Abstract
本发明公开了一种原生态环保型衬布及其生产工艺,原生态环保型衬布包括只经过冷退浆处理且未经煮练漂白过程的双面起毛纯棉衬布基布和功能整理层,双面起毛纯棉衬布基布的布面不规则分布有若干棉籽壳,双面起毛纯棉衬布基布的经纬纱支数目数不等且数目之差大,双面起毛纯棉衬布基布的起毛长度不同。本发明制备的一种原生态环保型衬布绿色环保不使用烧碱,双氧水,具有原生态的棉籽壳,本色,双面起毛后的织物因为双面起毛长度不同,具有差异化的手感,柔软整理剂的加入可进一步增加衬布的柔软度,使衬布在使用过程中能够弯曲自如,手感饱满。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种衬布领域,尤其是一种原生态环保型衬布及其生产工艺。
背景技术
衬布是将树脂或者热熔胶涂覆在织物上的一种服装辅料。衬布与面料的结合可以改善面料的服用性能,使面料更加挺括,有身骨,易于裁剪,还可以提高服装的档次。常规的纯棉衬布制作方法包括将棉坯布退浆、煮练、漂白、树脂整理、粉点涂层的加工过程,制备的粘合衬布多为漂白后的品种,衬布上无杂质,手感分为软,中,硬几个类别,多用在衬衫领域。后续经过衬布的发展,陆续有企业开发了功能性的衬布,如低甲醛,低缩水率,高支高密,水溶性衬布等高科技衬布。
但是以上衬布全部经过练漂过程,将棉纤维上的杂质在高温,高碱,高氧化状态下处理,虽然处理过的棉织物颜色白亮,无棉籽壳,无天然色素,但是需要消耗大量的烧碱和双氧水以及配套助剂,造成前处理废水COD过高,废水处理压力较大,并且经过高温、浓碱、氧化剂处理后,破坏了棉花的天然属性,造成棉织物失重增加,强力下降,棉蜡质全部消失,降低了棉织物的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种具有棉织物原生态的黄色,具有零星棉籽壳,起毛效果好,手感柔软,各项指标优异,可用于领带,休闲衬衫,外衣胸衬等领域的原生态环保型衬布及其生产工艺,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种原生态环保型衬布,其创新点在于:原生态环保型衬布包括只经过冷退浆处理且未经煮练漂白过程的双面起毛纯棉衬布基布和功能整理层,双面起毛纯棉衬布基布的布面不规则分布有若干棉籽壳,双面起毛纯棉衬布基布的经纬纱支数目数不等且数目之差大,双面起毛纯棉衬布基布的起毛长度不同。
在一些实施方式中,双面起毛纯棉衬布基布的纬纱支数大于经纱支数。
在一些实施方式中,双面起毛衬布基布上层起毛长度为0-5mm,下层起毛长度为2-8mm,为不规则卷曲形状,所述上层起毛长度要大于下层起毛长度。
一种原生态环保型衬布的生产工艺,由以下步骤组成:
a)退浆过程,将纯棉坯布浸轧退浆液,堆置,水洗,烘干。
b)起毛过程,将a步骤退浆后的织物浸渍起毛剂,然后在起毛机上进行起毛处理。
c)整理过程,将b)步骤的织物浸轧柔软整理剂以及树脂整理剂混合液,预烘,焙烘,定型,落布。
在一些实施方式中,步骤a)退浆液选自水、淀粉酶溶液、淡碱溶液中的一种。
在一些实施方式中,b)步骤的起毛过程在起毛机上进行,可单面起毛或双面起毛,起毛长度为0-8mm。
在一些实施方式中,c)步骤过程为将起毛后的织物在定型机轧槽中浸渍柔软整理剂和树脂整理剂,两浸两轧。
在一些实施方式中,c)步骤过程预烘温度为110-130℃,时间为5-30s。焙烘温度为160-170℃,时间为5-30s,焙烘后进行定型整理,定型温度为170-180℃,时间为5-15s。
本发明制备的一种原生态环保型衬布绿色环保不使用烧碱,双氧水,具有原生态的棉籽壳,本色,双面起毛后的织物因为双面起毛长度不同,具有差异化的手感,柔软整理剂的加入可进一步增加衬布的柔软度,使衬布在使用过程中能够弯曲自如,手感饱满。

实施例1
坯布规格为:纯棉织物16S*20S,60*60,57",将纯棉坯布浸渍40℃热水,堆置2h,水洗,烘干,烘干后织物上保留有棉籽壳2和天然色素,使用双面起毛机起毛加工,上绒毛长度为2mm,下绒毛长度为5mm,同时,织物上绒毛密度大于下绒毛密度,随后,将起毛加工后的织物浸渍柔软整理剂、N-羟基类树脂整理剂、甲醛捕捉剂,渗透剂,氯化镁的混合溶液,130℃预烘10s,170℃焙烘10s,落布,再170℃定型10s,落布,打卷,质检。
实施例2
坯布规格为:纯棉织物16S*10S,108*56,57",在室温下将纯棉坯布浸渍1g/L的杰能科宽温淀粉酶,堆置2h,水洗,烘干,烘干后织物上保留有棉籽壳2和天然色素,使用双面起毛机起毛加工,上绒毛长度为1.5mm,下绒毛长度为3mm,随后,将起毛加工后的织物浸渍柔软整理剂、N-羟基类树脂整理剂、甲醛捕捉剂,渗透剂,氯化镁的混合溶液,130℃预烘10s,170℃焙烘10s,落布,再175℃定型10s,落布,打卷,质检。
实施例3
坯布规格为:纯棉织物10S*30S,108*56,57",在室温下将纯棉坯布浸渍40℃热水,堆置2h,水洗,烘干,烘干后织物上保留有棉籽壳2和天然色素,使用单面起毛机起毛加工,上绒毛长度为1.5mm,随后,将起毛加工后的织物浸渍柔软整理剂、N-羟基类树脂整理剂、乙烯脲类甲醛捕捉剂,渗透剂,氯化镁的混合溶液,110℃预烘15s,170℃焙烘10s,落布,再180℃定型10s,打卷,质检。
实施例4
坯布规格为:纯棉织物10S*30S,108*56,57",在室温下将纯棉坯布浸渍50℃热水,堆置2h,水洗,烘干,烘干后织物上保留有棉籽壳2和天然色素,使用单面起毛机起毛加工,上绒毛长度为1.8mm,随后,将起毛加工后的织物浸渍柔软整理剂、N-羟基类树脂整理剂、乙烯脲类甲醛捕捉剂,渗透剂,氯化镁的混合溶液,120℃预烘15s,170℃焙烘15s,落布,再175℃定型10s,打卷,质检。
实施例5
坯布规格为:纯棉织物,21S*21S,60*60,57",在室温下将纯棉坯布浸渍4g/L的淡碱溶液,堆置4h,水洗,烘干,烘干后织物上保留有棉籽壳2和天然色素,使用双面起毛机起毛加工,上绒毛长度为1.5mm,下绒毛长度为1mm,随后,将起毛加工后的织物浸渍柔软整理剂、N-羟基类树脂整理剂、乙烯脲类甲醛捕捉剂,渗透剂,氯化镁的混合溶液,110℃预烘15s,160℃焙烘15s,落布,打卷,质检。
测试结果:
由以上测试结果可以看出,经过起毛和功能整理后的织物各项指标均较好,甲醛含量也已经接近25ppm婴儿使用级别,并且整理后的几块织物因为没有经过练漂过程,撕破强度保留率较高,棉籽壳2不均匀分布,布面颜色为本色淡黄色,表观看起来具有原生态的棉织物状态,符合绿色环保的理念,同时因为双面起毛长度的不同,会形成差异化的柔软手感,使衬布使用时正面和反面区分更加明显,经纬纱粗细不同,起毛后更加饱满,使用效果较好。

1.一种原生态环保型衬布,其特征在于:所述原生态环保型衬布包括只经过冷退浆处理且未经煮练漂白过程的双面起毛纯棉衬布基布(3)和功能整理层,所述双面起毛纯棉衬布基布(3)的布面不规则分布有若干棉籽壳(2),所述双面起毛纯棉衬布基布(3)的经纬纱支数目数不等且数目之差大,所述双面起毛纯棉衬布基布(3)的起毛长度不同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种原生态环保型衬布,其特征在于:所述双面起毛纯棉衬布基布(3)的纬纱支数大于经纱支数。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种原生态环保型衬布,其特征在于:所述双面起毛衬布基布上层起毛长度为0-5mm,下层起毛长度为2-8mm,为不规则卷曲形状,所述上层起毛长度要大于下层起毛长度。
4.一种原生态环保型衬布的生产工艺,由以下步骤组成:
a)退浆过程,将纯棉坯布浸轧退浆液,堆置,水洗,烘干。
b)起毛过程,将a步骤退浆后的织物浸渍起毛剂,然后在起毛机上进行起毛处理。
c)整理过程,将b)步骤的织物浸轧柔软整理剂以及树脂整理剂混合液,预烘,焙烘,定型,落布。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种原生态环保型衬布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤a)退浆液选自水、淀粉酶溶液、淡碱溶液中的一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种原生态环保型衬布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述b)步骤的起毛过程在起毛机上进行,可单面起毛或双面起毛,起毛长度为0-8mm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种原生态环保型衬布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述c)步骤过程为将起毛后的织物在定型机轧槽中浸渍柔软整理剂和树脂整理剂,两浸两轧。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种原生态环保型衬布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述c)步骤过程预烘温度为110-130℃,时间为5-30s。焙烘温度为160-170℃,时间为5-30s,焙烘后进行定型整理,定型温度为170-180℃,时间为5-15s。
