Abstract

本发明属于织物材料技术领域,具体涉及一种防刺复合材料的制备方法。本发明通过将苘麻纤维和剑麻纤维混合,经酶解处理后与硅溶胶复合,由于纤维表面酶解处理后,木聚糖酶破坏纤维表面的细胞壁,降解混合纤维中的半纤维素,并使得纤维细胞壁变得疏松,再在高速搅拌条件下,将纳米二氧化硅颗粒对纤维细胞壁进行有效的填充,改性纤维材料耐顶破性能和韧性,从而有效提高防刺复合材料的抗冲击性能,再通过混合纤维与热固性树脂进行有效复合,混合纤维中分子链中含有大量的羟基,吸附水分子,在人体排汗的情况下,可以吸收人体的汗液,以免汗液堆积在体表,从而使人体有效排汗并形成透气孔洞,改善材料透气性能。

一种防刺复合材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于织物材料技术领域,具体涉及一种防刺复合材料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着高分子量聚集物材料科学技术的飞速前进,特别是在公司成功研发了对位芳香族聚酰胺,简称芳纶纤维以来,大家也慢慢克服了以刚克刚的思维定势;很多不同种类性能非常优异的合成有机纤维陆续问世,而且生物科技、纳米科技的综合大应用,这些都为人体防刺装甲的发展带来了前所未有革命性的突破,并且已经推动其向防刺性能优异、质量轻及穿着舒适性方向做了更进一步的飞跃。在已经开发的防刺织物中,较多的选用了不锈钢、钛、铝、锌等金属材料作为护板或者采用涂层整理等,众所周知,金属材料的密度较大,所以质量较大,用作服用
织物的材料,增加了人体的负担,较大的限制了人们的活动灵活性;也有选用薄膜制成层压织物的方式,但是由于薄膜的不透气性以及不透湿性,当人们穿着是会导致汗液无法散发,体表温度升高,穿着者会产生明显的不舒适感。因此,针对已开发防刺服中存在的种种问题,且根据防刺服穿着者对于防刺服的实际要求,研究并制作出一种轻质、舒适的软质防刺服具有重要的现实意义。同时,此类研究也在一定程度上提高了我国的个体防护装甲的水平。
目前来说,硬质防刺服和柔性防刺服都在研究和应用,硬质防刺服还是有其优点的,如在防刺可靠性和轻质方面,但是柔性防刺服无疑是以后的研究方向和热点。从国内外文献来看,利用热塑性树脂增强纤维织物和利用剪切增稠液体增强纤维织物是两个重要的增强防刺性能、减轻防刺层重量的重要途径,也同时是各国研究的热点。但是现有的防刺服材料由于通过树脂和纤维进行复合制备,其韧性不足且耐顶破性能较差,同时由于树脂材料具有不透气性和不透湿性,导致其复合材料当人们穿着是会导致汗液无法散发,体表温度升高,穿着者会产生明显的不舒适感,所以针对以上问题进行制备一种防刺复合材料是现有防刺材料研究的方向。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题:针对现有防刺服材料韧性不足且耐顶破性能较差,同时由于树脂材料具有不透气性和不透湿性,导致其复合材料当人们穿着是会导致汗液无法散发,体表温度升高,穿着者会产生明显的不舒适感的缺陷,提供了一种防刺复合材料的制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
(1)按质量比1:1,将苘麻纤维与剑麻纤维混合得混合纤维,按质量比1:10,将混合纤维和去离子水搅拌混合,调节pH至8.0,得混合液;
(2)在55~60℃下,将木聚糖酶添加至混合液中,保温搅拌得酶解液,按体积比1:5,将硅溶胶添加至酶解液中,搅拌混合并过滤,收集滤饼并干燥,得干燥改性纤维;
(3)将改性纤维置于花式捻线机中捻线处理,收集混合纤维线,将其置于织物机上进行织造处理,待织造完成后,收集平纹织布,得改性织布;
(4)将改性织布和热固性树脂基体材料均裁剪为50×50mm的正方形,干燥、冷却,将改性织布叠放至热固性树脂基体材料表面后,得叠放材料并置于模具中,压制处理并静置冷却,脱模并收集压制片材,即可制备得一种防刺复合材料。
步骤(2)所述的木聚糖酶添加量为15U/g。
步骤(2)所述的硅溶胶为固含量为25%的硅溶胶。
步骤(3)所述的平纹织布纬密为150根/10cm,经密为250根/10cm。
步骤(4)所述的压制处理为3~5MPa、150~160℃条件下压制35~40min。
步骤(4)所述的热固性树脂基体材料为热固性树脂B-842、热固性树脂MR-767和热固性树脂CB-89中的任意一种。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明通过将苘麻纤维和剑麻纤维混合,经酶解处理后与硅溶胶复合,由于纤维表面酶解处理后,木聚糖酶破坏纤维表面的细胞壁,降解混合纤维中的半纤维素,并使得纤维细胞壁变得疏松,再在高速搅拌条件下,将纳米二氧化硅颗粒对纤维细胞壁进行有效的填充,同时通过负载的纳米二氧化硅颗粒对细胞进行有效填充后,改性纤维材料耐顶破性能和韧性,从而有效提高防刺复合材料的抗冲击性能;
(2)本发明通过混合纤维与热固性树脂进行有效复合,使热固性树脂包覆和填充混合纤维制备的布料周围,同时,混合纤维中分子链中含有大量的羟基,羟基基团可以大量的吸附水分子,所以通过热固性树脂和混合纤维布料进行有效结合,在人体排汗的情况下,可以吸收人体的汗液,以免汗液堆积在体表,从而使人体有效排汗并形成透气孔洞,改善材料透气性能。
具体实施方式
按质量比1:1,将苘麻纤维与剑麻纤维混合得混合纤维,按质量比1:10,将混合纤维和去离子水搅拌混合,用质量分数10%氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至8.0,得混合液,再在55~60℃下,按酶添加量15U/g,将木聚糖酶添加至混合液中,保温搅拌混合3~5h后,得酶解液,按体积比1:5,将固含量25%硅溶胶添加至酶解液中,在3500~4000r/min下搅拌混合6~8h,随后停止搅拌并过滤,收集滤饼并真空冷冻干燥,收集干燥改性纤维并置于花式捻线机中捻线处理,收集混合纤维线,将其置于织物机上进行织造处理,控制纬密为150根/10cm,经密为250根/10cm,待织造完成后,收集平纹织布,得改性织布;将改性织布和热固性树脂基体材料均裁剪为50×50mm的正方形,再将裁剪后的改性织布和热固性树脂基体材料置于100~110℃下干燥3~5h,静置冷却至室温,将改性织布叠放至热固性树脂基体材料表面后,得叠放材料并置于模具中,将模具置于3~5MPa、150~160℃下压制,控制压制时长为35~40min,待压制完成后,静置冷却至室温,脱模并收集压制片材,即可制备得一种防刺复合材料。
实例1

将苘麻纤维和剑麻纤维直接捻线并织布,制备防刺材料并作为对照组,与本发明制备的实例1,2,3进行性能对比,性能对比如下表表1.

由上表可知,本发明制备的防刺材料具有优异的韧性和耐顶破性能,且具有优异透气透湿性能。

Claims (6)

1.一种防刺复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)按质量比1:1,将苘麻纤维与剑麻纤维混合得混合纤维,按质量比1:10,将混合纤维和去离子水搅拌混合,调节pH至8.0,得混合液;
(2)在55~60℃下,将木聚糖酶添加至混合液中,保温搅拌得酶解液,按体积比1:5,将硅溶胶添加至酶解液中,搅拌混合并过滤,收集滤饼并干燥,得干燥改性纤维;
(3)将改性纤维置于花式捻线机中捻线处理,收集混合纤维线,将其置于织物机上进行织造处理,待织造完成后,收集平纹织布,得改性织布;
(4)将改性织布和热固性树脂基体材料均裁剪为50×50mm的正方形,干燥、冷却,将改性织布叠放至热固性树脂基体材料表面后,得叠放材料并置于模具中,压制处理并静置冷却,脱模并收集压制片材,即可制备得一种防刺复合材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防刺复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述的木聚糖酶添加量为15U/g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防刺复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述的硅溶胶为固含量为25%的硅溶胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防刺复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述的平纹织布纬密为150根/10cm,经密为250根/10cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防刺复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)所述的压制处理为3~5MPa、150~160℃条件下压制35~40min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防刺复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)所述的热固性树脂基体材料为热固性树脂B-842、热固性树脂MR-767和热固性树脂CB-89中的任意一种。
