Abstract

Description
本申请是申请日为2014年3月25日、申请号为201480017892.4(国际申请号为PCT/GB2014/050941)、发明名称为“组装管状模拟香烟的方法”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种组装模拟香烟的方法。
背景技术
申请人已经提出了一种模拟香烟,这种模拟香烟具有容纳可吸入组合物的储存器的壳体,该储存器具有通过呼吸操作出口阀选择性关闭的出口。该出口在用户在出口端上抽吸时打开以从储存器分配组合物。
在WO2011/107737中公开了这种类型的模拟香烟。该文献需要填充储存器的实质部分的吸油芯,以便确保在出口阀打开时无论方向如何都给储存器出口提供足够的组合物。
然而,吸油芯是不理想的,因为吸油芯呈现给组合物的大表面面积增加了吸油芯材料溶解到组合物中的趋势。
DE4030257公开了一种从储存器的出口端延伸出较短距离的管。该管是柔性的,并且在其入口端具有这样的重量,使得不管其方向如何该管都受到朝向储存器的底面负荷。该文献没有公开在实践中如何组装模拟香烟。
为了成为一种成功的商业产品,重要的是,能够以适于大规模生产的方式简单地组装模拟香烟。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种组装香烟的方法,该方法解决了现有技术的问题并且适合于大规模生产。
根据本发明,提供了一种组装管状模拟香烟的方法,该方法包括:

c)从所述再填充端将汲取管插入,使得所述汲取管的远端与所述出口阀管的近端流体连通;
d)从所述再填充端将支撑件插入以将所述汲取管的近端支撑在所述壳体内;
e)将再填充阀插入到所述再填充端内并将所述再填充阀固定就位,使得所述壳体在所述模拟香烟的该区域中形成组合物储存器,所述汲取管使得所述储存器在所述出口阀管打开时与所述出口孔口流体连通,所述再填充阀允许与所述储存器选择性连通;
f)将阀元件插入到位于所述壳体的一侧中的凹部内,使得所述阀元件定位成选择性关闭所述出口阀管;
g)将呼吸操作阀致动机构从侧面插入所述凹部内;以及
h)将罩施加至所述凹部。
本发明将多个部件插入到香烟的再填充端并且通过位于壳体的一侧中的凹部插入多个其他部件。这提供了简单的组装,因为部件能够被容易地引导就位而不会相互妨碍。进一步地,用以支撑汲取管的近端的支撑件的插入提供了将该汲取管保持在期望位置的简单途径。因而,所述香烟能够以所有部件可靠地定位的方式而被容易地组装。
可行的是,所述出口阀管、所述汲取管、所述支撑件和所述再填充阀中的一个或多个是一体的,或者在被插入所述壳体内之前组装成子组件。例如,所述出口阀管和所述汲取管可以一体地形成,或者所述支撑件和所述再填充阀可以作为整体元件插入。然而,优选地,步骤b)至步骤e)是分开的且连续的。
步骤f)至步骤h)可以是分开的且连续的。然而,优选地,所述阀元件和所述呼吸操作阀致动机构是一体的,并且在单个步骤中插入。
作为将部件插入到所述再填充端内所需的步骤的步骤b)至步骤e)可以在作为与侧面开口相关的步骤的步骤f)至步骤h)之前或之后进行。然而,优选地,步骤f)在步骤b)之后进行,从而在所述阀元件就位之前使所述出口阀管就位。这避免了在所述出口阀管被插入的同时所述阀元件阻挡所述出口阀管或对所述出口阀管造成潜在损坏。

所述再填充阀可以通过焊接、粘合剂或卡合配合就位而保持就位。优选地,所述再填充阀被声波焊接至所述壳体以形成气密密封。
所述出口阀管可以设置有孔口,所述阀元件选择性进入所述孔口以作为闸阀有效地运行。然而,优选地,所述出口阀管是可变形管,并且所述阀元件被布置成选择性挤压所述出口阀管。这种挤压阀提供了控制来自所述储存器的流动的简单及可靠的方式。
所述呼吸操作阀致动机构可以是任何合适的设计,但是优选包括膜片,通过用户在所述出口端上抽吸而在所述膜片上形成凹陷。
因为所述支撑件允许将所述汲取管的近端支撑在所述储存器内,为了最佳效能,所述支撑件的位置可被固定。所述汲取管的近端可以被支撑朝向所述壳体的再填充端,以使得在作为最常用吸入位置的“顶部朝下”的取向中分配的组合物的量最大化。然而,优选地,所述汲取管的近端保持成使得所述模拟香烟的主轴线穿过所述汲取管的近端,且以便所述汲取管的入口定位在轴向方向上,在所述储存器的容积的中心,即在所述储存器的50%容积的中心处。这将所述管孔入口朝向储存器的中心定位,使得不管香烟的取向如何,都有近似50%的液体能够被分配。每次再填充所述储存器时,不管香烟的取向如何,这都允许分配近似相同的组合物量。这对于用户提供了恒定的剂量。
优选地,所述汲取管是柔性的,并且所述支撑件的内部具有位于该支撑件的远端的渐缩表面,以将所述汲取管的近端引导到期望位置。

具体实施方式
模拟香烟的基本布置如WO2011/107737中所述。因此,已组装的模拟香烟具有大体圆柱形形状并且具有近似香烟的尺寸。已组装的模拟香烟具有带有出口端2和再填充端3的壳体1,壳体1具有储存器4。具有阀元件6的叶片5在出口端2处,阀元件6采取齿的形式,阀元件6挤压弹性管7,以便将该管关闭。如在WO2011/107737中描述以及在英国申请1215278.1中更详细地描述的,出口阀5进一步包括与膜片(diaphragm)8共注塑的叶片,以当用户在出口端上抽吸时克服弹簧9的作用将阀元件6打开。
再填充阀元件10在储存器4的相对端处,再填充阀10实质上是止回阀,该止回阀能够克服第二弹簧11的作用操作。该止回阀为GB1305486.1的主题。第二弹簧11和再填充阀元件10被保持在保持架12内,保持架12具有多个开口,使得保持架12内的空间形成了储存器4的一部分。
具有内部孔21的柔性汲取管20也在储存器4内。孔21具有出口22,出口22定位为与弹性管7的一端相邻。汲取管20可以抵靠弹性管7放置(图1至3)或放置在弹性管7内部(图7),使得组合物只能通过孔21到达弹性管7。如从图中明显看出,汲取管20的侧壁或者汲取管20的端壁(图1至3)可以与弹性管7密封,但是优选二者同时与弹性管7密封(图7)。如果汲取管20位于弹性管7内,则这两个管相互密封,并且弹性管7与壳体密封。从图中还可以看出的是,弹性管7的位于阀元件6和汲取管20之间的右侧也是储存器的一部分。
在管20的入口端25,孔21具有入口26。如图4所示,入口端25由支撑件30支撑,使得孔21的入口端25(优选为孔21的入口26)位于壳体1的主轴线X上。
如图4中最佳所示,支撑件30在支撑件30的最接近再填充端3的一端处抵靠在阀保持架12上。支撑件30和阀保持架12可以制作成单个部件。在相对端,支撑件30具有面向出口端2的锥形面31。该端的外径32具有与储存器4在该点的内径对应的相似直径,使得支撑件30在储存器4内形成过盈配合。如图5所示的四个开口34允许储存器4中的液体自由流过支撑件30以进入入口26。
现在将参照图6来描述模拟香烟的组装,图6以分解图示出了模拟香烟的部件。
该模拟香烟在无尘室环境(最好是BS EN IOS14644-1:1999等级8或以上的清洁室)中制造。组装线可以由一个或多个手动和/或半自动或全自动组装站构成,所述组装站可以是独立的或模块化地集成在同一个组装线中。在最优选的设计中,如下面记载地组装香烟。
在第一站,通过将保持架12、弹簧11、再填充阀元件10、阀密封垫圈27和端盖28装配在一起由此形成称为保持架阀的一体部件来组装再填充阀子组件。这可以在生产线中的另一站处形成,而不是预先形成的子组件。在保持架阀在下一个组装站进行集成之前,可以对该保持架阀进行泄漏测试并且与支撑件30进一步组装在一起。
在第二组装站处,将壳体1放置在嵌套(nest)内,并且将弹性管7插入壳体1内,之后将汲取管20插入。然后将所述子组装的保持架阀和支撑件30放置在壳体1内,并且开始超声波循环以将端盖28焊接至壳体1,由此将之前插入的所有部件夹紧并密封就位。
在第三站,将包括叶片5、共注塑膜片8和阀元件6的阀组件从侧面装载到壳体1上,并且通过超声波焊接就位。然后将弹簧9装载到叶片5的凹部内,并且将盖29在所述阀组件上方放置就位,以保持弹簧9就位并将圆柱形壳体密封。然后将盖29超声波焊接到壳体1上。
质量控制可能适合于在每个单个步骤以及最终组装时进行。
可以将该装置包装并可以将其移动到另一个子组件组装站,在该子组件组装站将标签L施加在该装置上。
根据以上说明且从附图将认识到,储存器4的形状复杂。右侧部分具有占据装置直径的大部分的大体圆柱形构造,同时储存器的左侧部分可以仅是管的内部孔21,或者该储存器可以具有一部分是位于该管的任一侧上。另外,在右侧部分中,储存器的容积由于位于储存器内的管20的入口端部分、密封件垫圈27、支撑件30、阀保持架12、第二弹簧11和再填充阀元件10的部分而减小。因而,尽管通过测量这些部件能够确定储存器4的容积,但是可以通过实验来更简单地确定该容积。
现在将参照图1至图3描述该装置的操作。
当用户在出口端2上抽吸时,叶片5抬起。倘若孔21的入口26低于储存器中的液体的液面L,则液体将沿着孔21行进并且将在出口阀元件6的下游被雾化以形成供吸入的烟流。图1至图3示出了填充储存器4的液体主体的质心C。孔21的入口26位于该质心的附近。在图1所示的该具体实施例中,入口26从质心C朝向再填充端3移位1.3mm。在图1所示的水平取向中,位于液面L之上的所有液体(其代表储存器中的全部液体的大约50%)能够自香烟吸入。当香烟位于图2所示的顶部朝下构造中时,由于入口26如上所述从质心C移位,因此可用的液体比图1中所示的略多。相反,在顶部朝上构造中,可用于吸入的液体略少。在不同的布置中,入口26位于质心C处,使得在这三个位置之间基本没有任何分配差异。当前优选的是如图所示入口26从质心C朝向再填充端略微移位,因为这使得在更普遍的顶部朝下构造中分配更多的液体。
一旦液体液面达到图1至图3所示的位置L,则可以由用户酌情通过再填充阀10再填充液体。
Claims (12)
1.一种组装管状模拟香烟的方法,该方法包括:
a)提供具有吸入端和再填充端的细长中空的壳体;
b)从所述再填充端将出口阀管插入,所述出口阀管在该出口阀管的近端处开口并且在远端具有出口孔口,使得所述出口孔口相邻于所述吸入端;
c)从所述再填充端将汲取管插入,使得所述汲取管的远端与所述出口阀管的近端流体连通;
d)从所述再填充端将支撑件插入以将所述汲取管的近端支撑在所述壳体内;
e)将再填充阀插入到所述再填充端内并将所述再填充阀固定就位,其中,所述壳体具有组合物储存器,所述汲取管使得所述储存器在所述出口阀管打开时与所述出口孔口流体连通,所述再填充阀允许与所述储存器选择性连通;
f)将阀元件插入到位于所述壳体的一侧中的凹部内,使得所述阀元件定位成选择性关闭所述出口阀管;
g)将呼吸操作阀致动机构从侧面插入所述凹部内;以及
h)将罩施加至所述凹部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,步骤b)至步骤e)是分开的且连续的步骤。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述阀元件和所述呼吸操作阀致动机构是一体的,并且在单个步骤中插入。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,步骤f)在步骤b)之后进行。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,该方法进一步包括在步骤h)之后将一包装粘附至所述壳体的外表面和所述罩的外表面,其中,该包装包括:纸或类纸层;以及保护该纸或类纸层的聚合物膜。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述支撑件和所述再填充阀作为整体元件插入。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,将所述再填充阀固定就位的步骤将所述支撑件、所述汲取管和所述出口阀管维持就位。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述再填充阀被声波焊接至所述壳体。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述出口阀管是能变形的管,并且所述阀元件被布置成选择性挤压所述出口阀管。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述呼吸操作阀致动机构包括膜片,安排空气在所述膜片上方流过所述壳体,以克服偏压构件而将所述阀元件打开。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,将所述汲取管的近端保持成使得主轴线穿过所述汲取管的近端,以便所述汲取管的入口定位在轴向方向上,在所述储存器的容积的中心,即在所述储存器的50%容积的中心处。
12.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述汲取管是柔性的,并且所述支撑件的内部具有位于该支撑件的远端的渐缩表面,以将所述汲取管的近端引导到期望位置。
