In this embodiment, the inner walls of the upper cover 200, the skewer cover 51 and the skewer cover bracket 53 are smooth and have no other structures, and the three are fixed by lapping, the assembly is simple and easy, and the cleaning is convenient without hidden lock structures such as buckles.
As shown in fig. 8, the first chassis 52 includes a tray body 521 and a first handle 522, and the first handle 522 is connected to one side edge of the tray body 521. When the skewer function is used, the tray 521 is overlapped on the oil receiving pan 16, and the bottom surface of the tray 521 is supported by the flange 162 of the oil receiving pan 16, so that a certain gap is formed between the bottom surface of the tray 521 and the bottom surface of the oil receiving pan 16 to contain oil drops. The first handle 522 extends out of the base 100, so that a user can conveniently take out the first chassis 52 by holding the first handle 522 when detaching the first chassis 52, and the user can be prevented from being scalded by directly touching the disc body 521 with a hand.
To prevent the first handle 522 from extending out of the base 100 and interfering with the assembly of the cover 200 or the kebab assembly 500 with the base 100, as shown in fig. 4, the top end of the sidewall of the base 100 extends downward to form a notch 112, and the first handle 522 can extend out of the base 100 through the notch 112.
In this embodiment, the prod support grooves 5213 may be annularly formed, a plurality of skewer prods may be placed in the prod support grooves 5213, and it is not necessary to provide a prod support groove 5213 for each skewer prod, and a user may adjust the distance between adjacent skewers according to the actual size of the skewer, so as to adjust the number of skewers baked at a time more flexibly and facilitate the processing of the tray body 521.
In order to increase the effective placement space of the kebabs, a plurality of stick support grooves 5213 may be disposed on the tray body 521, and the stick support grooves 5213 are nested in sequence from small to large, so that the maximum number of kebabs for one time can be increased.
Specifically, a first annular rib 5211 is protruded from the bottom surface of the tray body 521, a plurality of protrusions 5212 are arranged around the outer circumference of the first annular rib 5211, and a stick support groove 5213 can be formed between the first annular rib 5211 and the protrusions 5212. A second annular rib 5214 is provided around the outer periphery of the plurality of protrusions 5212, and a tag support groove 5213 may also be formed between the second annular rib 5214 and the protrusions 5212.
In order to make oil drops dripping in the stick support groove 5213 drip into the oil receiving pan 16, the second annular rib 5214 is provided with an oil through notch 5215, and a gap between adjacent protrusions 5212 communicates with the two stick support grooves 5213 which are nested, so that the oil drops in the stick support groove 5213 can drip into the oil receiving pan 16 through the oil through notch 5215.
In order to prevent the plate 521 from affecting the hot air entering the cooking cavity, the inner side of the first annular rib 5211 is surrounded by a second ventilation hole 5216, and a plurality of second ventilation holes 5216 are uniformly distributed on the outer side of the second annular rib 5214, so as to improve the uniformity of heating of the inner side and the outer side of the annularly arranged skewers.
In this embodiment, the second vent hole 5216 that first annular muscle 5211 encloses is located the first oil groove that connects of food tray 16 directly over, and the bulge 5212 is located the first vent hole 161 directly over and the one-to-one setting, and the outside equipartition of second annular muscle 5214 has a plurality of second vent holes 5216 to be located the second and connects directly over the oil groove to avoid oil gas entering heating chamber 101.
To prevent the first chassis 52 from swaying on the base 100, the bracket cover 12 is provided with a first positioning post 122, the first positioning post 122 is provided with a positioning hole, and correspondingly, as shown in fig. 9, the bottom of the tray 521 is provided with a second positioning post 5217 in a protruding manner, and the second positioning post 5217 can be inserted into the positioning hole, so as to improve the positioning effect of the first chassis 52 and the base 100.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the oil receiving pan 16 is further provided with an avoiding recess 163 at a position corresponding to the first positioning column 122, and the second positioning column 5217 can be abutted to the avoiding recess 163, so that on one hand, the positioning effect of the oil receiving pan 16 and the bracket cover plate 12 is improved, on the other hand, a fool-proof design can be realized, and the oil drops are prevented from directly dropping on the heating assembly 300 due to the fact that a user reversely puts the oil receiving pan 16.
It will be appreciated that a handle may extend from the edge of the drip pan 16 to facilitate access to the drip pan 16 by a user.
In order to improve the stability of the skewer hood support 53 in cooperation with the skewer hood 51 and the upper cover 200, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the skewer hood support 53 includes a top plate 531, side plates 532, an abutment plate 533 and a restriction plate 534. A stick fixing groove 5311 is arranged on the top plate 531, and the side plate 532 extends downwards around the circumference of the top plate 531; the abutting plate 533 extends horizontally from the bottom of the side plate 532, and the bottom of the abutting plate 533 can be lapped on the top of the skewer cover 51; the limiting plate 534 extends along the vertical direction, the middle part of the limiting plate 534 is connected with the abutting plate 533, the limiting plate 534, the abutting plate 533 and the side plate 532 enclose to form a mounting groove matched with the upper cover 200, and the bottom of the limiting plate 534 can abut against the outer side wall of the skewering cover 51.
In this embodiment, the upper cover 200 is a cover body structure, the upper cover 200 is sleeved outside the skewer-roasting cover bracket 53, and the upper cover 200 is in contact fit with the side plate 532 of the skewer-roasting cover bracket 53, so that the stability of the fit between the upper cover 200 and the skewer-roasting cover bracket 53 can be improved; the top of the limiting plate 534, the abutting plate 533 and the side plate 532 are matched to form a clamping groove, and the clamping groove is matched with the bottom end of the upper cover 200, so that the upper cover 200 can be stably supported; the bottom of the limiting plate 534 is abutted against the outer side wall of the skewer cover 51, so that the skewer cover bracket 53 can be prevented from shaking relative to the skewer cover 51, and the stability of the skewer cover bracket 53 and the skewer cover 51 is improved.
As shown in fig. 12, the top plate 531 is provided with a receiving hole, a hook-shaped rib extends from a side wall of the receiving hole, and a tag fixing groove 5311 having an opening is formed between the rib and the side wall of the receiving hole. When the skewer function is used, the skewer assembly 500 may be mounted on the base 100, and then the skewer prods may be inserted into the prod supporting grooves 5213 of the first chassis 52 through the receiving holes, and then the top ends of the skewer prods may be inserted into the prod fixing grooves 5311 through the openings of the prod fixing grooves 5311, thereby fixing the skewer prods.
In order to avoid the top contact of the skewer, the side wall of the accommodating hole can extend towards the center of the accommodating hole to form a connecting rib, and hook-shaped ribs can be arranged on the side wall of the connecting rib so as to form a skewer fixing groove on the inner side of the accommodating hole.
In order to facilitate the user to disassemble and assemble the grill cover bracket 53, a third handle 535 may be disposed on the outer sidewall of the limiting plate 534 to facilitate the user to take and place the grill cover bracket 53.
It is understood that the upper cover 200 may or may not be used when the kebab assembly 500 is used, optionally.
Example two
The present embodiment provides a cooking machine which is different from the first embodiment in that, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the cooking assembly includes an air-fry assembly 600 to perform an air-fry function.
Specifically, the air fryer assembly 600 comprises a second chassis 61 and an air fryer 62, wherein the second chassis 61 can be lapped on the top surface of the base 100, and a third ventilation hole is arranged at the position of the second chassis 61 corresponding to the hot air port; a plurality of through holes are formed in the side wall and the bottom wall of the air fryer 62, and the air fryer 62 can be lapped on the second chassis 61.
When the air frying function is used, the second chassis 61 is placed on the drip pan 16, and then the air fryer 62 is placed on the second chassis 61, and the food material can be placed in the air fryer 62 for cooking.
In this embodiment, the second chassis 61 may have the same structure as the first chassis 52 of the kebab assembly 500 in the first embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted here.
To improve the stability of the placement of the air fryer 62, the top surface of the protrusion 5212 on the second chassis 61 may be flat to better support the air fryer 62.
In other embodiments, air fryer assembly 600 may include only air fryer pot 62, air fryer pot 62 may be overlapped on drip pan 16, and no through holes are provided in the bottom wall of air fryer pot 62 at locations corresponding to first vents 161 of drip pan 16 to prevent oil from dripping directly onto heating assembly 300.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment provides a cooking machine, which is different from the first embodiment in that the cooking assembly includes a frying and baking assembly 700, which can realize a frying and baking function.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 15, the frying assembly 700 includes a frying pan 71 and a second handle 72, one end of the second handle 72 is connected to the frying pan 71, and the other end of the second handle can extend out of the base 100 through the notch 112 on the base 100.
When the frying assembly 700 is used, the oil receiving pan 16 can be removed, and the frying pan 71 can be placed on the top surface of the base 100, i.e., on the turned-over side of the bracket cover 12 and/or the inner cover 13, so that the frying pan 71 can be heated by hot air and heat radiation from the heating assembly 300.
The side wall of the frying pan 71 is connected with a second handle 72, and the second handle 72 can extend out of the base 100 through a notch 112 on the base 100, so that a user can conveniently take and place the frying pan 71.
In other embodiments, when frying assembly 700 is in use, first fan 41 may not be activated and heat radiation in close proximity to heating assembly 300 heats frying pan 71.
Example four
The embodiment provides a cooking machine, which is different from the first embodiment in that the cooking machine has multiple functions, the cooking machine comprises at least two cooking assemblies, any cooking assembly can be selectively and detachably connected between a base 100 and an upper cover 200, a user can select any cooking assembly according to needs, and the user does not need to prepare multiple cooking machines and meets multiple requirements of the user.
In this embodiment, the at least two cooking assemblies include, but are not limited to, a kebab assembly 500, an air fryer assembly 600, a grill assembly 700, and/or a hot pot assembly.
Illustratively, the chafing dish assembly may include a pot body, which may be overlapped on the turned edge of the bracket cover plate 12 and/or the inner cover 13, and heat the food material inside the pot body through the heating assembly 300.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and for those skilled in the art, there are variations on the detailed description and the application scope according to the idea of the present invention, and the content of the description should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.
Claims (13)
1. A cooking machine, characterized in that it comprises:
the device comprises a base (100), wherein a cavity is arranged in the base (100), and a hot air port communicated with the cavity is arranged on the top surface of the base (100);
the upper cover (200) can be covered outside the base (100), and a cooking cavity is formed between the upper cover (200) and the top surface of the base (100);
a heating assembly (300) disposed within the chamber capable of heating air within the chamber;
the air blowing assembly (400) is arranged in the cavity, and the air blowing assembly (400) can drive hot air in the cavity to enter the cooking cavity through the hot air hole so as to bake food materials.
2. The cooking machine according to claim 1, wherein the blower assembly (400) comprises:
a first fan (41) disposed within the chamber and located below the heating assembly (300); and
the driving piece (42) is arranged in the cavity, and the output end of the driving piece (42) is in transmission connection with the first fan (41).
3. The cooking machine according to claim 2, wherein the chamber comprises a heating cavity (101) and a mounting cavity (102), the hot air vent is communicated with the heating cavity (101), the heating assembly (300) and the first fan (41) are disposed in the heating cavity (101), the driving member (42) is disposed in the mounting cavity (102), and an output end of the driving member (42) extends into the heating cavity (101) and is in transmission connection with the first fan (41).
4. The cooking machine according to claim 3, wherein the base (100) is provided with an air inlet (111) and a heat dissipation outlet which are communicated with the mounting cavity (102);
the blower assembly (400) further comprises:
the second fan (43) is arranged in the installation cavity (102) and is in transmission connection with the driving piece (42), and the second fan (43) can drive air entering the installation cavity (102) from the air inlet (111) to pass through the driving piece (42) and then be discharged from the heat dissipation outlet.
5. The machine according to claim 4, characterized in that said heating assembly (300), said first fan (41), said second fan (43) and said drive member (42) are arranged in sequence from top to bottom.
6. The cooking machine according to claim 3, wherein the base (100) comprises:
a lower case (11), a top of the lower case (11) being open;
the annular support cover plate (12) is arranged at the top of the lower shell (11), the outer side of the support cover plate (12) is connected with the side wall of the lower shell (11), and the inner side of the support cover plate (12) forms the hot air opening; and
inner cover (13), with the interior anchor ring of support apron (12) is connected, form in inner cover (13) heating chamber (101), inner cover (13) with form between inferior valve (11) installation cavity (102).
7. The cooking machine according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
the oil receiving disc (16) can be lapped on the top surface of the base (100), an oil leakage hole is formed in the oil receiving disc (16), and a first vent hole (161) is formed in the oil receiving disc (16) at a position corresponding to the hot air hole; and
the oil receiving box (15) is detachably connected with the base (100), and the oil leakage hole is communicated with the oil receiving box (15).

The cooking machine according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising at least two cooking assemblies, wherein the base (100) and the upper cover (200) are selectively removably connectable to each of the at least two cooking assemblies, wherein the at least two cooking assemblies comprise a kebab assembly (500), an air-frying assembly (600), and/or a fry-frying assembly (700).
9. The cooking machine of claim 8, wherein the cooking assembly comprises a kebab assembly (500), the kebab assembly (500) comprising:
the first chassis (52) can be lapped on the top surface of the base (100), a second ventilation hole (5216) is formed in the position, corresponding to the hot air port, of the first chassis (52), and a stick supporting groove (5213) is formed in the first chassis (52);
the skewer cover (51) can be covered outside the first chassis (52); and
roast string cover support (53), can overlap joint in the top of roast string cover (51), upper cover (200) can cover and locate outside roast string cover support (53), be provided with in roast string cover support (53) and sign fixed slot (5311), the bottom of roast string sign stretches into in sign support slot (5213), the top stretches into in the sign fixed slot (5311).

The cooking machine of claim 9, wherein the first base plate (52) comprises a plate body (521) and a first handle (522) connected to one side edge of the plate body (521), a notch (112) extends downward from a top end of a side wall of the base (100), and the first handle (522) can extend out of the base (100) from the notch (112).
11. The cooking machine according to claim 9, wherein the skewer shield support (53) comprises:
the stick fixing device comprises a top plate (531), wherein an accommodating hole is formed in the top plate (531), hook-shaped ribs extend from the side wall of the accommodating hole, and the stick fixing grooves (5311) are formed between the ribs and the side wall of the accommodating hole;
a side plate (532) extending downward around the circumference of the top plate (531);
a contact plate (533) extending horizontally from the bottom of the side plate (532), the bottom of the contact plate (533) being capable of being lapped on the top of the skewer cover (51); and
the limiting plate (534) extends in the vertical direction, the middle of the limiting plate (534) is connected with the abutting plate (533), the limiting plate (534), the abutting plate (533) and the side plate (532) are enclosed to form a mounting groove matched with the upper cover (200), and the bottom of the limiting plate (534) can abut against the outer side wall of the skewering cover (51).
12. The cooking machine according to claim 8, wherein the cooking assembly comprises a broil assembly (700), the broil assembly (700) comprising:
a frying pan (71), wherein the frying pan (71) can be lapped on the top surface of the base (100); and
one end of the second handle (72) is connected with the frying pan (71), and the other end of the second handle (72) can extend out of the base (100).
13. The cooking machine according to claim 8, wherein the cooking assembly comprises an air-fryer assembly (600), the air-fryer assembly (600) comprising:
the second chassis (61) can be lapped on the top surface of the base (100), and a third air vent is arranged at the position, corresponding to the hot air port, of the second chassis (61); and
the air fryer (62), all be provided with a plurality of through-holes on the lateral wall and the diapire of air fryer (62), air fryer (62) can overlap joint on second chassis (61).
