Abstract

本发明公开了一种单槽双辊二次涂布结构,包括第一涂布机构和第二涂布机构,所述第一涂布机构包括第一网辊,第二涂布机构包括第二网辊,配合第一网辊和第二网辊安装有消泡胶辊,消泡胶辊部分浸入料槽的涂布材料内。本发明结构简单,使用方便,节省能耗、节约材料,减少了浪费且改善涂布气泡、层间结合不牢、泛彩等质量问题。

一种单槽双辊二次涂布结构
技术领域
本发明属于涂布领域,尤其涉及一种单槽双辊二次涂布结构。
背景技术
涂布技术广泛地应用于纸张和薄膜等基材的涂布及复合包装。目前,国内许多印刷包装机械企业使用涂布复合设备,其涂布种类和刮胶方式比较单一,涂布技术的应用也大受限制。
目前凹版涂布机解决需多次涂布的问题主要通过两种方式,一是在同一台涂布机上进行二次涂布,此方式效率很低,浪费电能和材料;另一种是将二次涂布在一台涂布机上进行,二次涂布为相同而又独立的二个单元,此涂布结构较费电力,且设备较长,基材损耗较大。
涂布设备主要采用网纹(凹眼)涂布辊来进行上胶涂布。其涂布均匀,而且涂布量比较准确(但涂布量很难调节)。用网纹辊涂布时,涂布量主要与网纹辊的凹眼深度和胶水种类的精度有关。网纹辊的凹眼深度越深,胶从凹眼中转移到基材上去的量相应也越多;反之,网纹辊网凹眼深度越浅,转移到基材上的量也相应减小。与黏度也有很大关系。胶水黏度太大和太小都不利于胶的正常转移。胶水黏度大易转移,太稀则易流淌,使上胶不均匀,易产生纵向或横向流水纹。所以,一旦涂布网纹辊和胶的种类定下来后,就很难调节其涂布量,这也是网纹涂布辊的应用受到限制的主要原因。
目前提升涂布效果主要通过两次或多次涂布来达到,但其所带来的效率低下,能耗过高等问题一直为人们所关注;其主要是通过正常的网辊涂布方式如下图1所示,该涂布方式主较为简单,基材经过网辊时通过胶辊的压力将基材与网辊贴合在一起,网辊将涂料经过刮刀刮料后涂在基材上完成涂布,该涂布方式涂布量及涂布流平主要通过网辊网穴参数及涂料性能决定,当产品要求较高时,则通过二次涂布或多次涂布实现。目前多次涂布为该涂布方式的简单复制,将涂布机设置得足够长以完成多个涂布单元的存放,中间设置烘箱,以完成多次涂布,该涂布方式能耗大,材料损耗大,操作不便,且易出现气泡、层间结合不牢、泛彩等质量问题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种单槽双辊二次涂布结构。本发明结构简单,使用方便,节省能耗、节约材料,减少了浪费且改善涂布气泡、层间结合不牢、泛彩等质量问题。
为达到上述技术效果,本发明的技术方案是:
一种单槽双辊二次涂布结构,包括第一涂布机构和第二涂布机构,所述第一涂布机构包括第一网辊,第二涂布机构包括第二网辊,配合第一网辊和第二网辊安装有消泡胶辊,消泡胶辊部分浸入料槽的涂布材料内。
进一步的改进,所述第一网辊配合安装有第一压辊和第一刮刀;所述第二网辊配合安装有第二压辊和第二刮刀。
进一步的改进,所述第一刮刀与第一网辊的切线夹角为-度;第二刮刀与第二网辊的切线夹角为-度。
进一步的改进,所述第一涂布机构和第二涂布机构之间安装有烘干装置。
进一步的改进,所述烘干装置为烘箱。
进一步的构建,所述第一网辊和第二网辊的直径均为80-250mm。
进一步的改进,所述消泡胶辊的直径为20-80mm。
进一步的改进,所述第二网辊与料槽内涂布材料的高度差大于0,且小于40mm。
进一步的改进,所述第二网辊与消泡胶辊的线速比为1:1~1:2。
进一步的改进,所述料槽为一个。
本发明具有如下优点:
1、本结构节省了电力,与传统两次涂布相对比,该其构第一次涂布完成初干后即进行第二次涂布,既保证了质量,又减少了能耗。
2、本结构节省了材料,传统二次涂布需两个料槽,其能初步需用涂料是本结构的两倍。且两个料槽在实际作业过程中需要的操作人员及操作强度是本结构的两倍;传统二次涂布使用较长烘箱,其基材浪费远高于本结构。
3、效率提升,本结构两次涂布一次完成,提升了生产效率。
4、产品质量提升,本结构对解决涂布气泡问题,层间结合力问题,流平问题;有显著作用。

具体实施方式:
如图2所示,基材1进入第一涂布机构经过第一网辊4带料,第一刮刀2刮平后在第一压辊3的压力下将涂料涂布在基材1上,经过烘箱10的初步干燥,进入由第二网辊7和第二压辊9组成的第二次涂布机构。第一网辊4完成涂布后与消泡胶辊6贴合,阻止空气进入第一网辊4,防止第一次涂布出现气泡。
料槽8中涂料经过消泡胶辊6带起转移到第二网辊7上,经过第二刮刀5刮平后与基材在第二压辊9的压力做用下贴合在一起,将涂料转移到基材料完成二次涂布。
本结构中,第一网辊4与消泡胶辊6贴合使第一网辊4、消泡胶辊6、涂料液面之间无逢接触,防止空气进入网穴形成气泡。
本结构中,第二网辊7与料槽液面未直接接触而通过消泡胶辊6将涂料由消泡胶辊6转移到第二网辊7上,防止了与液面直接接触形成的泛彩、气泡等质量缺陷,为保持涂料供应充足,消泡胶辊6的线速度应与第二网辊7相同或高于第二网辊7。
本结构中的网辊,其直径为80-250mm.其中200mm较为合适
本结构中的消泡胶辊4、7,直径为20-80mm,其中60mm较为合适
本结构中刮刀与网辊切线夹角为0-90度,其中30度较为合适
本结构中第二网辊7未直接与料槽中涂料相接触,与料槽液面高度差为0-40mm.其中20mm较为合适。
本结构中第二网辊7与消泡胶辊6线速比为1:1~1:2,其中1:1.5较为合适。网辊4与网辊7的线速度相同。
上述仅为本发明的一个具体导向实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明的保护范围的行为。

Claims (10)

1.一种单槽双辊二次涂布结构,包括第一涂布机构和第二涂布机构,其特征在于,所述第一涂布机构包括第一网辊(4),第二涂布机构包括第二网辊(7),配合第一网辊(4)和第二网辊(7)安装有消泡胶辊(6),消泡胶辊(6)部分浸入料槽(8)的涂布材料内。
2.如权利要求1所述的单槽双辊二次涂布结构,其特征在于,所述第一网辊(4)配合安装有第一压辊(3)和第一刮刀(2);所述第二网辊(7)配合安装有第二压辊(9)和第二刮刀(5)。
3.如权利要求2所述的单槽双辊二次涂布结构,其特征在于,所述第一刮刀(2)与第一网辊(4)的切线夹角为0-90度;第二刮刀(5)与第二网辊(7)的切线夹角为0-90度。
4.如权利要求1所述的单槽双辊二次涂布结构,其特征在于,所述第一涂布机构和第二涂布机构之间安装有烘干装置。
5.如权利要求4所述的单槽双辊二次涂布结构,其特征在于,所述烘干装置为烘箱。
6.如权利要求1所述的单槽双辊二次涂布结构,其特征在于,所述第一网辊(4)和第二网辊(7)的直径均为80-250mm。
7.如权利要求1所述的单槽双辊二次涂布结构,其特征在于,所述消泡胶辊的直径为20-80mm。
8.如权利要求1所述的单槽双辊二次涂布结构,其特征在于,所述第二网辊(7)与料槽(8)内涂布材料的高度差大于0,且小于40mm。
9.如权利要求8所述的单槽双辊二次涂布结构,其特征在于,所述第二网辊(7)与消泡胶辊(6)的线速比为1:1~1:2。
