本发明属于体育用品领域,特别涉及一种瑜伽地垫。
背景技术
瑜伽运动已成为当今社会的一个时尚运动,在做这项运动时必不可少一种垫子,有一部分是纺织品及草垫,有一些是由EVA材料制作而成的,有一些则是由PVC材料制作成的。这些用垫档次较低,且较硬,遇水时非常滑,不安全。
因此,研发一种较柔软且防滑性能好的瑜伽地垫是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种较柔软且防滑性能好的瑜伽地垫。

乌胶 18-22份;

正己烷 15.5-16.5份;

稳定剂 1.5-2.5份。
进一步地,所述瑜伽地垫由下列重量份的原料制备而成:
丁基橡胶 26份;
正己烷 16份;
催化剂 9份;
乌胶 20份;
发泡剂 5份;
钙粉 22份;
稳定剂 2份。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的瑜伽地垫,各组分配比合理,进而使制得的瑜伽地垫回弹性好,且较柔软,贴地,平铺时抓地力强,且出汗时不易滑动,便于携带;其次具有较好的防水、防滑性能。

本实施例的瑜伽地垫,该瑜伽地垫由下列重量份的原料制备而成:丁基橡胶 25.5份;正己烷16.5份;催化剂9.5份;乌胶21份;发泡剂6份;钙粉22.5份;稳定剂2.5份。

本实施例的瑜伽地垫,该瑜伽地垫由下列重量份的原料制备而成:丁基橡胶26.5份;正己烷 15.5份;催化剂 8.5份;乌胶 19份;发泡剂 4份;钙粉 21.5份;稳定剂 1.5份。

本实施例的瑜伽地垫,该瑜伽地垫由下列重量份的原料制备而成:丁基橡胶 26份;正己烷 16份;催化剂 9份;乌胶 20份;发泡剂 5份;钙粉 22份;稳定剂 2份。
实施例1~5的瑜伽地垫是由下列步骤制备成的:
(1)先将各组分原料按上述配比搅拌均匀,配成浆料;
(2)确定所做本产品的网布,将配好的浆料均匀地涂在网布上;
(3)将涂有浆料的网布经过220-240摄氏度的发泡炉进行发泡即得发泡产品;
(4)对发泡产品进行二次加工,如分切、压纹、印花等,再经过整理、包装即得最终产品。

稳定剂 1.5-2.5份。
