本发明公开了一种防止腹膜粘连的生物材料,所述生物材料由以下方法制备得到:先按重量份称取茁霉多糖30‑50份、剑麻纤维10‑20份、海藻酸钠4‑8份、纳米银10‑15份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6‑14份、羧甲基纤维素3‑5份、聚乙二醇8‑10份、薄荷脑5‑10份、无水葡萄糖3‑7份、甘薯淀粉12‑18份;然后将上述原料加入反应釜中,于室温下超声0.5‑2h后,然后加热并搅拌1‑3h,得到共混物;然后将共混物进行微波真空处理,然后倒入模具中,于60‑100℃条件下固化2‑4h即可。本发明的一种防止腹膜粘连的生物材料可减少异常纤维蛋白网的形成,而防止出现粘连,还可以预防炎症,减少纤维细胞增生,生物相容性和组织相容性好,对组织无刺激,弹性好。

一种防止腹膜粘连的生物材料
技术领域
本发明属于生物医用材料领域,具体涉及一种防止腹膜粘连的生物材料。
背景技术
腹腔腹膜粘连是外科手术常见的并发症,当腹腔由于损伤(创伤、手术)、感染(阑尾炎、胃穿孔)、异物(内出血、手套滑石粉)刺激,局部就会渗出一种叫纤维蛋白原的胶状液,它很快转变成叫纤维蛋白的凝结物,覆盖在受创或感染的腹膜表面,起到修复保护作用。纤维蛋白具有较大的粘附性,会使得相互贴近的腹膜粘连在一起。创伤愈合后,如果机体能很好的吸收掉这些纤维蛋白,就不会遗留任何痕迹。如果吸收不全,则粘连持续存在。一种叫成纤维细胞的细胞就在里面生长,进一步产生胶原纤维及新生血管,粘连变得致密坚韧,发展成机化性粘连,有些是片状,有些是条索状,就不容易吸收了。腹腔粘连最常见的是和腹壁手术切口的粘连,阑尾手术和妇科手术切口位置低,肠管易受重力作用坠落于伤口处,发生粘连的概率高。这种和腹壁粘连的类型称壁层粘连,而肠管、网膜、内脏之间的粘连又称内脏粘连。由于腹腔粘连多半是小肠粘连,主要影响肠管的运动而产生症状,所以术后肠粘连是腹腔粘连更通俗的说法。腹腔粘连形成后最大的危害,就是成为发生粘连性肠梗阻的病理基础。
从临床治疗学角度,将预防措施分为减少肠膜创伤、使用辅助药物(降低 炎症反应、抑制凝集反应、促进纤维蛋白溶解)和使用腹膜隔离手段三类。但是现使用尿激酶、纤维蛋白溶解酶、透明质酸钠等防止腹腔腹膜粘连,存在的不足之处在于,半衰期短,不能在创面上维持较高的药物浓度,防粘连效果不理想。目前用来隔离损伤创面的隔离物质多为以透明质酸为主要成分的交联制剂。透明质酸交联制剂为大分子物质,直接隔离受伤部位,防止组织表面之间形成血纤蛋白网状结构,影响凝集反应来防止肠粘连。在临床使用过程中,透明质酸交联制剂的在预防肠粘接方面有明显作用,但是在使用中会引起严重的不良反应,包括腹痛、腹腔感染和肠粘连,甚至有些病例因为不良反应而再次手术;同时透明质酸交联制剂在使用过程中还会在体内发生游离现象,从而降低了其隔离效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防止腹膜粘连的生物材料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种防止腹膜粘连的生物材料,所述生物材料由以下方法制备得到:先按重量份称取茁霉多糖30-50份、剑麻纤维10-20份、海藻酸钠4-8份、纳米银10-15份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6-14份、羧甲基纤维素3-5份、聚乙二醇8-10份、薄荷脑 5-10份、无水葡萄糖3-7份、甘薯淀粉12-18份;然后将上述原料加入反应釜中,于室温下超声0.5-2h后,然后加热并搅拌1-3h,得到共混物;然后将共混物进行微波真空处理,然后倒入模具中,于60-100℃ 条件下固化2-4h即可。
所述超声波频率为60-70KHz,加热温度为75-85℃。
所述聚乙二醇采用聚乙二醇 400。
所述固化温度为75-85℃。
所述纳米银粒径为30-50nm。
有益效果:本发明的一种防止腹膜粘连的生物材料可减少异常纤维蛋白网的形成,而防止出现粘连,还可以预防炎症,减少纤维细胞增生,生物相容性和组织相容性好,对组织无刺激,弹性好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种防止腹膜粘连的生物材料,所述生物材料由以下方法制备得到:先按重量份称取茁霉多糖30份、剑麻纤维10份、海藻酸钠4份、纳米银10份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6份、羧甲基纤维素3份、聚乙二醇400 8份、薄荷脑 5份、无水葡萄糖3份、甘薯淀粉12-18份;然后将上述原料加入反应釜中,于室温下超声0.5-2h后,超声波频率为60-70KHz,然后加热到75-85℃并搅拌1-3h,得到共混物;然后将共混物进行微波真空处理,然后倒入模具中,于60-100℃条件下固化2-4h即可。其中,纳米银粒径为30-50nm。
实施例2
一种防止腹膜粘连的生物材料,所述生物材料由以下方法制备得到:先按重量份称取茁霉多糖50份、剑麻纤维20份、海藻酸钠8份、纳米银15份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺14份、羧甲基纤维素5份、聚乙二醇400 10份、薄荷脑 10份、无水葡萄糖7份、甘薯淀粉12-18份;然后将上述原料加入反应釜中,于室温下超声0.5-2h后,超声波频率为60-70KHz,然后加热到75-85℃并搅拌1-3h,得到共混物;然后将共混物进行微波真空处理,然后倒入模具中,于60-100℃ 条件下固化2-4h即可。其中,纳米银粒径为30-50nm。
实施例3
一种防止腹膜粘连的生物材料,所述生物材料由以下方法制备得到:先按重量份称取茁霉多糖40份、剑麻纤维15份、海藻酸钠6份、纳米银13份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺10份、羧甲基纤维素4份、聚乙二醇400 9份、薄荷脑 7份、无水葡萄糖3-7份、甘薯淀粉12-18份;然后将上述原料加入反应釜中,于室温下超声0.5-2h后,超声波频率为60-70KHz,然后加热到75-85℃并搅拌1-3h,得到共混物;然后将共混物进行微波真空处理,然后倒入模具中,于75-85℃ 条件下固化2-4h即可。其中,纳米银粒径为30-50nm。
实施例4
临床试验:
1.方法与资料。选取外科手术患者100例,其中开腹手术40例,妇产手术30例,阑尾切除术30例,年龄最小18岁,最大68岁。手术时,使用本发明防止腹腔粘连的生物材料。
2.试验结果。术后1年内,无1例发生腹腔粘连情况。
3.试验结论。现有术后腹腔粘连率,开腹手术为10%、妇产手术为12.3%,阑尾切除术15.7%,由此可见,本发明具有显著的防止术后腹腔粘膜粘连效果。

1.一种防止腹膜粘连的生物材料,其特征在于所述生物材料由以下方法制备得到:先按重量份称取茁霉多糖30-50份、剑麻纤维10-20份、海藻酸钠4-8份、纳米银10-15份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6-14份、羧甲基纤维素3-5份、聚乙二醇8-10份、薄荷脑 5-10份、无水葡萄糖3-7份、甘薯淀粉12-18份;然后将上述原料加入反应釜中,于室温下超声0.5-2h后,然后加热并搅拌1-3h,得到共混物;然后将共混物进行微波真空处理,然后倒入模具中,于60-100℃ 条件下固化2-4h即可。
