剃须刀片自动上料切口装置及其加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉一种剃须刀片自动上料切口装置及其加工工艺,属于机械自动化技术领域。
背景技术
剃须刀是剃刮胡须的用具。属于自我服务型工具,多为成年男子使用。剃须刀可按结构分为安全刮脸刀、电动剃须刀、机械剃须刀3类。
如公开号为CN105358296A公开了本发明涉及能够有效地减少因刀刃导致的皮肤损伤的一体式多重剃须刀片及其制造方法。根据本发明实施例的一体式多重剃须刀片包括框架部及剃须刀片部。在此情况下,框架部具有规定的长度,并且沿着一方向按规定间隔相隔开而形成。并且,剃须刀片部与框架部一体地形成,并且具有沿着垂直于框架部的方向所形成的多个剃须刀片。
又如公开号为CN2778495公开了一种圆盘型电动剃须刀片,是为提高现有圆盘型电动剃须刀片的惯量而设计的。一种圆盘型电动剃须刀片,由刀盘、刀爪、嵌套组成,在所述的刀爪上固定惯量体。本发明的优点在于:在剃须刀片刀爪或刀盘处安装惯量体,使得剃须刀片能在增加较小质量的条件下,增加较大惯量,从而增加剃须刀片在使用时旋转运动的连续性和稳定性,提高剃须舒适性;同时可充分利用剃须刀片的原有空间,并提高了电机输出的利用率,增强了市场竞争力。
目前剃须刀片的加工都是人工上料,冲切,人工下料,这样速度很慢,生产效率低。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本实发明提供了一种剃须刀片自动上料切口装置及其加工工艺,本发明通过合理的结构设计,可自动上料、自动送料、自动检测、自动冲切,自动收料,整个生产过程权自动化,速度快,生产效率高。
本发明提的具体技术方案如下:
剃须刀片自动上料切口装置,包括工作台,其特征在于:所述工作台的进料端设有上料分选机构、出料端设有收料机构,冲切机构布设在工作台上;
所述上料分选机构包括电机一带动的上料转盘和电机二带动的选料转盘;所述上料转盘上均布设有刀片放置槽,所述上料转盘的下方安装有将刀片放置槽内刀片顶起的顶块,所述顶块通过气缸结构推动做上下运动;所述选料转盘上面均布设有放料槽,所述放料槽对应的工位依次设有通过气缸一控制的上料吸块、检测机构、定位推块和除料刮块,其中:定位推块和除料刮块通过各自的气缸带动运动;
所述冲切机构包括移动板和均布布设的置料槽,所述移动板上均布安装有移料吸手,所述工作台上安装有轨道,移动板安装在所述轨道上,所述移动板的侧边安装有滚轮,滚轮上安装有通过电机四带动运动的皮带,所述移动板上设有夹块夹住皮带,冲床布设在置料槽工位的上方;
所述出料端设有收料机构包括轨道立架,所述轨道立架上安装有通过气缸五控制运动的移动轨道板,移动轨道板上安装有气缸六控制的摆料板,所述摆料板上均布设有储料槽;所述轨道立架的侧边安装有支架,所述支架上设有轨道架,移动板三扣合在轨道架上,所述移动板三上设有通过气缸七控制上下运动的吸料板。
优先地,所以除料刮块的下方还安装有不合格品回收箱。
基于上述装置,本发明还提出一种剃须刀片自动上料切口加工工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将刀片放置在刀片放置槽内叠加好,摆放在上料转盘上;
2)当上料转盘带动刀片放置槽运动到顶块的下方时,气缸结构推动顶块上升将刀片放置槽的刀片上推;
3)气缸一带动上料吸块运动将刀片放置槽内的刀片吸起送入放料槽内,之后电机二带动的选料转盘,选料转盘带动放置槽内的刀片旋转首先进入超声波裂纹检测工位,采用超声波裂纹检测仪的检测机构对刀片有无损坏进行裂纹检测;
4)步骤3)之后刀片被送入出料工位,定位推块先推动刀片将其位置调整正确,然后移料吸手在皮带的带动下先前进将出料工位的合格刀片吸取,之后再后退将吸取的刀片放在置料槽内;
5)不合格的刀片被送入到除料工位,除料刮块将不合格的刀片从刀片放置槽刮掉,使刀片落入不合格品回收箱内集中回收;
6)移动板在皮带的带动下不断做前后往复运动将刀片送入下一个工位,当到达冲切工位时,冲床带动模具下冲,将刀片的刀口和中间的孔槽冲出,形成可以使用的成品刀片;
7)这加工完成的刀片不断被移料吸手送料前进最后送入储料槽上面,气缸五带动移动轨道板运动使摆料板带动储料槽运动,这样刀片便在储料槽内均布排列摆设,摆设完成后,气缸七控制吸料板下降将储料槽内的成品刀片全部吸取送入包装流水线。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明通过合理的结构设计,可自动上料、自动送料、自动检测、自动冲切,自动收料,整个生产过程权自动化,速度快,生产效率高,适合推广使用。

实施例1
剃须刀片自动上料切口装置,包括工作台100,所述工作台100的进料端设有上料分选机构300、出料端设有收料机构200,冲切机构400布设在工作台100上;
上料分选机构300包括电机一307带动的上料转盘308和电机二304带动的选料转盘301;所述上料转盘308上均布设有刀片放置槽310,所述上料转盘308的下方安装有将刀片放置槽310内刀片顶起的顶块305,所述顶块305通过气缸结构306推动做上下运动;所述选料转盘301上面均布设有放料槽313,所述放料槽313对应的工位依次设有通过气缸一309控制的上料吸块311、检测机构312、定位推块和除料刮块302,其中:定位推块和除料刮块302通过各自的气缸带动运动;
冲切机构400包括移动板408和均布布设的置料槽401,所述移动板408上均布安装有移料吸手407,所述工作台100上安装有轨道404,移动板408安装在所述轨道404上,所述移动板408的侧边安装有滚轮409,滚轮409上安装有通过电机四411带动运动的皮带406,所述移动板408上设有夹块夹住皮带406,冲床403布设在置料槽401工位的上方。
出料端设有收料机构200包括轨道立架209,所述轨道立架209上安装有通过气缸五(210)控制运动的移动轨道板208,移动轨道板208上安装有气缸六213控制的摆料板212,所述摆料板212上均布设有储料槽214;所述轨道立架209的侧边安装有支架204,所述支架204上设有轨道架203,移动板三202扣合在轨道架203上,所述移动板三202上设有通过气缸七205控制上下运动的吸料板201。除料刮块302的下方还安装有不合格品回收箱。
基于上述装置,本发明还提出一种剃须刀片自动上料切口加工工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将刀片放置在刀片放置槽310内叠加好,摆放在上料转盘308上;
2)当上料转盘308带动刀片放置槽310运动到顶块305的下方时,气缸结构306推动顶块305上升将刀片放置槽310的刀片上推;
3)气缸一309带动上料吸块311运动将刀片放置槽310内的刀片吸起送入放料槽313内,之后电机二304带动的选料转盘301,选料转盘301带动放置槽310内的刀片旋转首先进入超声波裂纹检测工位,采用超声波裂纹检测仪的检测机构312对刀片有无损坏进行裂纹检测;
4)步骤3)之后刀片被送入出料工位,定位推块先推动刀片将其位置调整正确,然后移料吸手407在皮带406的带动下先前进将出料工位的合格刀片吸取,之后再后退将吸取的刀片放在置料槽401内;
5)不合格的刀片被送入到除料工位,除料刮块302将不合格的刀片从刀片放置槽310刮掉,使刀片落入不合格品回收箱内集中回收;
6)移动板408在皮带406的带动下不断做前后往复运动将刀片送入下一个工位,当到达冲切工位时,冲床403带动模具下冲,将刀片的刀口和中间的孔槽冲出,形成可以使用的成品刀片;
7)这加工完成的刀片不断被移料吸手407送料前进最后送入储料槽214上面,气缸五210带动移动轨道板208运动使摆料板212带动储料槽214运动,这样刀片便在储料槽214内均布排列摆设,摆设完成后,气缸七205控制吸料板201下降将储料槽214内的成品刀片全部吸取送入包装流水线。

所述上料分选机构(300)包括电机一(307)带动的上料转盘(308)和电机二(304)带动的选料转盘(301);所述上料转盘(308)上均布设有刀片放置槽(310),所述上料转盘(308)的下方安装有将刀片放置槽(310)内刀片顶起的顶块(305),所述顶块(305)通过气缸结构(306)推动做上下运动;所述选料转盘(301)上面均布设有放料槽(313),所述放料槽(313)对应的工位依次设有通过气缸一(309)控制的上料吸块(311)、检测机构(312)、定位推块和除料刮块(302),其中:定位推块和除料刮块(302)通过各自的气缸带动运动;
所述冲切机构(400)包括移动板(408)和均布布设的置料槽(401),所述移动板(408)上均布安装有移料吸手(407),所述工作台(100)上安装有轨道(404),移动板(408)安装在所述轨道(404)上,所述移动板(408)的侧边安装有滚轮(409),滚轮(409)上安装有通过电机四(411)带动运动的皮带(406),所述移动板(408)上设有夹块夹住皮带(406),冲床(403)布设在置料槽(401)工位的上方;

3.一种使用如权利要求1所述的剃须刀片自动上料切口装置的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将刀片放置在刀片放置槽(310)内叠加好,摆放在上料转盘(308)上;
2)当上料转盘(308)带动刀片放置槽(310)运动到顶块(305)的下方时,气缸结构(306)推动顶块(305)上升将刀片放置槽(310)的刀片上推;
3)气缸一(309)带动上料吸块(311)运动将刀片放置槽(310)内的刀片吸起送入放料槽(313)内,之后电机二(304)带动的选料转盘(301),选料转盘(301)带动放置槽(310)内的刀片旋转首先进入超声波裂纹检测工位,采用超声波裂纹检测仪的检测机构(312)对刀片有无损坏进行裂纹检测;
4)步骤3)之后刀片被送入出料工位,定位推块先推动刀片将其位置调整正确,然后移料吸手(407)在皮带(406)的带动下先前进将出料工位的合格刀片吸取,之后再后退将吸取的刀片放在置料槽(401)内;
5)不合格的刀片被送入到除料工位,除料刮块(302)将不合格的刀片从刀片放置槽(310)刮掉,使刀片落入不合格品回收箱内集中回收;
6)移动板(408)在皮带(406)的带动下不断做前后往复运动将刀片送入下一个工位,当到达冲切工位时,冲床(403)带动模具下冲,将刀片的刀口和中间的孔槽冲出,形成可以使用的成品刀片;
7)这加工完成的刀片不断被移料吸手(407)送料前进最后送入储料槽(214)上面,气缸五(210)带动移动轨道板(208)运动使摆料板(212)带动储料槽(214)运动,这样刀片便在储料槽(214)内均布排列摆设,摆设完成后,气缸七(205)控制吸料板(201)下降将储料槽(214)内的成品刀片全部吸取送入包装流水线。
