Abstract

本发明涉及一种热塑性弹性体组合物,其是通过使用分批式混合机,在满足下述条件(1)~(4)的条件下,将乙烯-α-烯烃-非共轭多烯共聚物(A)、聚烯烃树脂(B)、上述共聚物(A)和树脂(B)的合计每100质量份为1~200质量份的软化剂(C)和交联剂(D)动态交联而得到的。(1)50≤P1≤300(在此,P1由下述式(i)定义。P1=γave.×Log(t1) (i) (式(i)中,t1为投入交联剂(D)后的滞留时间(sec),γave.为剪切速度γ在t1内的平均速度(sec-1))) (2) 900≤P2≤1450(在此,P2由下述式(ii)定义。P2=(T ave.+273)×Log(t1) (ii) (式(ii)中,T ave.为投入交联剂(D)后的平均树脂温度(℃),t1为投入交联剂(D)后的滞留时间(sec))) (3) -2.5≤P3≤1.5(在此,P3由下述式(iii)定义。P3=Log(t1/t2) (iii) (式(iii)中,t1为投入交联剂(D)后的滞留时间(sec),t2为在投入交联剂(D)后的平均树脂温度T ave.下交联剂(D)的残存量达到投入量的1ppm以下所需要的时间(sec))) (4)在分批式混合机中投入乙烯-α-烯烃-非共轭多烯共聚物(A)、聚烯烃树脂(B)和软化剂(C)之后,投入交联剂(D)。根据本发明的热塑性弹性体组合物,能够制造具有优异的橡胶弹性等机械物性和外观的成型体,并且能够提高熔融密度和挤出量,能够实现生产率的提高。
