Abstract

本发明涉及过滤材料技术领域，尤其是一种PPS与PTFE复合针刺毡，包括PPS与PTFE第一混合层，所述PPS与PTFE第一混合层上表面连接有基布加强层，所述基布加强层上表面粘连有两层对称设置的滤棉，两层所述滤棉通过若干根纤维丝连接在一起，两个所述滤棉之间铺设有活性焦，置于顶层的所述滤棉上表面粘连有PPS与PTFE第二混合层，所述PPS与PTFE第二混合层上表面通过纤维丝连接有柔性钢丝滤网，所述柔性钢丝滤网上表面喷涂有惰性涂料。本发明不仅提高了针刺毡的强度，而且有效避免针刺毡堵塞，并且为针刺毡增加了有毒气体吸附的功能。

Description

一种PPS与PTFE复合针刺毡
技术领域
本发明涉及过滤材料技术领域，尤其涉及一种PPS与PTFE复合针刺毡。
背景技术
国内外的应用实例证明，袋式除尘器成为控制工业烟尘和微细粒子的有效设备，电除尘由于受煤种及比电阻影响较大，难以满足国内目前电厂运行状况，因此电改袋成为目前电厂除尘的一大趋势。袋式除尘器出口烟尘浓度都小于50mg/Nm3，与电除尘器相比，袋式除尘器不受飞灰比电阻的影响，飞灰浓度及粒度变化、烟气波动及锅炉运行负荷的变化对袋式除尘器出口排放浓度影响很小，因此袋式除尘器被越来越多的应用到工业除尘行业。
现在的针刺毡只是通过PPS与PTFE混合而成，抗拉扯性能极低，而且在使用过程中容易被大型颗粒堵住，导致过滤性能降低，并且现在的滤袋不具有去除毒性气体的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中针刺毡使用效果不好的缺点，而提出的一种PPS与PTFE复合针刺毡。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
设计一种PPS与PTFE复合针刺毡，包括PPS与PTFE第一混合层，所述PPS与PTFE第一混合层上表面连接有基布加强层，所述基布加强层上表面粘连有两层对称设置的滤棉，两层所述滤棉通过若干根纤维丝连接在一起，两个所述滤棉之间铺设有活性焦，置于顶层的所述滤棉上表面粘连有PPS与PTFE第二混合层，所述PPS与PTFE第二混合层上表面通过纤维丝连接有柔性钢丝滤网，所述柔性钢丝滤网上表面喷涂有惰性涂料。
优选的，所述惰性涂料为PTFE涂料。
优选的，所述基布加强层为玻璃纤维基布，且所述PPS与PTFE第一混合层通过针刺法与基布加强层连接在一起。
优选的，所述柔性钢丝滤网由织机编织而成。
本发明提出的一种PPS与PTFE复合针刺毡，有益效果在于：本发明由多层结构复合而成，气体从惰性涂料层吹入，在柔性钢丝滤网的作用下将大颗粒杂质排除在外，并且柔性钢丝滤网对整个针刺毡起到加强作用，提高针刺毡的强度，当气体经过活性焦时，通过活性焦的吸附作用对气体中的有毒物质进行吸附，然后从PPS与PTFE第一混合层排出去，该种设计不仅提高了针刺毡的强度，而且有效避免针刺毡堵塞，并且为针刺毡增加了有毒气体吸附的功能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1，一种PPS与PTFE复合针刺毡，包括PPS与PTFE第一混合层1，PPS与PTFE第一混合层1上表面连接有基布加强层2，基布加强层2为玻璃纤维基布，且PPS与PTFE第一混合层1通过针刺法与基布加强层2连接在一起。玻纤织物具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、尺寸稳定、伸长收缩率极小、强度高的优点，通过玻璃纤维基布加强针刺毡的强度。
基布加强层2上表面粘连有两层对称设置的滤棉3，两层滤棉3通过若干根纤维丝连接在一起，两个滤棉3之间铺设有活性焦7，通过滤棉3包裹住活性焦7，在活性焦7的作用下将气体中的有毒物质进行吸附，在纤维丝的作用下，有效的阻止活性焦7无规律运动，导致针刺毡厚薄不一。
置于顶层的滤棉3上表面粘连有PPS与PTFE第二混合层4，PPS与PTFE第二混合层4上表面通过纤维丝连接有柔性钢丝滤网5，柔性钢丝滤网5由织机编织而成，柔性钢丝滤网5上表面喷涂有惰性涂料6，惰性涂料1为PTFE涂料，PTFE涂料一种独一无二的高性能涂料，结合了耐热性、化学惰性和优异的绝缘稳定性及低摩擦性，具有其他涂料无法抗衡的综合优势，在柔性钢丝滤网5的作用下，能够有效的将气体中的大颗粒物质阻挡，防止针刺毡堵塞。

1.一种PPS与PTFE复合针刺毡，包括PPS与PTFE第一混合层（1），其特征在于，所述PPS与PTFE第一混合层（1）上表面连接有基布加强层（2），所述基布加强层（2）上表面粘连有两层对称设置的滤棉（3），两层所述滤棉（3）通过若干根纤维丝连接在一起，两个所述滤棉（3）之间铺设有活性焦（7），置于顶层的所述滤棉（3）上表面粘连有PPS与PTFE第二混合层（4），所述PPS与PTFE第二混合层（4）上表面通过纤维丝连接有柔性钢丝滤网（5），所述柔性钢丝滤网（5）上表面喷涂有惰性涂料（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PPS与PTFE复合针刺毡，其特征在于，所述惰性涂料（1）为PTFE涂料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PPS与PTFE复合针刺毡，其特征在于，所述基布加强层（2）为玻璃纤维基布，且所述PPS与PTFE第一混合层（1）通过针刺法与基布加强层（2）连接在一起。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PPS与PTFE复合针刺毡，其特征在于，所述柔性钢丝滤网（5）由织机编织而成。
