(1)将小米、花生米、燕麦去除杂质后浸泡1-2h、沥干;将香菇切成丁状;
(2)将白花蛇舌草、红豆杉、冬凌草、制川附子、桂枝尖、炒山楂、板蓝根、绞股蓝、芦笋尖、甘瓜蒂、藤梨根研磨后,加4-7倍量的水煎煮0.5-0.9h,过滤得滤液,将滤液浓缩至原来体积的1/5-1/2得到中药浓缩液备用;
(3)将鸭肉洗净后,放入米酒、醋、柠檬汁、食盐腌制2-3小时去腥味后,然后将鸭肉、马蹄、莲子心、山竹、桂花、中药提取液加入适量水打成浆汁并喷雾干燥得到保健鸭肉粉备用;
(4)将小米、花生米、燕麦、香菇、保健鸭肉粉、橄榄油装于碗内,加入适量水混合均匀后,用封口膜进行高温封口;
(5)封口后入杀菌釜,升温至125-135℃,于0.22-0.25MPa条件下灭菌38-62min进行灭菌熟化。

一种红豆杉香菇鸭肉粥,包括以下重量份的原料:

小米32-52份、花生米5-10份、燕麦2-5份、香菇3-6份、鸭肉4-9份、米酒0.02-0.05份、醋0.01-0.04份、柠檬汁0.01-0.04份、食盐0.05-0.08份、马蹄0.1-0.4份、莲子心0.05-0.08份、山竹0.03-0.06份、桂花0.06-0.09份、橄榄油0.1-0.5份、中药提取液0-1份;
所述的中药浓缩液包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:
白花蛇舌草1.2-4.8份、红豆杉4-7份、冬凌草1-4份、制川附子1-4份、桂枝尖2-5份、炒山楂2-5份、板蓝根3-5.5份、绞股蓝1-4份、芦笋尖2-5份、甘瓜蒂1-4份、藤梨根2-4.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的红豆杉香菇鸭肉粥,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
小米35份、花生米6份、燕麦3份、香菇4份、鸭肉5份、米酒0.03份、醋0.02份、柠檬汁0.02份、食盐0.06份、马蹄0.2份、莲子心0.06份、山竹0.04份、桂花0.07份、橄榄油0.2份、中药提取液0.15份;
所述的中药浓缩液包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:
白花蛇舌草2.2份、红豆杉5份、冬凌草2份、制川附子2份、桂枝尖3份、炒山楂3份、板蓝根4份、绞股蓝2份、芦笋尖3份、甘瓜蒂2份、藤梨根3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的红豆杉香菇鸭肉粥,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:

(2)将白花蛇舌草、红豆杉、冬凌草、制川附子、桂枝尖、炒山楂、板蓝根、绞股蓝、芦笋尖、甘瓜蒂、藤梨根研磨后,加4-7倍量的水煎煮0.5-0.9h,过滤得滤液,将滤液浓缩至原来体积的1/5-1/2得到中药浓缩液备用;
(3)将鸭肉洗净后,放入米酒、醋、柠檬汁、食盐腌制2-3小时去腥味后,然后将鸭肉、马蹄、莲子心、山竹、桂花、中药提取液加入适量水打成浆汁并喷雾干燥得到保健鸭肉粉备用;
(4)将小米、花生米、燕麦、香菇、保健鸭肉粉、橄榄油装于碗内,加入适量水混合均匀后,用封口膜进行高温封口;
