Abstract
The invention discloses a sorting module of an infusion bag labeling machine, which comprises a damaged sorting module and a labeled sorting module; the damaged sorting module comprises a first sorting module and a second sorting module, a turnover device for turning over the conveying bags is arranged between the first sorting module and the second sorting module, the first sorting module and the second sorting module respectively detect and sort the damaged conditions of two sides of the conveying bags, and sort and reject the damaged transfusion bags on any side; the labeling sorting module sorts the labels on the labeled infusion bags and rejects the unqualified infusion bags; according to the sorting module of the infusion bag labeling machine, disclosed by the invention, infusion bags are automatically sorted, damaged or unqualified infusion bags are sorted and removed before labeling, sorting is carried out according to the labels after labeling, and unqualified infusion bags with the labels are sorted and removed, so that the sorting efficiency is high, and the sorting accuracy is high.

The sorting module of the infusion bag labeling machine comprises a damaged sorting module and a labeled sorting module; the damaged sorting module comprises a first sorting module and a second sorting module, a turnover device for turning over the conveying bags is arranged between the first sorting module and the second sorting module, the first sorting module and the second sorting module respectively detect and sort the damaged conditions of two sides of the conveying bags, and sort and reject the damaged transfusion bags on any side; the labeling sorting module sorts the labels on the labeled infusion bags and rejects the unqualified infusion bags.
Preferably, the first sorting module comprises a first conveying belt and a first camera arranged on the first conveying belt, a first sorting component is arranged on the side face of the first conveying belt at the lower part of the first camera, and the first camera and the first sorting component are connected with a control system.
Preferably, the second sorting module comprises a second conveying belt and a second camera arranged on the second conveying belt, a second sorting component is arranged on the side face of the second conveying belt at the lower part of the second camera, and the second camera and the second sorting component are connected with the control system.
Preferably, the labeling and sorting module is arranged at the rear part of the second sorting module, the labeling and sorting module comprises a third camera arranged on the upper part of the second conveying belt, a third sorting component is arranged on the side surface of the second conveying belt at the lower part of the third camera, and the third camera and the third sorting component are connected with the control system.
Preferably, the third sorting assembly comprises a push plate which is arranged on the side surface of the upper part of the second conveying belt and faces the infusion bag, and the rear part of the push plate is connected with a driving assembly which is controlled by the control system.
Preferably, the turnover device comprises a rotating shaft, a rotating roller is sleeved on the rotating shaft, a plurality of supporting plates are uniformly distributed on the rotating roller along the radial direction, and the rotating roller rotates to drive the infusion bag entering the supporting plates to turn over; the second conveying belt is lower than the first conveying belt, and the infusion bag rotates along with the supporting plate and slides downwards onto the second conveying belt.
The sorting module of the infusion bag labeling machine has the beneficial effects that: the assembly line type automatic sorting is adopted, the sorting is fast, the sorting accuracy is high, the labor is saved, and the cost is reduced.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. The embodiment was chosen and described in order to best explain the principles of the invention and the practical application, and to enable others of ordinary skill in the art to understand the invention for various embodiments with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the sorting module of the infusion bag labeling machine according to the technical scheme of the invention comprises a damaged sorting module and a labeled sorting module. The damaged sorting module sorts the infusion bag before labeling, sorts and rejects the damaged infusion bag, sorts the labeled infusion bag by the labeled sorting module, and sorts and rejects the unqualified label if the unqualified label appears.
As shown in fig. 1, the damaged sorting module includes a first sorting module 1 and a second sorting module 2, and a turnover device 4 for turning over a transport bag 100 is disposed between the first sorting module 1 and the second sorting module 2. The first sorting module 1 and the second sorting module 2 respectively detect and sort the damaged conditions of two sides of the conveying bag 100, and sort and reject damaged infusion bags on any side. The labeling and sorting module 3 sorts the labels 102 on the labeled infusion bags 101 and rejects the unqualified infusion bags. The full-automatic assembly line type sorting is realized, the sorting efficiency is high, and the sorting is accurate.
As shown in fig. 1, the first sorting module 1 includes a first conveyor belt 11 and a first camera 13 disposed on the first conveyor belt 11. A first sorting component 12 is arranged on the side surface of the first conveying belt 11 at the lower part of the first camera 13, and a control system is connected with the first camera 13 and the first sorting component 12. The first camera 13 takes a picture of the conveying bag 100 passing through the lower part of the first camera, then transmits the picture image to the control system, the control system judges whether the conveying bag is damaged or not through image comparison, if the conveying bag is damaged, the control system controls the first sorting component 12 to push the conveying bag out to the side surface, and the conveying bag is pushed away from the first conveying belt 11 to be sorted and removed; if the bag is not damaged, the control system does not send a control signal to the first sorting assembly 12, and the conveying bag is conveyed forward along with the first conveying belt 11.
As shown in fig. 1, the second sorting module 2 includes a second conveying belt 21 and a second camera 23 disposed on the second conveying belt 21, and a second sorting assembly 22 is disposed at a side of the second conveying belt 21 below the second camera 23. The second camera 23 and the second sorting module 22 are connected with the control system. The second camera 23 takes a picture of the conveying bag 100 passing through the lower part of the second camera, then transmits the picture image to the control system, the control system judges whether the conveying bag is damaged or not through image comparison, if the conveying bag is damaged, the control system controls the second sorting component 22 to push the conveying bag out to the side surface, and the conveying bag is pushed away from the second conveying belt 21 to be sorted and removed; if the bag is not damaged, the control system does not send a control signal to the second sorting module 22, and the conveying bag is conveyed forward along with the second conveying belt 21. The second conveyer belt 21 conveys the intact infusion bags 100 after twice sorting to the labeling station.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the labeling and sorting module 3 is disposed at the rear of the second sorting module 2, and the labeling and sorting module 3 includes a third camera 32 disposed at the upper portion of the second conveyor belt 21. And a third sorting component 31 is arranged on the side surface of the second conveying belt 21 at the lower part of the third camera 32, and the third camera 32 and the third sorting component 31 are connected with a control system. The third camera 32 takes a picture of the label on the labeled conveying bag 101 on the lower part of the third camera, then transmits the picture image of the label to the control system, the control system judges whether the label is clear and qualified or not through image comparison, if the label is not qualified, the control system controls the third sorting component 31 to push the labeled conveying bag 101 to the side surface, and pushes the labeled conveying bag 101 away from the second conveying belt 21 for sorting and removing; if the tag is acceptable, the control system does not send a control signal to the third sorting assembly 31.
As shown in fig. 2, the first sorting assembly 12, the second sorting assembly 22 and the third sorting assembly 31 all have the same structure. The third sorting assembly 31 comprises a pushing plate 311 which is arranged on the upper side of the second conveyor belt 21 and faces the infusion bag, the rear part of the pushing plate 311 is connected with a driving assembly 312, and the driving assembly 312 is controlled by the control system. The drive assembly 312 is a cylinder or a ram.
As shown in fig. 1, the turn-over device 4 includes a rotating shaft 41, a rotating roller 43 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 41, a plurality of support plates 42 are uniformly distributed on the rotating roller 43 along the radial direction, and the rotating roller 43 rotates to drive the infusion bag 100 entering the support plates 42 to turn over. The second conveyer belt 21 is arranged at the rear part of the first conveyer belt 11 and is lower than the first conveyer belt 11, and the infusion bag 100 rotates along with the supporting plate 42 and slides downwards to the second conveyer belt 21 to realize turnover.

A sorting module of an infusion bag labeling machine is characterized by comprising a damaged sorting module and a labeled sorting module; the damaged sorting module comprises a first sorting module and a second sorting module, a turnover device for turning over the conveying bags is arranged between the first sorting module and the second sorting module, the first sorting module and the second sorting module respectively detect and sort the damaged conditions of two sides of the conveying bags, and sort and reject the damaged transfusion bags on any side; the labeling sorting module sorts the labels on the labeled infusion bags and rejects the unqualified infusion bags.

The sorting module of the infusion bag labeling machine according to claim 1, wherein the first sorting module comprises a first conveyor belt and a first camera arranged on the first conveyor belt, a first sorting component is arranged on the side surface of the first conveyor belt at the lower part of the first camera, and the first camera and the first sorting component are connected with a control system.

The sorting module of the infusion bag labeling machine according to claim 1, wherein the second sorting module comprises a second conveyor belt and a second camera arranged on the second conveyor belt, a second sorting component is arranged on the side surface of the second conveyor belt at the lower part of the second camera, and the second camera and the second sorting component are connected with the control system.

The sorting module of the infusion bag labeling machine according to claim 1, wherein the labeling sorting module is disposed at the rear of the second sorting module, the labeling sorting module comprises a third camera disposed at the upper part of the second conveyor belt, a third sorting component is disposed at the side surface of the second conveyor belt at the lower part of the third camera, and the third camera and the third sorting component are connected to the control system.

The sorting module of an infusion bag labeling machine according to claim 4, wherein the third sorting assembly comprises a pushing plate disposed on the upper side of the second conveyor belt and facing the infusion bag, and a driving assembly is connected to the rear portion of the pushing plate and controlled by the control system.

The sorting module of an infusion bag labeling machine according to claim 1, wherein the turnover device comprises a rotating shaft, a rotating roller is sleeved on the rotating shaft, a plurality of supporting plates are uniformly distributed on the rotating roller along the radial direction, and the rotating roller rotates to drive the infusion bag entering the supporting plates to rotate and turn over; the second conveying belt is lower than the first conveying belt, and the infusion bag rotates along with the supporting plate and slides downwards onto the second conveying belt.
