本发明涉及一种高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸的制造工艺。
背景技术
高速轮转数码纸是近年来由日本、欧美等国率先开发出来的新产品,以满足高速数码彩色印刷机发展行业的要求。通过对纸页的表面特殊涂布处理,机械整饰,改善纸页的表面性能,可用于高档杂志、广告、画刊及数码印刷的特殊要求,以适应高速数码彩色印刷,是一种发展十分迅速,市场增长率最快的纸种。而中国没有自主生产的高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸。
本发明的高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸是既满足高速数码彩色印刷发展行业的要求,又可满足胶版轮转印刷。此种纸同时能满足两种不同印刷工艺的特种纸,为国内首创,没有先例。
高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸:
1.要求纸张印刷过机性能好,能适应印刷时强度要求,纸面洁净,同时要求一定的表面强度高,能满足高速印刷。2.能正确的产生预期的图像,色彩定位准确,不走样。3.色彩要有一定的牢度,在一段时间内不变色、不脱落,即图像和文字要有耐水性、耐光性及室内保存性。4、色彩还原性好,能真实再现原色彩、具有充分的色差浓度。5、纸张的输送性、给排纸性好,手感好,耐摩擦、不掉粉。6.表面要有一定的光泽度,使所印图像具有逼真彩色。
随着我国经济发展,国民经济的逐年增长,人们物质生活水平的不断提高,按需印刷,个性化印刷、小批量多次印刷越来越迫切、对数码印刷的使用更为广泛,喷墨数码印刷的应用领域已越来越广,为了获得更逼真、更精美,能与传统印刷效果相媲美的图片,必须采用轻量涂布数码印刷纸的需求量与日俱增,目前,我国市场上的轻量涂布数码纸主要是以进口为主,国内轻量涂布数码纸处于研发阶段。
轻量涂布数码纸是数码印刷纸的一种,是用于印刷高质量、精美图片的专用纸,它广泛用于杂志、广告、产品包装样本、装饰效果图等领域,为了从电脑输出设备中获得高质量、精美的印刷效果,必须使用专用纸(涂布数码纸),使用未涂布的普通纸极易出现洇色、渗透、蹭脏等毛病,严重影响水性喷墨数码印刷图像的质量。轻量涂布数码纸又可满足胶版轮转印刷的高质量的彩色印刷要求
涂布彩色喷墨打印纸作为一种专用纸,除具有普通水性喷墨纸(未涂布)的特性之外,还必须具有以下特点:1、能快速吸收墨水,当墨滴高速到达纸面上时,纸面涂层要能立即吸收,不淌墨,有适当的散墨性但不渗化、不透印。2、能形成高分辨率的图像,喷墨纸上的墨点完整、不扩散、形状更规则,能正确的产生预期的图像,色彩定位准确,不走样。3、色彩要有一定的牢度,在一段时间内不变色、不脱落,即图像和文字要有耐水性、耐光性及室内保存性。4、色彩还原性好,能真实再现原色彩、网点浓度高,具有充分的色差浓度。5、纸张的输送性、给排纸性好,手感好,耐摩擦、不掉粉。6、表面要有一定的光泽度,使印刷图像更像传统彩色胶版印刷的效果。
高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸和其它涂布加工纸一样,是以原纸为基材,将颜料、胶粘剂和各种化学辅助剂调制成的涂料,用涂布机涂于纸面上制成的,根据其特性选用不同的原纸、涂料和涂布方式。它既具有一般涂布加工纸的共性,也具有其自身的特性,要求其原纸与涂料等与之相适应。
抄纸采用中性抄造工艺,要求原纸白度好、纸页平滑、薄厚均匀,要有一定的挺度、紧度和施胶度、强度好、伸缩率小等特点。
高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸纸是在原纸表面上用特种颜料涂布而制成。一般采用全化学浆生产,机外涂布。国内没有纸厂生产,产品质量无法与国外同类产品相比。
而岳阳林纸股份有限公司采用国际先进工艺与设备,配用部分具有自主知识产权的意大利杨APMP浆和DIP浆配抄原纸,采用AKD中性施胶、应用优化的特种涂料进行机内涂布、并经机内软辊压光整饰,使其具有较好的吸墨性能和较好的水性油墨固着,较快的干燥速度。生产的高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸,纸张松厚度、挺度、耐光性、耐水性等指标优于全化学浆配抄的高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸纸,纸张平整光滑、打印色彩饱满鲜艳,图像网点清晰,可以与进口产品相媲美。由于轻量涂布数码纸,表面强度要求不高,因此在配浆时,只要纸机抄造正常可以提高阔叶浆、化机浆配比,发挥阔叶浆、化机浆成本较低的优势。
开发意杨APMP配抄高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸新工艺,对利用速生阔叶木资源制备高得率浆、缓解我国木材资源紧张局面,采用先进技术和设备、推广清洁生产工艺、保护环境、调整产品结构提高产品档次具有重大意义。
发明内容
为克服一般不含化学机械浆的高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸纸的制造工艺,所得纸张表面强度好、纸张松厚度、挺度、耐光性、耐水性等指标优于全化学浆配抄的高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸纸,纸张平整光滑、印刷色彩饱满鲜艳,图像清晰的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸纸的抄造工艺,包括用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆NBKP、化学预处理加盘磨后化学处理碱性过氧化氢热磨机械浆P-RC APMP、漂白阔叶木浆LBKP、脱墨浆DIP;经分别打浆后配抄,其特征在于:
⑴ 浆料为漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆(NBKP)、化学预处理加盘磨后化学处理碱性过氧化氢热磨机械浆(P-RC APMP)、漂白阔叶木浆(LBKP)和脱墨浆DIP;浆料重量配比为漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆(NBKP):漂白阔叶木浆LBKP:化学预处理加盘磨后化学处理碱性过氧化氢热磨机械浆(P-RC APMP):脱墨浆DIP为10~30:10~30:40~50:15~25;
⑵辅料用量为:(A)AKD用量0.1~0.25%(对绝干浆);(B)PAM用量:0.02~0.04%(对绝干浆);(C)阳离子淀粉用量:0.6-1.5%(对绝干浆) ;(D)染料用量:70~80g/t(对绝干浆);(E)填料用量:15-25%(对绝干浆);
(3)涂料配方:特种瓷土20~80pph;重钙80~20pph;特种聚丙烯酰胺5~10pph;;特种纳米淀粉4~10 pph;氯化钙4~10 pph;特种阳离子分散剂0.5~5pph;其它化学助剂若干。
本发明的其它主要参数有:
(1)浆料游离度:
漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆NBKP:400~425ml;
漂白阔叶木浆LBKP:400~425ml
化学预处理加盘磨后化学处理碱性过氧化氢热磨机械浆(P-RC APMP):245~170ml;
脱墨浆DIP:225~170ml;
(2)上网工艺条件:(A)上网浓度:0.5-0.1.0%;(B)上网PH值:7.0-7.8;(C)上网浆游离度:145~190ml;
(3)涂布工艺条件:粘度:1000mPa.s左右,PH:8.5~9.0;固含量:45~60%;涂布量 6~8g/m2;进涂布机纸页干度92~95%;出涂布机纸页干度68~70%;
(4)软压光工艺条件:一压区压力80~100Kg/cm,一压光温度1000C~1200C;二压区压力50~80Kg/cm,二压光温度1000C~1200C;进压光纸页水份6~8%
(5)制得的高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸特性:
制得的高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸定量为55~100g/m2,光泽度:30-45 水分为5.0~7.0%,白度(ISO)75~90%,不透明度大于82%,裂断长(纵向)大于4200M;横向耐折度大于12次,印刷表面粗糙度(PPS)1.3—3.0µm,平滑度正、反两面平均大于500S,平滑度两面差小于20%,横向伸缩率小于3.5%;印刷表面强度不低于1.0m/s;灰分25~35%;光泽度大于30-45%,印刷光泽度大于45%。黑色光密度OD≥1.2,干燥时间≤20S 彩色OD≥0.75(与黑色比较) 油墨散水时间≥60S。

将分别打至适当游离度的针叶木NBKP浆、漂白阔叶木浆LBKP浆、P-RCAPMP浆、DIP浆按10:20:45:25配比调制664Kg混合浆,加入106 kg填料及其适当的其它化学助剂配制成纸料,纸料经网部成形、复合压榨、前干燥;经膜涂布(涂料量230kg)、红外干燥、后干燥、软压光整饰、卷取、复卷得到用户要求规格尺寸的高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸1000kg。抄造上网浓度0.75%,成纸卷取水分6.5%,制得的高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸定量为70g/m2,黑色光密度OD值1.20 ,干燥时间18S , 彩色OD值0.75(与黑色比较) , 墨水散水时间60S ,光泽度30,白度(ISO)82%。
实施例2:
将分别打至适当游离度的针叶木NBKP浆、漂白阔叶木浆LBKP浆、P-RCAPMP浆、DIP浆按15:15:50:20配比调制644Kg混合浆,加入106 kg填料及其适当的其它化学助剂配制成纸料,纸料经网部成形、复合压榨、前干燥;经膜涂布(涂料量250kg)、红外干燥、后干燥、软压光整饰、卷取、复卷得到用户要求规格尺寸的高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸1000kg。抄造上网浓度0.75%,成纸卷取水分6.5%,制得的高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸定量为70g/m2,黑色光密度OD值1.30 ,干燥时间18S , 彩色OD值0.79(与黑色比较) , 墨水散水时间60S ,光泽度38,白度(ISO)86%。
实施实例3:
将分别打至适当游离度的针叶木NBKP浆、漂白阔叶木浆LBKP浆、P-RCAPMP浆、DIP浆按15:20:47:18配比调制654Kg混合浆,加入106 kg填料及其适当的其它化学助剂配制成纸料,纸料经网部成形、复合压榨、前干燥;经膜涂布(涂料量240kg)、红外干燥、后干燥、软压光整饰、卷取、复卷得到用户要求规格尺寸的高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸1000kg。抄造上网浓度0.75%,成纸卷取水分6.5%,制得的高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸定量为70g/m2,黑色光密度OD值1.25 ,干燥时间18S , 彩色OD值0.76(与黑色比较) , 墨水散水时间60S ,光泽度35,白度(ISO)84%。

1.一种高速轮转轻量涂布数码纸的抄造工艺,包括用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆NBKP、化学预处理加盘磨后化学处理碱性过氧化氢热磨机械浆P-RC APMP、漂白阔叶木浆LBKP、脱墨浆DIP;经分别打浆后配抄,其特征在于:
⑴ 浆料为漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆NBKP、化学预处理加盘磨后化学处理碱性过氧化氢热磨机械浆P-RC APMP、漂白阔叶木浆LBKP和脱墨浆DIP;浆料重量配比为漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆NBKP:漂白阔叶木浆LBKP:化学预处理加盘磨后化学处理碱性过氧化氢热磨机械浆P-RCAPMP:漂白阔叶木浆LBKP、脱墨浆DIP为10~30:10~30:40~50:15~20;
⑵辅料用量为:(A)AKD对绝干浆用量0.1~0.25%;(B)PAM对绝干浆用量:0.02~0.04%;(C)阳离子淀粉对绝干浆用量:0.6-1.5% ;(D)染料对绝干浆用量:70~80g/;(E)填料对绝干浆用量:15-25%;
(3)涂料配方:特种瓷土20~80pph;重钙80~20pph;特种聚丙烯酰胺5~10pph;;特种纳米淀粉4~10 pph;氯化钙4~10 pph;特种阳离子分散剂0.5~5pph;润滑剂0.5~1pph;消泡剂0.1~1pph;杀菌剂0.1~0.5pph。

漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆NBKP:400~425ml;
漂白阔叶木浆LBKP:400~425ml;
化学预处理加盘磨后化学处理碱性过氧化氢热磨机械浆(P-RC APMP):245~170ml;
脱墨浆DIP:225~170ml;
(2)上网工艺条件:(A)上网浓度:0.5-1.0%;(B)上网PH值:7.0-7.8;(C)上网浆游离度:145~190ml;
(3)涂布工艺条件:粘度:1000mpa.s左右,PH:8.5~9.0;固含量:45~60%;涂布量 6~8g/m2;进涂布机纸页干度92~95%;出涂布机纸页干度68~70%;
