技术领域
本发明属于材料科学技术领域,尤其涉及一种发泡型包装材料。
背景技术
发泡型包装材料通常额可以用于电子电器产品、五金工具、汽摩配件、运动器械、家居饰品、儿童玩具、化妆品、饰品、食品和礼品类包装。现有的配方为EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物)颗粒64%, 偶氮二甲酰胺发泡剂9%,140目滑石粉18%,氧化锌粉4.5%,PL40架桥剂4.5%共11kg,采用这一配方的发泡型包装材料中含有的甲酰胺、多环芳香烃、石蜡等有害物质超标,其中甲酰胺5090mg/kg(允值≤30mg/kg)、多环芳香烃200mg/kg(允值10mg/kg)、石蜡0.973(允值≤0.1%),对人体和环境有害。
发明内容
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种发泡型包装材料,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:
EVA颗粒 40-50%;
降解型碳酸钙母粒0.1-1%;
乙烯基封端硅油0.1-3%;
架桥剂0.1-3%;
氧化石墨烯0.1-3%;
偶氮二甲酰胺发泡剂 40-60%。
本发明具有无味环保、对人体及环境均无害的特点。

实施例
本发明所述一种发泡型包装材料,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:EVA颗粒45%、降解型碳酸钙母粒0.5%、乙烯基封端硅油0.5%、架桥剂1%、氧化石墨烯2%、偶氮二甲酰胺发泡剂 51%。

偶氮二甲酰胺发泡剂 40-60%。
