本发明公开了一种无毒环保塑料儿童玩具材料,按照重量份有以下原料制成:低铅复合稳定剂3‑8份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯4‑7份、硬脂酸镁2‑5份、玻璃纤维7‑9份、硬脂酸锌3‑8份、聚氯乙烯树脂9‑12份、聚乙二醇醚3‑6份、聚碳酸酯4‑6份、辛酸亚锡2‑5份、聚醚多元醇1‑4份和三亚乙基二胺1‑4份。本发明的塑料具有无毒环保、成本低,对生产制造出的儿童用品能够放心使用,且具有广泛的产品适应性。

本发明涉及儿童玩具制品安全材料领域,尤其涉及一种无毒环保塑料儿童玩具材料。
背景技术
众所周知,塑料是一种以单体为原料,通过加聚或缩聚反应聚合而成的高分子化合物,俗称为塑料或树脂,具有很多优良的特性,像生产工艺简单、成本低廉、形态多样且可控等;但某些生产厂家为了降低生产成本以谋取暴利导致现有的塑料制品加工不完善、造成成品具有难降解、易腐蚀,甚至是具有一定的毒性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种无毒环保塑料儿童玩具材料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种无毒环保塑料儿童玩具材料,按照重量份有以下原料制成:低铅复合稳定剂3-8份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯4-7份、硬脂酸镁2-5份、玻璃纤维7-9份、硬脂酸锌3-8份、聚氯乙烯树脂9-12份、聚乙二醇醚3-6份、聚碳酸酯4-6份、辛酸亚锡2-5份、聚醚多元醇1-4份和三亚乙基二胺1-4份。
上述的一种无毒环保塑料儿童玩具材料,按照重量份有以下原料制成:低铅复合稳定剂3-7份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯4-6份、硬脂酸镁2-4份、玻璃纤维7-8.9份、硬脂酸锌3-7份、聚氯乙烯树脂9-11份、聚乙二醇醚3-5份、聚碳酸酯4-5.8份、辛酸亚锡2-4份、聚醚多元醇1-3份和三亚乙基二胺1-3份。
上述的一种无毒环保塑料儿童玩具材料,按照重量份有以下原料制成:低铅复合稳定剂4-7份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯5-6份、硬脂酸镁3-4份、玻璃纤维7.2-8.9份、硬脂酸锌4-7份、聚氯乙烯树脂10-11份、聚乙二醇醚4-5份、聚碳酸酯4.1-5.8份、辛酸亚锡3-4份、聚醚多元醇2-3份和三亚乙基二胺2-3份。
上述的一种无毒环保塑料儿童玩具材料,按照重量份有以下原料制成:低铅复合稳定剂5.5份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯5.5份、硬脂酸镁3.5份、玻璃纤维8份、硬脂酸锌5.5份、聚氯乙烯树脂10.5份、聚乙二醇醚4.5份、聚碳酸酯5份、辛酸亚锡3.5份、聚醚多元醇2.5份和三亚乙基二胺2.5份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的塑料具有无毒环保、成本低,对生产制造出的儿童用品能够放心使用,且具有广泛的产品适应性等有益效果。
