Abstract
The invention relates to full-automatic drilling production equipment for furniture plates, which comprises a control system, a feeding conveying device, a sorting device, a high-speed code reading device, plate processing stations, a discharging device and storage and packaging stations. According to the invention, the high-speed code reading device is arranged at the input end of the furniture plate, and when the plate passes through, the high-speed code reading device reads the label information adhered on the plate, so that the overall dimension information of the plate is obtained, and the plate is automatically sorted by the sorting device according to the dimension, thereby avoiding errors possibly caused by manual sorting, saving a large amount of labor cost and improving the production efficiency.

Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides full-automatic drilling production equipment for furniture boards, which comprises a control system, a feeding conveying device 1, a sorting device 2, a high-speed code reading device 3, a board processing station 4, a carrying device 5, a discharging device 6 and a packaging storage station 7. The feeding and conveying device 1 is used for conveying furniture plates 101 with different sizes, labels are adhered on the furniture plates 101, and information corresponding to the plates, including appearances, size specifications, positions of holes to be processed, installation positions and the like, is recorded on the labels. In the process of conveying the plates on the feeding conveying device 1, the high-speed code reading device 3 acquires images of a plurality of plates 101 at a high speed through the high-speed camera, and selects an image capable of identifying label information from the images to read, so that various information corresponding to the plates is obtained. The label can be a bar code or a two-dimensional code.
