Abstract

本发明公开了一种液冷型收放线装置,包括存储线缆的线缆盘、驱动电机、基座,所述线缆盘包括内外套装的内筒和外筒,所述内筒两端的筒盖分别连接一根内轴,所述外筒两端的筒盖分别连接一根外轴,外轴套装于内轴外表面且可绕内轴旋转,且外轴、内轴的套装面之间液密封连接;所述外筒和内筒之间设有圆环型空腔,该空腔内注入制冷液;驱动电机驱动左侧的外轴带动线缆盘的旋转,驱动电机、左侧的内轴、右侧的内轴均与基座固定连接。本发明针对现有收放装置进行了液冷方案的改进,可用于有散热需求的收放线技术领域。

Description

一种液冷型收放线装置
技术领域
本发明属于自动收放线装置技术领域,具体涉及一种带制冷效果的收放线装置。
背景技术
目前,线缆的应用领域特别广泛。为了便于线缆的存储以及收放等操作,针对线缆而设计的自动收放线装置应运而生。这里所述的自动收放线装置,它可以在地面进行线缆的收放;可以在矿井下使用,在地面与井下之间吊送;也可以单独在井下应用于机械设备;另外还可应用于船用线缆的收放及无人机的线缆收放等线缆应用领域的收放工作。由此可知,自动收放线装置具有重要意义。
缆盘,是自动收放线装置的重要组成部分,其主要功能是对线缆进行存储。目前,某些应用领域所需要的线缆很长,例如大型露天移动式机械设备的有效工作行程很长,所需要的线缆长度可达100米。对于系留型无人机,由于无人机需要一定的飞行高度,其所需要的线缆长度甚至可达1000米。在大型露天移动式机械设备或者无人机移动的过程中,缆盘需要对线缆进行收线,会使缆盘上缠绕的线缆过于密集,而线缆此时处于通电状态,由于线缆很长且需要负载的大功率的大型露天移动式机械设备或者无人机,导致线缆产生的热量很大并在线缆盘上不断的积累,使线缆提前老化影响其使用寿命。在特种行业,线缆盘上的热量导致的线缆失效现象尤其突出。
综上所述,现有的缆盘等收放线装置仅能实现基本的线缆存储、和收放功能而不具备散热功能,不能对缠绕在缆盘上的线缆进行及时的散热。
发明内容
本发明针对现有的技术问题作出改进,即发明所要解决的技术问题是提供液冷型收放线装置,解决了收放线装置无制冷效果、缆绳无法散热的不足。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种液冷型收放线装置,包括存储线缆的线缆盘、驱动电机、基座,所述线缆盘包括内外套装的内筒和外筒,所述内筒两端的筒盖分别连接一根内轴,所述外筒两端的筒盖分别连接一根外轴,外轴套装于内轴外表面且可绕内轴旋转,且外轴、内轴的套装面之间液密封连接;所述外筒和内筒之间设有圆环型空腔,该空腔内注入制冷液;驱动电机驱动左侧的外轴带动线缆盘的旋转,驱动电机、左侧的内轴、右侧的内轴均与基座固定连接。
进一步,所述外筒内表面设有若干径向向内突出的扇片。
进一步,所述内筒内表面附有至少一根输送制冷液的冷管,冷管的长度方向与线缆盘的轴向一致。
进一步,所述冷管为多根,各冷管之间依次连接相通形成冷管组,右侧内轴内部设有两根轴向的供制冷液进出的管道,管道分别对应连接冷管组的制冷液入口和出口。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、外筒内筒之间的空腔内注入制冷液,由于线缆缠绕于外筒表面,故可直接对缠绕与线缆盘的线缆进行散热。
2、收放状态下,受驱动电机驱动,外筒相对于内筒进行轴向旋转运动。由于外筒内表面设有若干扇片,将带动制冷液进行旋转运动。理论分析表明,旋转流体的散热效果优于无旋流体的散热效果。
3、附于内筒内表面的若干冷管内不断输送制冷液,通过制冷液的不间断输送,将不断的为内筒进行制冷。进一步,通过热传导效应,可间接的增加线缆的制冷效果。

具体实施方式
以下描述用于揭露本发明以使本领域技术人员能够实现本发明。以下描述中的优选实施例只作为举例,本领域技术人员可以想到其他显而易见的变型。
如图1至图3所示,本实施例中的液冷型收放线装置包括存储线缆的线缆盘、驱动电机30、基座40,所述线缆盘包括内外套装的内筒20和外筒10,所述内筒20两端的筒盖分别连接一根内轴21,所述外筒10两端的筒盖分别连接一根外轴11,外轴11套装于内轴21外表面且可绕内轴旋转,且外轴11、内轴21的套装面之间液密封连接;所述外筒20和内筒10之间设有圆环型空腔50,该空腔内注入制冷液;驱动电机30驱动左侧的外轴11带动线缆盘的旋转,驱动电机30、左侧的内轴21、右侧的内轴21均与基座固定连接40。
所述外筒内表面设有若干径向向内突出的扇片12。扇片沿外筒内表面的轴向和圆周方向等间距布置。所述内筒内表面附有4根输送制冷液的冷管21,冷管的长度方向与线缆盘的轴向一致。各冷管之间依次连接相通形成冷管组,右侧内轴内部设有两根轴向的供制冷液进出的管道(图中未示出),管道分别对应连接冷管组的制冷液入口和出口。
本实施方式的原理:
外筒内筒之间的空腔内注入制冷液,由于线缆缠绕于外筒表面,故可直接对缠绕与线缆盘的线缆进行散热。收放状态下,受驱动电机驱动,外筒相对于内筒进行轴向旋转运动。由于外筒内表面设有若干扇片,将带动制冷液进行旋转运动。理论分析表明,旋转流体的散热效果优于无旋流体的散热效果。附于内筒内表面的若干冷管内不断输送制冷液,通过制冷液的不间断输送,将不断的为内筒进行制冷。进一步,通过热传导效应,可间接的增加线缆的制冷效果。

1.一种液冷型收放线装置,包括存储线缆的线缆盘、驱动电机、基座,其特征在于,所述线缆盘包括内外套装的内筒和外筒,所述内筒两端的筒盖分别连接一根内轴,所述外筒两端的筒盖分别连接一根外轴,外轴套装于内轴外表面且可绕内轴旋转,且外轴、内轴的套装面之间液密封连接;所述外筒和内筒之间设有圆环型空腔,该空腔内注入制冷液;驱动电机驱动左侧的外轴带动线缆盘的旋转,驱动电机、左侧的内轴、右侧的内轴均与基座固定连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的液冷型收放线装置,其特征在于,所述外筒内表面设有若干径向向内突出的扇片。
3.按照权利要求2所述的液冷型收放线装置,其特征在于,所述内筒内表面附有至少一根输送制冷液的冷管,冷管的长度方向与线缆盘的轴向一致。
4.按照权利要求3所述的液冷型收放线装置,其特征在于,所述冷管为多根,各冷管之间依次连接相通形成冷管组,右侧内轴内部设有两根轴向的供制冷液进出的管道,管道分别对应连接冷管组的制冷液入口和出口。
