技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种透光性强、表面平滑度高的高透光纤维玻面纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,硫酸纸(也称为描图纸)是市场上具有透光性质的唯一纸张,其主要应用于描图、转印制版和局限性印刷。硫酸纸是由细微的植物纤维通过相互交织,在潮湿状态下经过游离打浆、不施胶、不加填料、抄纸工艺后,置于浓度为72%的浓硫酸中浸泡2~3s,用清水洗涤,并加以甘油处理、干燥后所形成的薄膜型纸张。通过该方法制备得到的硫酸纸质地坚实、致密且呈半透明状,但其表面却很粗糙、平整度差,平滑度一般小于90秒。将硫酸纸用于包装印刷时存在色彩还原性差、无法适应细网点印刷、条码识别清晰度不足等缺陷,导致其在印刷领域的应用受到很大的局限;同时由于硫酸纸表面纯纤维结构较为疏松,也大大降低了其透光性能,无法使其包装制品呈现应有的透明度。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种具有高透光性和平滑度的高透光纤维玻面纸。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种高透光纤维玻面纸,包括硫酸纸,在所述硫酸纸的两侧依次涂布有底涂层、二次涂层和保护层,所述底涂层由二氧化碳共聚物多元醇80份、二异氰酸酯18份、扩链交联剂22份和亲水扩链剂14份制得;所述二次涂层由改性聚氨酯丙烯酸50份、UV光油26份、香味缓释微胶囊7份、醋酸乙酯16份、白矿油0.3份和染料10份制得;所述保护层由羟乙基纤维素醚27份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、聚丙烯酰胺4份和三乙醇胺6份制得。
进一步的,所述一种高透光纤维玻面纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)选取面密度为160g/m2,厚度为0.04mm的硫酸纸作为基底层,备用;
2)取二氧化碳共聚物多元醇80份、二异氰酸酯18份、扩链交联剂22份和亲水扩链剂14份放入搅拌釜内,然后以100-110r/min的速度搅拌20-30min,制得底涂层涂料,备用;
3)通过210线/吋的网纹辊将步骤2)制得的底涂层涂料均匀涂布于步骤1)选取的硫酸纸的表面,底涂层涂料的涂布量为9-10g/m2,得到底层涂层,备用;
4)取改性聚氨酯丙烯酸50份、UV光油26份、香味缓释微胶囊7份、醋酸乙酯16份、白矿油0.3和染料10份放入搅拌釜内,然后以100-110r/min的速度搅拌20-30min,使得改性聚氨酯丙烯酸、UV光油、香味缓释微胶囊、醋酸乙酯、白矿油和染料混合后的粘度为55Pa.S,制得二次涂层涂料,备用;
5)通过210线/吋的陶瓷网纹辊将步骤4)制得的二次涂层涂料均匀涂布于步骤3)得到的底层涂层上,二次涂层涂料的涂布量为6-7g/m2,得到二次涂层,备用;
6)通过镀铬镜面钢辊以70m/s的速度,在压力9kgf下对步骤5)得到的二次涂层进行整平修饰,然后通过功率为280毫焦耳的UV油专用紫外线灯对经过表面整饰的二次涂层烘烤5秒,使其表面形成UV固化膜,得到二次涂层UV固化膜,备用;
7)取羟乙基纤维素醚27份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、聚丙烯酰胺4份和三乙醇胺6份放入搅拌釜内,然后以100-110r/min的速度搅拌20-30min,制得保护层涂料,备用;
8)通过180线/吋的网纹辊将步骤7)制得的保护层涂料均匀涂布于步骤6)得到的二次涂层UV固化膜的表面,保护层涂料的涂布量为7-8g/m2,即得本发明的高透光纤维玻面纸。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的高透光纤维玻面纸采用密度为160g/m2,厚度为0.04mm硫酸纸做基层,在硫酸纸的两侧依次涂布有由二氧化碳共聚物多元醇、二异氰酸酯、扩链交联剂和亲水扩链剂制成的底涂层、由改性聚氨酯丙烯酸份、UV光油、香味缓释微胶囊、醋酸乙酯、白矿油和染料制成的二次涂层和由羟乙基纤维素醚、十二烷基硫酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺和三乙醇胺制成的保护层,使纤维的透光性和表面平滑度显著提高,且经过双面处理后的纸张,表面平滑度大于210秒,同时该工艺制备方法简单,解决了硫酸纸用于包装印刷时,所存在得色彩还原性差、无法适应细网点印刷、条码识别清晰度不足等缺陷,应用范围广泛。

如附图1所示,本实施例中所述的高透光纤维玻面纸,以面密度为160g/m2,厚度为0.04mm的硫酸纸1为基底层,在所述硫酸纸1的两侧依次涂布有底涂层2、二次涂层3和保护层4;所述底涂层2由二氧化碳共聚物多元醇80份、二异氰酸酯18份、扩链交联剂22份和亲水扩链剂14份制得,所述保护层4由羟乙基纤维素醚27份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、聚丙烯酰胺4份和三乙醇胺6份制得,所述二次涂层3由改性聚氨酯丙烯酸50份、UV光油26份、香味缓释微胶囊7份、醋酸乙酯16份、白矿油0.3份和染料10份制得。
实施例1

6)通过镀铬镜面钢辊以70m/s的速度,在压力9kgf下对步骤5)得到的二次涂层进行整平修饰,然后通过功率为280毫焦耳的UV油专用紫外线灯对经过表面整饰的二次涂层烘烤5秒,使其表面形成UV固化膜,得到二次涂层UV固化膜,备用;
7)取羟乙基纤维素醚27份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、聚丙烯酰胺4份和三乙醇胺6份放入搅拌釜内,然后以100r/min的速度搅拌30min,制得保护层涂料,备用;

实施例2
一种高透光纤维玻面纸,包括硫酸纸,在所述硫酸纸的两侧依次涂布有底涂层、二次涂层和保护层,所述底涂层由二氧化碳共聚物多元醇80份、二异氰酸酯18份、扩链交联剂22份和亲水扩链剂14份制得;所述二次涂层由改性聚氨酯丙烯酸50份、UV光油26份、香味缓释微胶囊7份、醋酸乙酯16份、白矿油0.3份和染料10份制得;所述保护层由羟乙基纤维素醚27份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、聚丙烯酰胺4份和三乙醇胺6份制得。

1)选取面密度为160g/m2,厚度为0.04mm的硫酸纸作为基底层,备用;

4)取改性聚氨酯丙烯酸50份、UV光油26份、香味缓释微胶囊7份、醋酸乙酯16份、白矿油0.3和染料10份放入搅拌釜内,然后以110r/min的速度搅拌20min,使得改性聚氨酯丙烯酸、UV光油、香味缓释微胶囊、醋酸乙酯、白矿油和染料混合后的粘度为55Pa.S,制得二次涂层涂料,备用;
5)通过210线/吋的陶瓷网纹辊将步骤4)制得的二次涂层涂料均匀涂布于步骤3)得到的底层涂层上,二次涂层涂料的涂布量为6g/m2,得到二次涂层,备用;
6)通过镀铬镜面钢辊以70m/s的速度,在压力9kgf下对步骤5)得到的二次涂层进行整平修饰,然后通过功率为280毫焦耳的UV油专用紫外线灯对经过表面整饰的二次涂层烘烤5秒,使其表面形成UV固化膜,得到二次涂层UV固化膜,备用;
7)取羟乙基纤维素醚27份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、聚丙烯酰胺4份和三乙醇胺6份放入搅拌釜内,然后以110r/min的速度搅拌20min,制得保护层涂料,备用;
8)通过180线/吋的网纹辊将步骤7)制得的保护层涂料均匀涂布于步骤6)得到的二次涂层UV固化膜的表面,保护层涂料的涂布量为8g/m2,即得本发明的高透光纤维玻面纸。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的高透光纤维玻面纸采用密度为160g/m2,厚度为0.04mm硫酸纸做基层,在硫酸纸的两侧依次涂布有由二氧化碳共聚物多元醇、二异氰酸酯、扩链交联剂和亲水扩链剂制成的底涂层、由改性聚氨酯丙烯酸份、UV光油、香味缓释微胶囊、醋酸乙酯、白矿油和染料制成的二次涂层和由羟乙基纤维素醚、十二烷基硫酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺和三乙醇胺制成的保护层,使纤维的透光性和表面平滑度显著提高,且经过双面处理后的纸张,表面平滑度大于210秒,同时该工艺制备方法简单,解决了硫酸纸用于包装印刷时,所存在得色彩还原性差、无法适应细网点印刷、条码识别清晰度不足等缺陷,应用范围广泛。

1)选取面密度为160g/m2,厚度为0.04mm的硫酸纸作为基底层,备用;
2)取二氧化碳共聚物多元醇80份、二异氰酸酯18份、扩链交联剂22份和亲水扩链剂14份放入搅拌釜内,然后以100-110r/min的速度搅拌20-30min,制得底涂层涂料,备用;
3)通过210线/吋的网纹辊将步骤2)制得的底涂层涂料均匀涂布于步骤1)选取的硫酸纸的表面,底涂层涂料的涂布量为9-10g/m2,得到底层涂层,备用;
