing food by means of hot air circulation comprise the folk-custom known "air fryer"; the frying basket in the cooking device is a main part for containing food to be cooked, and in order to facilitate hot air to penetrate through the food, the bottom of the frying basket is usually provided with vent holes; the vent holes in the bottom not only allow air to pass through but also facilitate food waste to fall from the bottom, and especially when the basket is pulled out of the interior of the pot, food waste and oil droplets can leak out of the vent holes in the bottom. The food preparation chamber is also internally provided with a porous frame plate for placing food; the porous frame plate is arranged above the bottom plate; the motor drives the fan to drive hot air to sequentially pass through the air outlet, the hot air channel, the air guide opening and the porous frame plate to enter the food preparation chamber to form hot air circulation.
A plurality of air guide through holes are formed in the porous frame plate; the hot air introduced from the air guide port is introduced into the food preparation chamber above the perforated shelf plate through the air guide through holes by the guide of the bosses.
The inner side of the side wall of the food preparation chamber comprises a radially inwardly projecting ledge on which the perforated shelf removably rests. A preferred embodiment of a food preparation apparatus for preparing food using hot air circulation, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, comprises a housing 110 for accommodating components, a hot air path 120 for hot air circulation, a food preparation chamber 130 for accommodating food to be prepared, a motor 142 for driving air circulation and a fan 143 mounted on a shaft thereof, and a heat radiation source 150 for generating heat; the food preparation chamber 130 is disposed within the housing 110; a hot air channel 120 is formed between the food preparation chamber 130 and the housing 110; an air outlet 160 and a heat radiation source 150 are arranged above the food preparation chamber 130, and a bottom plate 180 is arranged at the bottom of the food preparation chamber 130; an air guide opening 240 is formed between the sidewall 132 of the food preparation chamber 130 and the bottom plate 180; the motor 142 drives the fan 143, and drives the hot air to circulate through the air discharge opening 160, the hot air path 120, the air guide opening 240, and the food preparation chamber 130 in this order.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, a protrusion 187 protruding toward the inner side of the bottom surface of the food preparation chamber 130 is formed at the middle portion of the bottom plate 180; the hot air introduced from the air guide opening 240 is introduced into the food preparation chamber 130 through the guide of the protrusion 187. The holding part 189 extends upwards along the axial direction and is coupled with the side wall 132 of the food preparation chamber 130, and the holding part 189 is fixedly connected with the side wall 132 or is connected with the side wall 132 in a removable way by at least one connecting plate; when the connecting plates are multiple, the air guide opening 240 is divided into multiple sections by the side wall plates 182, that is, the air guide opening 240 is formed between every two of the multiple side wall plates 182 at the position near the bottom of the side wall 132.

The perforated shelf 170 functions to support food and is air permeable so that hot air from the bottom can easily pass through the food. The porous frame plate 170 may be a porous structure with various shapes, such as a conventional circular hole partition plate, or a mesh structure with air holes with different shapes. The net structure or other through hole structures can make the hot air at the bottom easily pass through the food, so that the food is heated more uniformly.
The perforated shelf 170 may also be evolved to have a structure in which the vent holes are partially formed and the other regions except the vent holes are closed; for example, the air vents of the porous shelf plate 170 are single and centrally disposed, with an air impermeable spacer shelf surrounding the central portion of the air vents.
