Abstract
本发明公开了一种三七的炮制方法,其主要是将新鲜三七原药材依次通过微火略炒、米醋蒸制、黄酒蒸制、红外线干燥和低温冷藏炮制制成;本发明通过米醋和黄精蒸制,缩短蒸制时间,同时显著提高三七多糖和三七总黄酮的含量,利用红外线干燥干燥速度快,具有较强的杀菌、杀虫及灭卵能力,提高药品质量,同时低温冷藏利用低温抑制害虫、真菌的滋生繁殖。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种三七的炮制方法,属于中药炮制方法。
背景技术
三七药材为五加科植物三七的干燥根及根茎,具散瘀止血,消肿定痛之效,中医临床常用于咯血、吐血、衄血、便血、崩漏、外伤出血、胸 腹刺痛、跌扑肿痛;中药饮片为中药材通过炮制加工后供临床治疗使用的药品,中医临床应用的三七饮片分为生三七和熟三七两种炮制品;三七的传统炮制方法为净制、烘烤或晾晒、润切制或粉碎,制成生三七、生三七片和生三七粉,现有技术中的熟三七也是通过蒸制得到,在蒸制过程中,生三七中的主要成分逐步转化为新的皂苷成分,熟三七的普通蒸制工艺时间长、温度高、能耗大、管理难度大,是其不足之处;然而,通过传统蒸制和现有技术中已有的炮制方法严重地损害了三七的药用功效。
发明内容
为了提高三七的药用价值,本发明的目的在于提供一种三七的炮制方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下方案:
三七的炮制方法,具体包括以下内容:
(1)取新鲜三七原药材,洗净后切片;先用微火略炒,炒制后三七表面无明显的颜色及质地的改变;
(2)在上述三七片中加入米醋拌匀闷润至渗入三七组织内部后,置蒸具中,以蒸汽加热10-15min,所述的三七片与米醋的混合比例为1:3-4;
(3)在步骤(2)蒸制后的三七片中加入黄酒拌匀闷润至渗入三七组织内部后,置容器中,以蒸汽加热8-10min,所述的三七片与黄酒的混合比例为1:4-6;
(4)将步骤(3)黄酒蒸制后的三七片利用红外线干燥处理4-5min,所述的红外线干燥波长10-15μm的电磁波;
(5)将步骤(4)干燥后的三七片置于0-10℃温度下低温冷藏。
所述的蒸汽加热温度为110-125℃。
所述的三七片与米醋的混合比例为1:3.5。
所述的三七片与黄酒的混合比例为1:5。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过米醋和黄精蒸制,缩短蒸制时间,同时显著提高三七多糖和三七总黄酮的含量,利用红外线干燥干燥速度快,具有较强的杀菌、杀虫及灭卵能力,提高药品质量,同时低温冷藏利用低温抑制害虫、真菌的滋生繁殖。
具体实施方式
实施例1:三七的炮制方法,具体包括以下内容:
(1)取新鲜三七原药材,洗净后切片;先用微火略炒,炒制后三七表面无明显的颜色及质地的改变;
(2)在上述三七片中加入米醋拌匀闷润至渗入三七组织内部后,置蒸具中,以蒸汽加热12min,所述的三七片与米醋的混合比例为1:3.5,所述的蒸汽加热温度为110-125℃;
(3)在步骤(2)蒸制后的三七片中加入黄酒拌匀闷润至渗入三七组织内部后,置容器中,以蒸汽加热10min,所述的三七片与黄酒的混合比例为1:5,所述的蒸汽加热温度为110-125℃;
(4)将步骤(3)黄酒蒸制后的三七片利用红外线干燥处理4-5min,所述的红外线干燥波长10-15μm的电磁波;
(5)将步骤(4)干燥后的三七片置于0-10℃温度下低温冷藏。

1.一种三七的炮制方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下内容:
(1)取新鲜三七原药材,洗净后切片;先用微火略炒,炒制后三七表面无明显的颜色及质地的改变;
(2)在上述三七片中加入米醋拌匀闷润至渗入三七组织内部后,置蒸具中,以蒸汽加热10-15min,所述的三七片与米醋的混合比例为1:3-4;
(3)在步骤(2)蒸制后的三七片中加入黄酒拌匀闷润至渗入三七组织内部后,置容器中,以蒸汽加热8-10min,所述的三七片与黄酒的混合比例为1:4-6;
(4)将步骤(3)黄酒蒸制后的三七片利用红外线干燥处理4-5min,所述的红外线干燥波长10-15μm的电磁波;
(5)将步骤(4)干燥后的三七片置于0-10℃温度下低温冷藏。

3.根据权利要求1所述的三七的炮制方法,其特征在于,所述的三七片与米醋的混合比例为1:3.5。
