本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种保湿透气医用敷料及其制备方法。本发明所述的保湿透气医用敷料,相对保湿性在42‑45%之间,金黄色葡萄球菌和枸橼酸杆菌均未生长,保湿性能好,抑菌效果良好,可广泛用于临床医疗中;制备方法简单,制作成本低,原料易得,工艺绿色环保,不会对环境造成污染。

本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种保湿透气医用敷料及其制备方法。
背景技术
医用敷料是暂时覆盖烧伤、溃疡、创伤等伤口的一类临床医用材料,其主要作用是控制伤口的渗出液及保护伤口免受细菌及尘粒等外源污染;能抵御机械因素(如脏物、碰撞、发炎等)、抵御污染和化学刺激;防止二度感染;防止干燥和体液丢失(电解质丢失);防止热量丢失;通过清创主动影响伤口愈合过程,创造促进伤口愈合的微环境。医用敷料在使用过程中,随着时间的增长,保湿性降低,伤口愈合速度减慢,同时由于所处的环境复杂,易导致细菌滋生;现有的医用敷料抑菌效果不持久,保湿、透气效果不好。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服以上问题,本发明的其中一个目的是提供一种保湿透气医用敷料。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种保湿透气医用敷料,包括以下重量份的组分:海藻酸钠55-75份、焦磷酸钠5-20份、羧甲基纤维素钠5-15份、改性几丁聚糖1-10份、柠檬酸2-10份、聚乙烯醇10-20份、甘露醇5-15份、透明质酸8-20份、胶原蛋白10-20份、生姜提取物1-10份、甘草提取物1-10份、库拉索芦荟叶汁1-10份。
海藻酸钠65份、焦磷酸钠12份、羧甲基纤维素钠10份、改性几丁聚糖6份、柠檬酸6份、聚乙烯醇15份、甘露醇10份、透明质酸15份、胶原蛋白15份、生姜提取物6份、甘草提取物6份、库拉索芦荟叶汁6份。
优选地,所述的几丁聚糖采用改性甲壳素或甲壳素脱乙酰产物。
优选地,所述的生姜提取物和甘草提取物过100目筛网。
优选地,所述的胶原蛋白为鱼鳔胶原蛋白或鱿鱼皮胶原蛋白。
优选地,所述的胶原蛋白为I型胶原蛋白。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供所述的保湿透气医用敷料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1) 按配方质量份,将焦磷酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、改性几丁聚糖、柠檬酸、聚乙烯醇、甘露醇、透明质酸、胶原蛋白、生姜提取物、甘草提取物、库拉索芦荟叶汁份混合,60-70℃下超声10-20min后得到混合物A;
2)将步骤1)所得混合物A缓缓加入配方量的海藻酸钠经恒温60-70℃搅拌均匀后冷却,再置于搅拌器中滴加盐酸至pH为5-6,搅拌均匀后得到混合物B;
3)将脱脂纱布浸泡于步骤2)所得混合物B中,置于烘干机烘干,密封,包装,经紫外杀菌后检测合格即为成品。
优选的,所述步骤3)中浸泡时间30-40min。
优选的,所述步骤3)中烘干机烘干温度为65-80℃,时间为10-20min。
上述技术方案可以看出,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明所述的保湿透气医用敷料,相对保湿性在42-45%之间,金黄色葡萄球菌和枸橼酸杆菌均未生长 ,保湿性能好,抑菌效果良好,可广泛用于临床医疗中;制备方法简单,制作成本低,原料易得,工艺绿色环保,不会对环境造成污染。

实施例1
本实施例中所述的一种保湿透气医用敷料,包括以下重量份的组分:海藻酸钠55份、焦磷酸钠5份、羧甲基纤维素钠5份、改性几丁聚糖1份、柠檬酸2份、聚乙烯醇10份、甘露醇5份、透明质酸8份、胶原蛋白10份、生姜提取物1份、甘草提取物1份、库拉索芦荟叶汁1份。
优选地,所述的几丁聚糖采用改性甲壳素。
优选地,所述的生姜提取物和甘草提取物过100目筛网。
优选地,所述的胶原蛋白为鱼鳔胶原蛋白。
优选地,所述的胶原蛋白为I型胶原蛋白。
本实施例所述的保湿透气医用敷料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1) 将焦磷酸钠5份、羧甲基纤维素钠5份、改性几丁聚糖1份、柠檬酸2份、聚乙烯醇10份、甘露醇5份、透明质酸8份、胶原蛋白10份、生姜提取物1份、甘草提取物1份、库拉索芦荟叶汁1份混合,60℃下超声10min后得到混合物A;
2)将步骤1)所得混合物A缓缓加入海藻酸钠55份经恒温60℃搅拌均匀后冷却,再置于搅拌器中滴加盐酸至pH为5,搅拌均匀后得到混合物B;
3)将脱脂纱布浸泡于步骤2)所得混合物B中,浸泡时间30min,置于烘干机烘干,烘干温度为65℃,时间为20min,密封,包装,经紫外杀菌后检测合格即为成品。
本实施例所述的医用敷料性能测试如下:金黄色葡萄球菌和枸橼酸杆菌不生长,相对保湿度为42%。
实施例2
本实施例中所述的一种保湿透气医用敷料,包括以下重量份的组分:海藻酸钠75份、焦磷酸钠20份、羧甲基纤维素钠15份、改性几丁聚糖10份、柠檬酸10份、聚乙烯醇20份、甘露醇15份、透明质酸20份、胶原蛋白20份、生姜提取物10份、甘草提取物10份、库拉索芦荟叶汁10份。
优选地,所述的几丁聚糖采用甲壳素脱乙酰产物。
优选地,所述的生姜提取物和甘草提取物过100目筛网。
优选地,所述的胶原蛋白为鱿鱼皮胶原蛋白。

1) 将焦磷酸钠20份、羧甲基纤维素钠15份、改性几丁聚糖10份、柠檬酸10份、聚乙烯醇20份、甘露醇15份、透明质酸20份、胶原蛋白20份、生姜提取物10份、甘草提取物10份、库拉索芦荟叶汁10份混合,70℃下超声20min后得到混合物A;
2)将步骤1)所得混合物A缓缓海藻酸钠75份经恒温70℃搅拌均匀后冷却,再置于搅拌器中滴加盐酸至pH为6,搅拌均匀后得到混合物B;
3)将脱脂纱布浸泡于步骤2)所得混合物B中,浸泡时间40min,置于烘干机烘干,烘干温度为80℃,时间为10min,密封,包装,经紫外杀菌后检测合格即为成品。
本实施例所述的医用敷料性能测试如下:金黄色葡萄球菌和枸橼酸杆菌不生长,相对保湿度为43.5%。
实施例3
本实施例中所述的一种保湿透气医用敷料,包括以下重量份的组分:海藻酸钠65份、焦磷酸钠12份、羧甲基纤维素钠10份、改性几丁聚糖6份、柠檬酸6份、聚乙烯醇15份、甘露醇10份、透明质酸15份、胶原蛋白15份、生姜提取物6份、甘草提取物6份、库拉索芦荟叶汁6份。
优选地,所述的几丁聚糖采用改性甲壳素。
优选地,所述的生姜提取物和甘草提取物过100目筛网。
优选地,所述的胶原蛋白为鱼鳔胶原蛋白。
优选地,所述的胶原蛋白为I型胶原蛋白。
本实施例所述的保湿透气医用敷料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1) 将焦磷酸钠12份、羧甲基纤维素钠10份、改性几丁聚糖6份、柠檬酸6份、聚乙烯醇15份、甘露醇10份、透明质酸15份、胶原蛋白15份、生姜提取物6份、甘草提取物6份、库拉索芦荟叶汁6份混合,65℃下超声15min后得到混合物A;
2)将步骤1)所得混合物A缓缓加入海藻酸钠65份经恒温65℃搅拌均匀后冷却,再置于搅拌器中滴加盐酸至pH为5.5,搅拌均匀后得到混合物B;
3)将脱脂纱布浸泡于步骤2)所得混合物B中,浸泡时间35min,置于烘干机烘干,烘干温度为75℃,时间为15min,密封,包装,经紫外杀菌后检测合格即为成品。
本实施例所述的医用敷料性能测试如下:金黄色葡萄球菌和枸橼酸杆菌不生长,相对保湿度为45%。

1.一种保湿透气医用敷料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的组分:海藻酸钠55-75份、焦磷酸钠5-20份、羧甲基纤维素钠5-15份、改性几丁聚糖1-10份、柠檬酸2-10份、聚乙烯醇10-20份、甘露醇5-15份、透明质酸8-20份、胶原蛋白10-20份、生姜提取物1-10份、甘草提取物1-10份、库拉索芦荟叶汁1-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保湿透气医用敷料,其特征在于:海藻酸钠65份、焦磷酸钠12份、羧甲基纤维素钠10份、改性几丁聚糖6份、柠檬酸6份、聚乙烯醇15份、甘露醇10份、透明质酸15份、胶原蛋白15份、生姜提取物6份、甘草提取物6份、库拉索芦荟叶汁6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保湿透气医用敷料,其特征在于:所述的几丁聚糖采用改性甲壳素或甲壳素脱乙酰产物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保湿透气医用敷料,其特征在于:所述的生姜提取物和甘草提取物过100目筛网。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保湿透气医用敷料,其特征在于:所述的胶原蛋白为鱼鳔胶原蛋白或鱿鱼皮胶原蛋白。
6.根据权利要求1所述的保湿透气医用敷料,其特征在于:所述的胶原蛋白为I型胶原蛋白。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种保湿透气医用敷料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1) 按配方质量份,将焦磷酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、改性几丁聚糖、柠檬酸、聚乙烯醇、甘露醇、透明质酸、胶原蛋白、生姜提取物、甘草提取物、库拉索芦荟叶汁份混合,60-70℃下超声10-20min后得到混合物A;
2)将步骤1)所得混合物A缓缓加入配方量的海藻酸钠经恒温60-70℃搅拌均匀后冷却,再置于搅拌器中滴加盐酸至pH为5-6,搅拌均匀后得到混合物B;
3)将脱脂纱布浸泡于步骤2)所得混合物B中,置于烘干机烘干,密封,包装,经紫外杀菌后检测合格即为成品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种保湿透气医用敷料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中浸泡时间30-40min。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种保湿透气医用敷料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中烘干机烘干温度为65-80℃,时间为10-20min。
