1. An express sorting system, comprising:
the separating device for dispersing the express items is provided with an item inlet and an item outlet;
the single or multiple parallel conveying devices are communicated with the piece outlet of the separating device and comprise an arrangement section and a sorting section which are sequentially connected, wherein the arrangement section is provided with a first arrangement station and a second arrangement station;
the code scanning device is used for scanning the express item identification codes and is arranged at the rear end of the arrangement section;
the first lane device is arranged at the second arrangement station and is provided with a first pushing mechanism for pushing the express items;
the front reflow station is arranged at one side of the first lane device;
the second channel separating device is arranged at one side of the sorting section and is provided with a second pushing mechanism for pushing the express delivery piece;
a workpiece outlet station arranged at one side of the second lane device;
a post-reflow station disposed at the end of the sorting section;
wherein, the arrangement section of the conveying device adopts a roller conveying line; the roller conveying line is provided with a plurality of arrangement areas and a plurality of driving components positioned in the arrangement areas; the driving assembly comprises a roller and a motor for driving the roller; the express sorting system also comprises a control device, a plurality of first sensors respectively arranged at the first arranging station and the second arranging station, and a second sensor arranged at the sorting section; the code scanning device, the motor, the first pushing mechanism, the second pushing mechanism, the first sensor and the second sensor are respectively and electrically connected with the control device; the first sensors respectively detect express items of the first arranging station and the second arranging station; the control device controls the motor to drive the roller to rotate, so that each arrangement area of the first arrangement station only transports a single express item in the horizontal direction; the control device controls the first lane device to push the express items to the front reflow station, so that each arrangement area of the second arrangement station only transports a single express item in the vertical direction; the second sensor detects express items of the sorting section; the control device controls the second lane device to push the express delivery piece to the delivery station; the express sorting system further comprises a delivery conveyor belt arranged at the delivery station;
the express sorting system further comprises a front reflow conveyor belt arranged at the front reflow station; the front end of the front reflux conveyor belt is arranged at one side of the first lane dividing device, and the tail of the front reflux conveyor belt is communicated with the first reflux port of the separating device;
the first lane device is also provided with a first buffer area and a third sensor for detecting express items on the front reflow conveyor belt; the third sensor is arranged in the first cache region; the second lane device is also provided with a second buffer area and a fourth sensor for detecting express items on the item conveyor belt; the fourth sensor is arranged in the second buffer area; the express sorting system further comprises a rear reflow conveyor belt arranged at the rear reflow station; the front end of the rear reflux conveyor belt is arranged at the tail end of the sorting section, and the tail of the rear reflux conveyor belt is communicated with a second reflux port arranged on the separating device; the rear reflux conveyor belt is also provided with a third buffer area;
the sorting section of the conveying device comprises a belt conveying line; the belt conveying line comprises a conveying belt provided with a plurality of sorting areas, a counting assembly electrically connected with the control device, a plurality of position labels for marking the positions of the single sorting areas, a first scanning device for scanning the position labels and a plurality of second scanning devices.

The express sorting system of claim 1, wherein the conveyor belt is provided with a loading station; the counting assembly is arranged on one side of the feeding station; when the conveyor belt moves, the counting assembly calculates the number of sorting areas of the conveyor belt, which are moved relative to the counting assembly; the second lane device comprises a plurality of second pushing piece mechanisms positioned on one side of the conveyor belt.

The express sorting system of claim 1, wherein the position tag is fixed to an inner side of a conveyor belt; the first scanning device is arranged at the feeding station; the second scanning device is arranged on one side of the second pushing mechanism; the first scanning device and the plurality of second scanning devices are respectively and electrically connected with the control device.
4. An express sorting method, characterized in that the express sorting system according to any one of claims 1-3 is adopted; the express sorting method comprises the following steps:
dispersing express items by adopting a separating device and transferring the express items to a conveying device;
the transportation device sorts the express items so that each arrangement area of the first arrangement station has only one express item in the horizontal direction;
the first lane device sorts the express items so that each arrangement area of the second arrangement station has only one express item in the vertical direction;
the front reflow station receives express items sorted by the first lane device;
the transport device transfers the express items sorted by the first lane dividing device to the code scanning device;
the code scanning device scans and stores express items in the arrangement area;
the control device judges whether the sorting conditions are met according to the code scanning result of the code scanning device;
if yes, the control device controls the second lane device to push the express delivery piece to the piece outlet station;
if not, the conveying device conveys the unsorted express items to the post-reflow station.
5. The express sorting method according to claim 4, wherein the transporting device sorts the express items so that each arrangement area of the first arrangement station has only one express item in a horizontal direction, comprising:
a first sensor of the first arrangement station detects the express delivery and sends a detection result to the control device;
the control device controls the motor of the first arranging station driving assembly according to the detection result of the first arranging station, so that each arranging area has only one express item in the horizontal direction.
6. The express sorting method according to claim 4, wherein the first lane device sorts the express items so that each of the arrangement areas of the second arrangement station has only one express item in the vertical direction, comprising:
the first sensor of the second arrangement station detects the express delivery and sends a detection result to the control device;
the control device judges whether the number of express items in the vertical direction in each arrangement area is larger than 1 according to the detection result of the second arrangement station;
if yes, the control device controls the first lane device to push the express items on the second arrangement station to the front reflow station, so that each arrangement area of the second arrangement station has only one express item in the vertical direction, and the next step is carried out;
if not, directly entering the next step.
7. The method according to claim 4, wherein if not, the transporting device transfers the unsorted express items to the post-reflow station, and the steps further include:
the back reflow conveyor belt transfers the express items of the back reflow station to a third buffer area;
or, the front reflow station receives the express items sorted by the first lane device, and after the step, the method further comprises the following steps:
the front reflow conveyor belt transfers the express items of the front reflow station to the separating device.
8. The express sorting method according to claim 4, wherein if yes, the step of controlling the second lane device to push the express to the delivery station by the control device includes:
if yes, the control device inquires and confirms pre-stored second pushing mechanism information according to the code scanning result of the code scanning device;
the counting component counts the express delivery pieces reaching the feeding station and sends a counting instruction to the control device,
the counting instruction comprises a starting instruction and a real-time step number instruction;
the control device calculates the number of pushing steps according to the starting instruction and the second pushing mechanism information;
the control device calculates the actual step number according to the real-time step number instruction, and compares whether the actual step number is the same as the pushing step number or not;
if the two pushing mechanisms are the same, the control device sends a pushing instruction to the confirmed second pushing mechanism;
if the actual step number is different, the control device continuously calculates the actual step number according to the real-time step number instruction, and compares the actual step number with the pushing step number;
the second pushing mechanism pushes the express delivery piece to the piece outlet station according to the pushing instruction.
