本发明公开了一种桑叶解暑饮料,它的制作原料包括:桑叶10‑20份、酢浆草3‑5份、白草5‑10份、甘草3‑8份、蜂蜜2‑5份、藿香3‑8份、水500‑800份,本品制作原料采用纯天然植物材料,将固体原料搅碎后,加入蜂蜜经过高压煎煮后进行过滤封装,制作出的饮料呈甜酸味,口感较好,并具有清热利尿、润肺止咳等功效,此外其含糖量低,糖尿病患者也可饮用,是一种夏季解暑的良好饮料。

背景技术
桑叶是桑科植物桑的干燥叶。初霜后采收,除去杂质,晒干而得,是一种发散风热药,既可内服,也可外敷,其性寒,味甘、苦,有疏散风热、清肺润燥、清肝明目的功效,可治疗风热感冒,肺热燥咳,头晕头痛,目赤昏花的病症,现代中、西医把桑叶和桑叶生物制剂作为改善糖尿病及其他各种疑难杂症的药物而使用,认为其药效极为广泛,有清肺润燥、止咳、去热、化痰、治盗汗;补肝、清肝明目、治疗头晕眼花、失眠、消除眼部疲劳;消肿、清血‘治疗痢疾、腹痛、减肥、除脚气、利大、小肠;抗应激、凉血、降血压、降血脂、预防心肌梗塞、脑溢血、祛头痛、长发;降血糖、抗糖病等,然而现有饮料产品中鲜有以桑叶为主料的纯天然饮品。
发明内容
本发明为开发一种纯天然的桑叶饮料,适用于夏日解暑,作出以下配制方案:制作原料包括:桑叶10-20份、酢浆草3-5份、白草5-10份、甘草3-8份、蜂蜜0-5份、藿香3-8份、水500-800份。
较佳的,原料包括:桑叶10-20份、酢浆草3-5份、白草5-10份、甘草3-8份、藿香3-8份、水500-800份。
较佳的,桑叶解暑饮料的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将桑叶10-20份、酢浆草3-5份、白草5-10份、甘草3-8份、藿香3-8份搅碎并置于高压容器内;
S2.向步骤S1所述高压容器内注入水500-800份,并加入蜂蜜0-5份,在1.5-1.8atm条件下,封闭加热30-60min后过滤得到滤液;
S3.将步骤S2所得滤液采用巴氏杀菌后装罐或装袋。
本发明所采用的均为纯天然植物原料,可根据口感调整甘味原料如甘草、白草与酸味原料酢浆草的比例,由于本品的大部分原料均对解暑有效,并且含糖量低,因此即使对于糖尿病患者也可放心饮用,甚至本品在跌打损伤时也可涂抹外用,是一种良好的夏日解暑饮料。

取桑叶20份、酢浆草5份、白草5份、甘草3份、蜂蜜3份、藿香8份、水500份。
更为具体的,制作桑叶解暑饮料的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将桑叶20份、酢浆草5份、白草5份、甘草3份、藿香8份搅碎并置于高压容器内;
S2.向步骤S1所述高压容器内注入水500-800份,并加入蜂蜜3份,在1.5-1.8atm条件下,封闭加热30-60min后过滤得到滤液;
S3.将步骤S2所得滤液采用巴氏杀菌后装罐或装袋。

S1.将桑叶10-20份、酢浆草3-5份、白草5-10份、甘草3-8份、藿香3-8份搅碎并置于高压容器内;
S2.向步骤S1所述高压容器内注入水500-800份,并加入蜂蜜0-5份,在1.5-1.8atm条件下,封闭加热30-60min后过滤得到滤液;
S3.将步骤S2所得滤液采用巴氏杀菌后装罐或装袋。
