本发明公开了一种用于汽车轮胎的高弹性橡胶,涉及橡胶技术领域。这种用于汽车轮胎的高弹性橡胶,包括如下重量份的原料:顺丁橡胶130~160份,炭黑85~130份,碳酸镁16~22份,聚氧乙烯醚12份~18份,偏苯三酸三辛酯7~10份,氢氧化镁6~10份,石油磺酸苯酯6~10份,二苯磷酸酯4~8份,氧化镁4~8份,防老化剂2~4份,氧化锌4~6份、聚合硫0.5~1.5份,石蜡0.5~1.5份,三氧化二硼0.5~1.5份,二硫化二苯骈噻唑0.5~1.5份,二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.5~1.5份,防焦剂CTP0.1~0.5份。本发明解决了目前用于汽车轮胎使用的橡胶的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、回弹性等性能不能满足实际需求的问题。

用于汽车轮胎的高弹性橡胶
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶技术领域,尤其是一种用于汽车轮胎的高弹性橡胶。
背景技术
橡胶根据来源不同,可以分为天然橡胶和合成橡胶。合成橡胶中有少数品种的性能与天然橡胶相似,大多数与天然橡胶不同,但两者都是高弹性的高分子材料,一般均需经过硫化和加工之后,才具有实用性和使用价值。合成橡胶在20世纪初开始生产,从40年代起得到了迅速的发展。合成橡胶一般在性能上不如天然橡胶全面,但它具有比天然橡胶更优异的高弹性、绝缘性、气密性、耐油、耐高温或低温等性能,同时,工业合成橡胶材料主要目的是节约成本、提高橡胶制品的特性,因为一般天然的橡胶产品的价格比较的昂贵,为了降低企业的成本就大量投入成本低廉的合成橡胶材料。因而合成橡胶广泛应用于工农业、国防、交通及日常生活中。
目前用于汽车轮胎使用的橡胶的拉伸强度为12Mpa,扯断伸长率320%,压缩永久变形率为 28%,回弹性为35%,压缩永久变形率是28%(70℃×22h),上述性能的橡胶远远不能满足实际的需要。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于汽车轮胎的高弹性橡胶,可以解决目前用于汽车轮胎使用的橡胶的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、回弹性等性能不能满足实际需求的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种用于汽车轮胎的高弹性橡胶,包括如下重量份的原料:顺丁橡胶130~160份,炭黑85~130份,碳酸镁16~22份,聚氧乙烯醚12份~18份,偏苯三酸三辛酯7~10份,氢氧化镁6~10份,石油磺酸苯酯6~10份,二苯磷酸酯4~8份,氧化镁4~8份,防老化剂2~4份,氧化锌4~6份、聚合硫0.5~1.5份,石蜡0.5~1.5份,三氧化二硼0.5~1.5份,二硫化二苯骈噻唑0.5~1.5份,二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.5~1.5份,防焦剂CTP0.1~0.5份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述炭黑为炭黑N330、炭黑N660和炭黑N550的一种或者多种混合物。
进一步的:所述防老化剂为防老化剂RD、防老化剂BLE、防老化剂SP、防老化剂4010NA的一种或者多种混合物
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本发明制得的橡胶拉伸强度≥15.8Mpa,扯断伸长率≥360%,压缩永久变形率为 ≤21%,回弹性>68%。

实施例1~实施例8制得的橡胶检测情况如下表2,其中拉伸强度按照国标 GB/T528-1998标准进行检测,单位为 MPa;扯断伸长率按照国标 GB/T528-1998标准进行检测,单位为%;压缩永久变形率按照国标 GB1683-84 的标准进行检测,单位为%;回弹性按照国标GB/T1681-1991 的标准进行检测,单位为%。

由此可见,本发明的用于汽车轮胎的高弹性橡胶拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、压缩永久变形率、回弹性等性能非常好。

1.一种用于汽车轮胎的高弹性橡胶,其特征在于包括如下重量份的原料:顺丁橡胶130~160份,炭黑85~130份,碳酸镁16~22份,聚氧乙烯醚12份~18份,偏苯三酸三辛酯7~10份,氢氧化镁6~10份,石油磺酸苯酯6~10份,二苯磷酸酯4~8份,氧化镁4~8份,防老化剂2~4份,氧化锌4~6份、聚合硫0.5~1.5份,石蜡0.5~1.5份,三氧化二硼0.5~1.5份,二硫化二苯骈噻唑0.5~1.5份,二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.5~1.5份,防焦剂CTP0.1~0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车轮胎的高弹性橡胶,其特征在于:所述炭黑为炭黑N330、炭黑N660和炭黑N550的一种或者多种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车轮胎的高弹性橡胶,其特征在于:所述防老化剂为防老化剂RD、防老化剂BLE、防老化剂SP、防老化剂4010NA的一种或者多种混合物。
