Abstract
本发明属于化工纺织材料技术领域,涉及一种防水抗静电布料及其制造方法,其特征在于:布料由抗静电聚酯纤维的经纱和纬纱织成,纺织前将聚酯纤维放入抗静电高分子溶液中浸渍修饰,取出烘干后纺织成坯布,再将坯布放入有机硅功能溶液浸渍,取出后沥干多余溶液,热压烘干后收卷成防水抗静电布料。该工艺制成的布料同时具备优良的防水和抗静电性能。由于直接在布料纤维上进行抗静电和防水改性,得到的布料质地均匀。与传统PVC或聚氨酯防水层布料相比,该方案得到的布料不仅具备抗静电特性,还具有较好的透气性和舒适性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化工纺织材料技术领域,涉及一种防水抗静电布料及其制造方法。
背景技术
日常生活中,衣物之间或身体与衣物之间摩擦会产生静电。不同的纺织材料因绝缘性和吸湿性差异有不同的静电产生特性。较之天然的棉麻类布料,目前大量生产和采用的化学纤维类布料更易产生静电,尤其是广泛采用的聚酯类布料用于各种防水卫衣等产品,在天气晴朗干燥时极易产生静电。产生的静电会使人有麻痛感,严重时会使人焦躁不安,产生头痛等症状。另外,随着各种手机和可穿戴电子设备的普及,衣物布料产生的静电也会对各种小型电子线路板造成损伤。因此,开发具备抗静电的功能的防水布料具有广泛的市场需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种防水抗静电布料的制造方法,其特征在于:由抗静电聚酯纤维的经纱和纬纱织成,纺织前将聚酯纤维放入抗静电高分子溶液中浸渍修饰,取出烘干后纺织成坯布,再将坯布放入有机硅功能溶液浸渍,取出后沥干多余溶液,热压烘干后收卷成防水抗静电布料。
所述的抗静电高分子溶液优选含有聚(3,4-乙基二氧噻吩)和聚磺化苯乙烯的水溶液或者聚苯胺的二甲基甲酰胺溶液,固含量3~5%,浸渍时间2~4小时,烘干温度70~90℃,时间1~2小时。
所述的有机硅功能溶液优选全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷或正硅酸乙酯的二甲基甲酰胺溶液,浓度4~8wt%,浸渍时间2~4小时。
所述的热压温度120~150℃,压力50~80kg/cm2,保压10~20分钟。
该工艺制成的布料同时具备优良的防水和抗静电性能。由于直接在布料纤维上进行抗静电和防水改性,得到的布料质地均匀。与传统PVC或聚氨酯防水层布料相比,该方案得到的布料不仅具备抗静电特性,还具有较好的透气性和舒适性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将聚酯纤维原料放入含有聚(3,4-乙基二氧噻吩)和聚磺化苯乙烯的水溶液(固含量5%)中浸泡2小时,取出后放入80℃烘箱中2小时烘干。将修饰后的机制纤维纺织成坯布,再将坯布放入7wt%全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷的二甲基甲酰胺溶液中浸泡2小时。取出后放入150℃热压机,压力60kg/cm2下保压15分钟。压干后收卷成布。
实施例2
将聚酯纤维原料放入含有聚苯胺的二甲基甲酰胺溶液(固含量5%)中浸泡2小时,取出后放入80℃烘箱中2小时烘干。将修饰后的机制纤维纺织成坯布,再将坯布放入6wt%正硅酸乙酯的二甲基甲酰胺溶液中浸泡2小时。取出后放入140℃热压机,压力60kg/cm2下保压15分钟。压干后收卷成布。
上述的对实施例的描述是为便于该技术领域的普通技术人员能理解和应用本发明。熟悉本领域技术的人员显然可以容易地对这些实施例做出各种修改,并把在此说明的一般原理应用到其他实施例中而不必经过创造性的劳动。因此,本发明不限于这里的实施例,本领域技术人员根据本发明的揭示,不脱离本发明范畴所做出的改进和修改都应该在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种防水抗静电布料及其制造方法,其特征在于:由抗静电聚酯纤维的经纱和纬纱织成,纺织前将聚酯纤维放入抗静电高分子溶液中浸渍修饰,取出烘干后纺织成坯布,再将坯布放入有机硅功能溶液浸渍,取出后沥干多余溶液,热压烘干后收卷成防水抗静电布料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水抗静电布料及其制造方法,其特征在于:所述的有机硅功能溶液优选全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷或正硅酸乙酯的二甲基甲酰胺溶液,浓度4至8wt%,浸渍时间2至4小时。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水抗静电布料及其制造方法,其特征在于:所述的有机硅功能溶液优选全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷或正硅酸乙酯的二甲基甲酰胺溶液,浓度4至8wt%,浸渍时间2至4小时。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水抗静电布料及其制造方法,其特征在于:所述的热压温度120至150℃,压力50至80kg/cm2,保压10至20分钟。
