随着人们生活水平的提高,市场上食品种类丰富多样,保健饮料也是数不胜数,如一些凉茶饮料,但多是下火凉茶。而养肠胃饮料并不多见,在生活节奏越来越快的今天,方便快捷是人们追求的标准,所以方便快捷的食品将会是未来饮食的主角。
发明内容
本发明提供一种粮食保健饮料及其加工方法,营养丰富,具有养肠胃,滋阴养血,驱寒气,对食欲不振、痰饮咳喘、痔疮、痢疾有良好得疗效,本发明的粮食饮料加工方法简单,方便快捷,易操作,易于使用,适于批量生产。本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种粮食保健饮料,按照如下原料组份的重量配比为:小米10~20份、米糠10~15份、蓖麻油酸20~30份、生姜5~8份、中和剂2~5份、硬脂酸酰胺剂2~6份、红糖5~8份、桂花2~5份和水200份。
作为优选的,还可以按照如下原料组份的重量配比为:小米10份、米糠10份、蓖麻油酸20份、生姜5份、中和剂2份、硬脂酸酰胺剂2份、红糖5份、桂花2份和水200份。
作为优选的,还可以按照如下原料组份的重量配比为:小米20份、米糠15份、蓖麻油酸30份、生姜8份、中和剂5份、硬脂酸酰胺剂6份、红糖8份、桂花5份和水200份。
一种粮食保健饮料的加工方法,按照如下步骤进行加工:
(1)将5~8份生姜、5~8份红糖和200份水混合,将混合液加热熬煮成40~60份的姜汁;
(2)将10~20份的小米用乙醇液提炼成小米醇提液,再将小米醇提液中乙醇挥发形成小米汁;
(3)再将姜汁和小米汁混合加热浓缩至5~10份制成。
(4)所述乙醇的浓度为50%~70%,所述乙醇的重量份数为20~40份,醇提4次,每次提炼时间为4~5天。
优选的,所述混合温度和提炼温度为30~50。

(1)将5~8份生姜、5~8份红糖和200份水混合,将混合液加热熬煮成40~60份的姜汁;

(3)再将姜汁和小米汁混合加热浓缩至5~10份制成。

4.根据权利要求1至3所述的粮食保健饮料的加工方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤进行加工:
(1)将5~8份生姜、5~8份红糖和200份水混合,将混合液加热熬煮成40~60份的姜汁;
(2)将10~20份的小米用乙醇液提炼成小米醇提液,再将小米醇提液中乙醇挥发形成小米汁;
(3)再将姜汁和小米汁混合加热浓缩至5~10份制成。
