本发明提出的一种无糖维生素C含片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将维生素C、果胶、司盘80、柠檬酸脂肪酸甘油酯混合均匀,加入无水乙醇搅拌,加入磷酸盐缓冲液,继续搅拌,蒸发除去乙醇,冷却,加入甲基纤维素,匀质处理得到第一物料;
S2、将富马酸亚铁、L-抗坏血酸钠、第一物料、食用玉米淀粉混合均匀得到第二物料;
S3、将金银花、羧甲基淀粉钠、山梨糖醇、阿斯巴甜、刺槐豆胶混合均匀,加入第二物料、硬脂酸镁混合均匀,压片得到无糖维生素C含片。
优选地,S1中,按重量份将4-8份维生素C、2-4份果胶、4-8份司盘80、30-50份柠檬酸脂肪酸甘油酯混合均匀,加入120-130份无水乙醇搅拌,加入300-500份浓度为0.02-0.04mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液,继续搅拌,蒸发除去乙醇,冷却,加入22-30份甲基纤维素,匀质处理得到第一物料。

S2、按重量份将20份富马酸亚铁、35份L-抗坏血酸钠、16份第一物料、80份食用玉米淀粉混合均匀得到第二物料;
S3、按重量份将8份金银花、4份羧甲基淀粉钠、4份山梨糖醇、1份阿斯巴甜、6份刺槐豆胶混合均匀,加入140份第二物料、6份硬脂酸镁混合均匀,压片得到无糖维生素C含片。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种无糖维生素C含片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份将8份维生素C、2份果胶、8份司盘80、30份柠檬酸脂肪酸甘油酯混合均匀,加入130份无水乙醇搅拌25min,搅拌温度为70℃,以0.4mL/min的速度加入500份浓度为0.02mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液,继续搅拌60min,蒸发除去乙醇,冷却,加入22份甲基纤维素,匀质处理得到第一物料;
S2、按重量份将10份富马酸亚铁、45份L-抗坏血酸钠、8份第一物料、120份食用玉米淀粉混合均匀得到第二物料;
S3、按重量份将4份金银花、8份羧甲基淀粉钠、2份山梨糖醇、2份阿斯巴甜、4份刺槐豆胶混合均匀,加入160份第二物料、4份硬脂酸镁混合均匀,压片得到无糖维生素C含片。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种无糖维生素C含片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份将6份维生素C、3份果胶、6份司盘80、40份柠檬酸脂肪酸甘油酯混合均匀,加入125份无水乙醇搅拌35min,搅拌温度为65℃,以0.6mL/min的速度加入400份浓度为0.03mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液,继续搅拌50min,蒸发除去乙醇,冷却,加入26份甲基纤维素,匀质处理得到第一物料;
S2、按重量份将15份富马酸亚铁、40份L-抗坏血酸钠、12份第一物料、100份食用玉米淀粉混合均匀得到第二物料;
S3、按重量份将6份金银花、6份羧甲基淀粉钠、3份山梨糖醇、1.5份阿斯巴甜、5份刺槐豆胶混合均匀,加入150份第二物料、5份硬脂酸镁混合均匀,压片得到无糖维生素C含片。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种无糖维生素C含片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份将5份维生素C、3.5份果胶、5份司盘80、45份柠檬酸脂肪酸甘油酯混合均匀,加入122份无水乙醇搅拌40min,搅拌温度为62℃,以0.7mL/min的速度加入350份浓度为0.035mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液,继续搅拌45min,蒸发除去乙醇,冷却,加入28份甲基纤维素,匀质处理得到第一物料;
S2、按重量份将12份富马酸亚铁、42份L-抗坏血酸钠、10份第一物料、110份食用玉米淀粉混合均匀得到第二物料;
S3、按重量份将5份金银花、7份羧甲基淀粉钠、2.5份山梨糖醇、1.8份阿斯巴甜、4.5份刺槐豆胶混合均匀,加入155份第二物料、4.5份硬脂酸镁混合均匀,压片得到无糖维生素C含片。
实施例6
本发明提出的一种无糖维生素C含片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份将7份维生素C、2.5份果胶、7份司盘80、35份柠檬酸脂肪酸甘油酯混合均匀,加入128份无水乙醇搅拌30min,搅拌温度为68℃,以0.5mL/min的速度加入450份浓度为0.025mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液,继续搅拌55min,蒸发除去乙醇,冷却,加入24份甲基纤维素,匀质处理得到第一物料;
S2、按重量份将18份富马酸亚铁、38份L-抗坏血酸钠、14份第一物料、90份食用玉米淀粉混合均匀得到第二物料;
S3、按重量份将7份金银花、5份羧甲基淀粉钠、3.5份山梨糖醇、1.2份阿斯巴甜、5.5份刺槐豆胶混合均匀,加入145份第二物料、5.5份硬脂酸镁混合均匀,压片得到无糖维生素C含片。

Claims (5)
1.一种无糖维生素C含片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将维生素C、果胶、司盘80、柠檬酸脂肪酸甘油酯混合均匀,加入无水乙醇搅拌,加入磷酸盐缓冲液,继续搅拌,蒸发除去乙醇,冷却,加入甲基纤维素,匀质处理得到第一物料;
S2、将富马酸亚铁、L-抗坏血酸钠、第一物料、食用玉米淀粉混合均匀得到第二物料;
S3、将金银花、羧甲基淀粉钠、山梨糖醇、阿斯巴甜、刺槐豆胶混合均匀,加入第二物料、硬脂酸镁混合均匀,压片得到无糖维生素C含片。
2.根据权利要求1所述无糖维生素C含片的制备方法,其特征在于,S1中,按重量份将4-8份维生素C、2-4份果胶、4-8份司盘80、30-50份柠檬酸脂肪酸甘油酯混合均匀,加入120-130份无水乙醇搅拌,加入300-500份浓度为0.02-0.04mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液,继续搅拌,蒸发除去乙醇,冷却,加入22-30份甲基纤维素,匀质处理得到第一物料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述无糖维生素C含片的制备方法,其特征在于,S1中,按重量份将4-8份维生素C、2-4份果胶、4-8份司盘80、30-50份柠檬酸脂肪酸甘油酯混合均匀,加入120-130份无水乙醇搅拌25-45min,搅拌温度为60-70℃,以0.4-0.8mL/min的速度加入300-500份浓度为0.02-0.04mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液,继续搅拌40-60min,蒸发除去乙醇,冷却,加入22-30份甲基纤维素,匀质处理得到第一物料。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述无糖维生素C含片的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,按重量份将10-20份富马酸亚铁、35-45份L-抗坏血酸钠、8-16份第一物料、80-120份食用玉米淀粉混合均匀得到第二物料。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述无糖维生素C含片的制备方法,其特征在于,S3中,按重量份将4-8份金银花、4-8份羧甲基淀粉钠、2-4份山梨糖醇、1-2份阿斯巴甜、4-6份刺槐豆胶混合均匀,加入140-160份第二物料、4-6份硬脂酸镁混合均匀,压片得到无糖维生素C含片。
