本发明提供一种防汗渍棉涤四面弹衬衫面料的染整加工方法,依次包括织造→焙烘→退浆→丝光→超缩率预缩→高温定型→吸湿速干加软同浴整理→再预缩;其中,织造时使用的纬纱经过以下处理步骤:松筒→染色→防水加软同浴处理→倒筒;织造时使用的经纱经过以下处理步骤:松筒→染色→倒筒→浆纱;相对现有技术,采用本发明的技术方案,成本低,并且防汗渍的同时透气性好。

一种防汗渍棉涤四面弹面料的染整加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种四面弹面料的加工方法,尤其是一种防汗渍的四面弹面料的加工方法。
背景技术
四面弹面料伸缩性好,穿着轻快舒适,更能适应人体外形,减少对人体的束缚作用,以舒适透气、穿着自如、外观美丽、质量上乘等优点广博众爱。四面弹织物,经纬两个方向均富有弹性,制成衬衫可最大限度满足人们对舒适性的要求。但衬衫在穿着过程中,存在出汗形成汗渍的问题,不美观。目前来说,较多的解决方法是通过对织物正面进行防水防油整理,贴身面进行吸湿速干整理来解决。但这种方法需要对织物正面进行防水防油涂层,成本高,影响织物的透气效果,且防水剂浆易渗透到织物背面,不适用于轻薄类(克重在130g/m2)面料。另外纱线防水整理,大多采用绞纱的方式,对筒纱防水整理的工艺探索较少。
发明内容
本发明提供一种四面弹衬衫面料的加工方法,该方法加工得到的买了具有良好的防汗渍性能。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种防汗渍棉涤四面弹衬衫面料的染整加工方法,加工过程依次包括织造→焙烘→退浆→丝光→超缩率预缩→高温定型→吸湿速干加软同浴整理→再预缩;
其中,织造时使用的纬纱经过以下处理步骤:松筒→染色→防水加软同浴处理→倒筒;织造时使用的经纱经过以下处理步骤:松筒→染色→倒筒→浆纱。
进一步的,所述防水加软同浴处理为将纬纱浸泡入包括了防水剂和疏水性柔软剂的工作液中,脱水后烘干。
更进一步的,所述防水加软同浴处理中,工作液为:氟系防水剂用量为5-15g/L,脂肪酰胺类柔软剂5-20g/L,pH值5-6;处理时,常温循环10-20分钟;处理后,筒纱脱水,转速800转/分,脱水时间5-10分钟,含水量50-70%,并且射频烘箱80-100℃烘1.5-2h。
进一步的,所述吸湿速干、加软同浴整理为将高温定型后的面料浸轧包含吸湿速干整理剂和亲水性水软油的工作液。
更进一步的,所述吸湿速干加软同浴整理为:温度120-140℃,吸湿速干整理剂的用量为5-15g/L,亲水软油的用量为10-30g/L,车速为40-60米/分。
进一步的,所述染色过程为:染料2-3%(owf),分散匀染剂0.5-3g/L,保险粉1-3g/L,纯碱1-3g/L,冰醋酸0.5-2g/L,染色温度130-140℃,时间30-50min,浴比1:8。
进一步的,所述焙烘工序,温度为150-170℃,时间为2-5min。
进一步的,所述退浆工序,采用淀粉酶退浆,淀粉酶用量为5-8g/L,渗透剂用量为3-5g/L,车速为80-100米/分,温度为50-60℃,保温堆置25-35min,然后80-90℃水洗3格,50-60℃水洗3格。
进一步的,所述丝光工序,丝光碱浓为20-22波美度,车速为30-60米/分;
所述超缩率预缩工序,缩率为13-16%;
所述高温定型工序,温度为180-195℃,进布张力调低,织物经向超喂定型,超喂量为22-28%,车速为15-25米/分;
所述再预缩工序,缩率为3.0-6.0%。
采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
在纱线预处理的时候,就对纬纱浸泡防水剂,同浴添加柔软剂,提高纱线抱合力,改善筒子质量,提高可织造性;纱线防水整理的防水效果需要通过织造得到坯布后再进行焙烘工序实现,而常规筒管不耐高温,且筒纱焙烘内外层温度难以控制,因此采用先织造成布,在后整理阶段先进行焙烘,给防水剂大分子提供交联所需的环境,以此来实现纬纱的防水效果;利用吸湿速干、加软同浴整理,采用吸湿速干整理剂,同浴添加不影响吸湿效果的柔软剂,赋予经纱吸湿速干效果,同时改善织物手感;此外,在后整理时,丝光后先进行超缩率预缩,使织物经向最大限度的收缩,再进行超喂高温定型,保证经向弹性指标。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明
从纱线开始,经过以下步骤得产品:松筒→染色→防水、加软同浴处理→倒筒→浆纱→织造→坯布检修→焙烘→退浆→丝光→超缩率预缩→高温定型→吸湿速干、加软同浴整理→再预缩。
染色工序为,GRN-SE黄用量为0.3%(owf),HFBL红用量0.04%(owf),HBL蓝用量为1.7%(owf),分散匀染剂0.5-3g/L,保险粉1-3g/L,纯碱1-3g/L,冰醋酸0.5-2g/L,染色温度130-140℃,时间30-50min,浴比1:8。
防水、加软同浴处理工序为,筒子染色皂洗后脱水,染缸中加入防水整理工作液,其中氟系防水剂用量为5-15g/L,脂肪酰胺类柔软剂5-20g/L,pH值5-6,常温循环10-20分钟。筒纱脱水,射频烘箱烘干。
焙烘工序为,温度为150-170℃,时间为2-5min。
退浆工序为,采用淀粉酶退浆,淀粉酶用量为5-8g/L,渗透剂用量为3-5g/L,车速为80-100米/分,温度为50-60℃,保温堆置25-35min,然后80-90℃水洗3格,50-60℃水洗3格。
丝光工序为,丝光碱浓为20-22波美度,车速为30-60米/分。
预缩工序为,缩率为13-16%。
高温定型工序为,温度为180-195℃,进布张力调低,织物经向超喂定型,超喂量为22-28%,车速为15-25米/分。
吸湿速干加软同浴整理为,温度为120-140℃,纳米吸湿速干整理剂的用量为5-15g/L,亲水软油的用量为10-30g/L,车速为40-60米/分;此步骤是在定型机上实现的,先浸轧工作液再热风烘干。
所谓预缩工序,缩率为3.0-6.0%。
其余工序如织造和坯布检修等,均采用的本领域常规的手段,因此在此不做描述。
所获得织物具有良好的防汗渍效果,滴水测试中,水滴沿经向扩散,纬向基本无扩散。

1.一种防汗渍棉涤四面弹衬衫面料的染整加工方法,其特征在于,依次包括织造→焙烘→退浆→丝光→超缩率预缩→高温定型→吸湿速干加软同浴整理→再预缩;
其中,织造时使用的纬纱经过以下处理步骤:松筒→染色→防水加软同浴处理→倒筒;织造时使用的经纱经过以下处理步骤:松筒→染色→倒筒→浆纱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种四面弹面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述防水加软同浴处理为将纬纱浸泡入包括了防水剂和疏水性柔软剂的工作液中,脱水后烘干。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种四面弹面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述防水加软同浴处理中,工作液为:氟系防水剂用量为5-15g/L,脂肪酰胺类柔软剂5-20g/L,pH值5-6;处理时,常温循环10-20分钟;处理后,筒纱脱水,转速800转/分,脱水时间5-10分钟,含水量50-70%,并且射频烘箱80-100℃烘1.5-2h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种四面弹面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述吸湿速干、加软同浴整理为将高温定型后的面料浸轧包含吸湿速干整理剂和亲水性水软油的工作液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种四面弹面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述吸湿速干加软同浴整理为:温度120-140℃,吸湿速干整理剂的用量为5-15g/L,亲水软油的用量为10-30g/L,车速为40-60米/分。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种四面弹面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述染色过程为:染料2-3%(owf),分散匀染剂0.5-3g/L,保险粉1-3g/L,纯碱1-3g/L,冰醋酸0.5-2g/L,染色温度130-140℃,时间30-50min,浴比1:8。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种四面弹面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述焙烘工序,温度为150-170℃,时间为2-5min。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种四面弹面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述退浆工序,采用淀粉酶退浆,淀粉酶用量为5-8g/L,渗透剂用量为3-5g/L,车速为80-100米/分,温度为50-60℃,保温堆置25-35min,然后80-90℃水洗3格,50-60℃水洗3格。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种四面弹面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述丝光工序,丝光碱浓为20-22波美度,车速为30-60米/分;
