FIG. 1 shows the overall structure of the air fryer of the present invention. An air fryer according to the present invention includes a main body 1 and a fry vat assembly 2. An internal cavity capable of accommodating the frying tub assembly 2 is formed in the main body 1. The tub assembly 2 is used to contain food to be cooked, and it can be detachably mounted to the inner cavity of the main body 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the frying pan assembly 2 according to the present invention comprises a frying pan 21, an oil receiving pan 22, an insulating member 25, a panel cover 23, and a handle 24 which are fixedly connected to each other.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, frying pan 21 is of a cylindrical or box-shaped structure with an open top, and includes a frying pan bottom wall 21a and a frying pan side wall 21b formed to extend upward from the periphery of the frying pan bottom wall 21a, so that a cavity capable of containing food is formed inside the frying pan 21.
Furthermore, a plurality of hollow holes are uniformly arranged in the bottom wall 21a of the frying barrel, preferably, a plurality of hollow holes with a net structure in order to facilitate the hot air to pass through the bottom wall 21a of the frying barrel in the up-and-down direction during the heating and cooking process, and facilitate the grease to drop into the oil receiving tray 22 below through the hollow holes.
The heat insulator 25 has a plate-like extending structure which is attached and fixed to the frying tub side wall 21b on the front side of the frying tub 21, so that the heat insulator 25 is held in fixed connection with the frying tub 21. For example, the heat insulator 25 may be fixed to the frying tub side wall 21b of the frying tub 21 by screwing. Preferably, the frying tub 21 is integrally fixed to an upper position of the heat insulating member 25.
As shown in fig. 3, the width of the thermal shield 25 is greater than the width of the frying tub 21. Thus, the left and right sides of the heat insulator 25 are located outside the left and right sides of the fryer tub 21.
Thus, referring to fig. 1 and 2, when the tub assembly 2 is mounted in the internal cavity of the main body 1 to heat and cook food, hot air generated by the burner assembly located above the tub assembly 2 can flow in the direction indicated by the arrow F in fig. 2, that is, the hot air can smoothly flow from top to bottom through the space between the tub side wall 21b and the inner wall of the internal cavity of the main body 1, further flow below the tub bottom wall 21a, and flow upward from below the tub bottom wall 21a through the tub bottom wall 21a, thereby improving the effect of heating the bottom of the food.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, an oil pan receiving groove 25a extending in the horizontal direction is provided at a lower portion of the inner surface of the heat insulator 25. The drip pan groove 25a is used for connecting and fixing the drip pan 22.

Drip pan 22 includes a drip pan bottom wall 22a and a drip pan rim 22b extending upwardly from the periphery of drip pan bottom wall 22 a. As shown more clearly in fig. 7 and 8, the oil pan bottom wall 22a has a wavy surface structure.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, an oil pan rim 22b on one side of the oil pan 22 can be engaged with an oil pan groove 25a on a lower portion of the heat insulator 25, thereby fixedly connecting the oil pan 22 and the heat insulator 25. For example, by moving the oil pan 22 in the direction indicated by the arrow M in fig. 4, the oil pan rim 22b of the oil pan 22 can be caught in the oil pan groove 25a of the heat insulator 25.
In this state, a fryer fixing pillar 22c is provided in the oil pan bottom wall 22a on the side opposite to the oil pan groove 25 a. A suitable screw 26 may be used to pass through a hollowed-out hole in the frying pan bottom wall 21a from above the frying pan bottom wall 21a and engage a frying pan fixing post 22c in the drip pan bottom wall 22a, thereby fixedly connecting the frying pan 21 to the drip pan 22. Further optimizing the present solution, not limited to the present exemplary embodiment, for example, the oil pan 22 is placed below the frying tub 21 in the internal cavity of the main body 1, and the frying tub 21 and the oil pan 22 are separately drawn out from the internal cavity of the main body 1, respectively, to facilitate cleaning of the frying tub 21 and the oil pan 22.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 5, a support pad 27 may be provided between the frying tub 21 and the oil receiving pan 22 to buffer each other from being pressed. Preferably, the supporting pad 27 is made of a silicon rubber material, the supporting pad 27 can be clamped and fixed in a hollow hole on the bottom wall 21a of the frying barrel, and the bottom surface of the supporting pad 27 abuts against the oil receiving pan bottom wall 22a of the oil receiving pan 22.
Drip pan 22 serves to receive grease that leaks from the through-holes in fry vat 21 and to direct the grease to pool together for disposal. Since the drip pan bottom wall 22a of the drip pan 22 has a wavy planar structure, it can function to guide the hot air on both sides of the frying tub 21 to flow upward through the hollowed holes of the frying tub bottom wall 21a and reach the food to be cooked.
Preferably, the height of frying pan bottom wall 21a and frying pan side wall 21b of frying pan 21 is greater than the height of oil receiving pan bottom wall 22a and oil receiving pan rim 22b of oil receiving pan 22.
More preferably, the projected area of the frying pan bottom wall 21a of the frying pan 21 on the horizontal plane is smaller than the projected area of the drip pan bottom wall 22a of the drip pan 22 on the horizontal plane, and falls within the projected area of the drip pan bottom wall 22a of the drip pan 22 on the horizontal plane.
In addition, a mounting panel cover 23 is fixed on the outer side surface of the heat insulator 25; a handle 24 is fixedly attached to the outer side surface of the panel cover 23.
According to the frying barrel assembly and the air fryer, during normal operation, hot air generated by the burner assembly above the frying barrel assembly 2 can smoothly flow from top to bottom through the space between the frying barrel side wall 21b and the inner wall of the inner cavity of the main body 1, further flow to the lower part of the frying barrel bottom wall 21a, and flow upwards from the lower part of the frying barrel bottom wall 21a through the hollowed-out holes of the frying barrel bottom wall 21a to reach the bottom of cooked food. During the cooking process, grease and residue generated by cooked food can fall onto the oil receiving tray 22 through the hollow holes of the frying barrel bottom wall 21a of the frying barrel 21 for collection and cleaning.
In conclusion, according to the frying barrel assembly and the air fryer, smooth hot air passages outside the frying barrel side wall 21b can be ensured, and sufficient hot air can reach the lower part of the frying barrel bottom wall 21 from two sides of the frying barrel side wall 21b, so that the bottom of cooked food can be fully heated, and an ideal uniform heating effect on the cooked food can be achieved.
