本发明涉及土壤修复技术,特别涉及一种土壤修复装置的搅拌筒。
背景技术
随着社会的迅速发展,土壤污染也日益严重。如何防治土壤污染,保护有限的土壤资源,已成为突出的全球性问题。在污染土壤修复中,药剂与土壤的混合匀化是一个很重要的环节,对于药剂和污染土壤的混合匀化的均匀度有较高要求。但目前,土壤与药剂在搅拌混合时依然不够充分,使得土壤与稳定化药剂的融合不够充分,给修复效果带来影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种土壤修复装置的搅拌筒,该搅拌筒能够实现土壤与药剂的充分搅拌混合,提高修复效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种土壤修复装置的搅拌筒,包括筒体,所述筒体内设有搅拌装置,所述筒体为方形筒,所述方形筒的顶部设有进料斗,方形筒的一侧侧壁设有出料口,所述筒体的中心通过一个隔板分为左右两个仓室,所述搅拌装置位于远离出料口的仓室,搅拌装置包括搅拌电机以及搅拌轴,搅拌轴垂直的分布在筒体内部,并且所述搅拌轴设于筒体远离出料口的一侧;所述搅拌轴上均匀的安装有若干搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆的杆身上固定有若干与搅拌杆垂直的圆片,每相邻的两个搅拌杆上的圆片交错分布;所述筒体的靠近出料口一侧的仓室内固定安装有一根垂直分布的提升轴,所述提升轴的轴身上固定安装有提升螺旋,所述提升螺旋的螺旋方向为向上分布,提升轴通过翻土电机驱动转动;所述搅拌轴以及提升轴均为空心轴,并且所述搅拌杆也为空心的杆体,圆片以及提升螺旋的内部为空腔结构,并且所述圆片、提升螺旋的两侧均匀分布若干喷药孔,所述搅拌轴、提升轴的底部通过一个轴承与旋转法兰连接,所述旋转法兰连接有一根高压软管,高压软管与加药罐连接;所述筒体的两个仓室之间通过位于筒体底部的水平螺旋连接,所述隔板的底部设有用于水平螺旋恰好通过的通孔。

采用上述技术方案,本发明通过隔板将筒体分为两个不同的仓室,并在两个仓室内分别安装搅拌装置以及提升装置,实现了搅拌装置向下搅动土壤,提升装置向上提升土壤。在搅拌时,药剂通过高压软管进入搅拌轴以及提升轴内,再从圆片和提升螺旋的喷药孔喷向土壤内,而位于搅拌装置一侧的筒体内的土壤在筒体的底部处通过水平螺旋被推进到提升装置的仓室内,并随着提升螺旋的搅动向上移动,从而使得土壤在搅拌筒内的搅拌均匀化,并且使土壤在搅拌筒内的停留时间延长,最后使土壤从筒体侧壁的出料口出料,从而使土壤得到充分的搅拌,使土壤与药剂混合充分,提高修复效果。

如图1~3所示,本发明一种土壤修复装置的搅拌筒,包括筒体1,筒体1内设有搅拌装置,筒体1为方形筒,方形筒的顶部设有进料斗2,筒体1的内部通过隔板10被分隔成左右两个仓室,两个仓室内分别安装有搅拌装置和提升装置,两个仓室之间通过安装在筒体1中心底部的水平螺旋23连接,隔板10的底部设有用于水平螺旋23穿过的通孔。筒体1在其中一个仓室的侧壁靠近顶部处设有出料口3,筒体1在进料斗2的下方固定连接有一块连接板15,筒体1在进料斗2与连接板15之间的处安装有筛板16,筛板16的靠近搅拌装置的一侧设有筛网17,避免了进入搅拌区域内的土壤颗粒大,造成混合不充分的现象。滑杆18安装在筒体1的两个相对的内壁之间,滑杆18沿筒体1内壁水平滑动,滑杆18的底部安装有毛刷19,毛刷19与筛板16的上表面接触,筒体1远离筛网17的一侧侧壁在与筛板16相同的高度上设有出料孔20,出料孔20倾斜向下设置,滑杆18通过安装在筒体1侧壁的气缸22驱动,气缸22嵌在筒体1的侧壁,并且气缸22的散热口位于筒体1的外部。经过筛网17的过滤,大颗粒的土壤被残留在筛板16上,并通过毛刷19扫到出料孔20处,排出筒体1。
搅拌装置包括搅拌电机4以及搅拌轴5,搅拌轴5、搅拌电机4均安装在连接板15上,搅拌轴5垂直的分布在筒体1远离出料口3的仓室内部。搅拌轴5上均匀的安装有搅拌杆6,搅拌杆6的截面呈三角形,搅拌杆6的杆身上固定有与搅拌杆6垂直的圆片7,圆片7沿搅拌杆6的杆身方向分布,每相邻的两个搅拌杆6上的圆片7交错分布。本发明为了节省成本,并提高搅拌强度,将圆片7以及搅拌杆6均采用Q235钢制作,并且圆片7与搅拌杆6为一体化焊接成型。
筒体1靠近出料口3一侧的仓室内安装有提升轴8,提升轴8的轴身上固定安装有提升螺旋9,提升螺旋9的螺旋方向为向上分布,提升螺旋9的螺距自下向上依次增加,保证土壤在向上移动时速度降低,避免土壤快速的涌到搅拌区域。提升轴8通过翻土电机驱动转动,提升轴8、翻土电机均安装在连接板15上。
筒体1的底部安装有电热片21,电热片21均匀的分布在筒体1的底部,便于适当的提高筒体1内的温度,是的药剂与土壤充分混合反应,提高修复效果。
本发明为了实现全密封式搅拌,避免绕线,采用的搅拌轴5、提升轴8为空心轴,并且搅拌杆6也为空心的杆体,圆片7、提升螺旋9的内部为空腔结构,并且圆片7以及提升螺旋9的两侧分别均匀分布若干喷药孔11,搅拌轴5、提升轴的底部通过一个轴承12与旋转法兰13连接,旋转法兰13连接有一根高压软管14,高压软管14与加药罐连接。
本发明通过隔板10将筒体1分为两个不同的仓室,并在两个仓室内分别安装搅拌装置以及提升装置,实现了搅拌装置向下搅动土壤,提升装置向上提升土壤。在搅拌时,药剂通过高压软管14进入搅拌轴5以及提升轴8内,再从圆片7以及提升螺旋9的喷药孔11喷向土壤内,而位于搅拌装置一侧的筒体1内的土壤在筒体的底部处通过水平螺旋23被推进到提升装置的仓室内,并随着提升螺旋9的搅动向上移动,从而使得土壤在搅拌筒1内的搅拌均匀化,并且使土壤在搅拌筒内的停留时间延长,最后使土壤从筒体1侧壁的出料口3出料,从而使土壤得到充分的搅拌,使土壤与药剂混合充分,提高修复效果。
