本发明公开了一种活性炭水刺无纺布生产工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:S1:将纤维原料开松混合;S2:将开松混合后纤维原料梳理成纤网;S3:将纤网浸入水中进行预湿处理;S4:将预湿的纤网送入水刺机加固,水刺机中的水射液包括以下重量份数的原料:S5:将加固后的纤网进行脱水烘干;通过上述五个步骤得到活性炭水无纺布。本发明具有提高布料在长期使用过程中碳粉附着稳定性的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布生产工艺的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种活性炭水刺无纺布生产工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高以及产业用纺织品向日常生活领域的扩展,人们对新产品、新材料的功能要求也越来越高,纳米技术的应用和水刺法生产工艺使高技术含量的产业用纺织品的产业化生产成为可能,进而满足人们不断丰富的物质生活需要。水刺无纺布是将高压微细水流喷射到一层或多层纤维网上,使纤维相互缠结在一起,从而使纤网得以加固而具备一定强力,得到的织物即为水刺无纺布。
水刺无纺布一般都是采用普通纤维生产而成的,因而功能单一,不能完全满足人们对无纺布在这些新功能领域方面的需要以及无纺布产业的发展方向和环保要求。现有的活性炭水刺无纺布在制作时,通常在水刺无纺布制作完成后再涂覆一层活性炭层,涂覆的活性炭层容易脱附,使得长期使用过程中,布料失去活性炭的吸附效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种活性炭水刺无纺布生产工艺,通过利用水刺工艺将混合碳粉混入布料中,从而使得活性炭在布料长期使用过程中可以稳定地起到吸附烟尘颗粒的作用。
本发明的上述目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种活性炭水刺无纺布生产工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
S1:将纤维原料开松混合;
S2:将开松混合后纤维原料梳理成纤网;
S3:将纤网浸入水中进行预湿处理;
S4:将预湿的纤网送入水刺机加固,水刺机中的水射液包括以下重量份数的原料:
S5:将加固后的纤网进行脱水烘干;
通过上述五个步骤得到活性炭水无纺布。
通过采用上述技术方案,纤维原料在进行水刺法制造时,喷射液通过高速喷射带动上下网版之间的纤网中的纤维进行捻合,加强纤维之间的缠结效果,并且喷射液中的混合乳胶与混合碳粉在纤维捻合的过程中附着在纤维上以及纤维之间的缝隙中,当布料脱水烘干后,纤维上的附着的混合乳胶液固化将碳粉粘附在纤维之间,从而使得碳粉夹杂进布料中,使得布料在使用过程中具有吸附有害物质的效果。与现有的涂覆碳粉层相比,碳粉与布料之间的粘结强度更好,不易发生脱离,且碳粉在布料内部,不会影响布料表面的形貌以及性状。
本发明进一步设置为:所述混合乳胶包括以下重量百分比的组分:
通过采用上述技术方案,水性环氧树脂和羟基丙烯酸树脂为水溶性树脂,在水中具有一定的溶解能力,可以随着喷射流附着到纤网上,对混合碳粉起到固定以及增加纤维强度的效果。粉状SnO2、Mg(OH)2粉末具有阻燃效果,可以被碳粉吸附,从而提高布料的阻燃能力。且混合碳粉吸附粉状SnO2、Mg(OH)2粉末在增强布料的阻燃能力的同时,减少粉状SnO2、Mg(OH)2粉末分散程度,从而提高布料的柔软性,使得布料可以使用在一些弯曲面的衬饰上而不易发生破裂。
本发明进一步设置为:所述混合碳粉包括以下重量百分比的原料:
椰壳碳粉 40-50%;
竹碳粉 40-45%;
稻壳碳粉 5-15%;
通过采用上述技术方案,椰壳碳粉、竹碳粉和稻壳碳粉的粒径经过处理后依次减小,三者混合后的混合碳粉在与混合乳胶混合后,粒径较大的椰壳碳粉中,碳微粒上的吸附孔径也较大,可以吸附较多的粉状SnO2和Mg(OH)2粉末,从而主要形成阻燃剂颗粒,提高无纺布的阻燃效果。粒径较小的竹碳粉则由于吸附孔径较小,从而吸附较少的粉状SnO2和Mg(OH)2粉末,起到一定程度的阻燃效果,而同时起到吸附空气中的烟气以及甲醛等有害物质的作用。粒径最小的稻壳碳粉的吸附孔径最小,几乎不吸附粉状SnO2和Mg(OH)2粉末,从而主要起到吸附空气中的烟气和甲醛等有毒气体的效果。
本发明进一步设置为:所述混合碳粉经过以下步骤进行改性处理:
(1)配制浓硫酸,将硫酸与水按比例搅拌混合均匀配制成质量分数为60%的浓硫酸溶液;
(2)先按比例将椰壳碳粉加入浓硫酸中并搅拌均匀,然后静置8-10分钟后按比例加入竹碳粉并搅拌均匀,再静置5-8分钟后按比例加入稻壳碳粉,最后静置2-3分钟后将浓硫酸中的碳粉进行过滤;
(3)将过滤后的碳粉用去离子水冲洗3-5次,再进行减压过滤清洗2-3次,最后在40-45℃和氮气的环境下烘干,得到所需混合碳粉。
通过采用上述技术方案,浓硫酸可以腐蚀碳粉,增加碳粉颗粒的吸附孔数目,从而提高碳粉的吸附效果。在改性过程中,依次加入椰壳碳粉、竹碳粉和稻壳碳粉进行改性,可以提高浓硫酸对每个粒度的碳粉的腐蚀改性效果,同时避免粒径小的碳粉由于腐蚀时间过长而使得孔状结构消失,或者吸附孔孔径变大而使得碳粉的吸附作用减弱。
本发明进一步设置为:所述混合碳粉中的椰壳碳粉、竹碳粉以及稻壳碳粉分别用研磨机研磨成500-800目,300-500目以及100-300目粒径的碳粉。
通过采用上述技术方案,椰壳碳粉、竹碳粉、稻壳碳粉原料粉末的粒径依次减小,在研磨时容易研磨成所需粒径的碳粉,从而获得不同吸附能力。
本发明进一步设置为:所述S3步骤中预湿处理时添加有纤维改性液,所述纤维改性液包括以下重量份数的组分:
胺菊酯 30-40份;
吐温 70-80份;
氯氰菊酯 10-20份;
通过采用上述技术方案,胺菊酯和氯氰菊酯具有抗虫驱虫的性能,吐温为乳化剂,提高胺菊酯和氯氰菊酯在水中的溶解,纤维在预处理过程中通过纤维改性液进行改性后,使得纤维上附着有胺菊酯和氯氰菊酯,从而使得纤维获得抗虫驱虫的效果,提高水刺无纺布的功能性,当水刺无纺布进行装饰用途时,可以使得水刺无纺布在具有吸附空气中人都烟尘颗粒的同时,具备驱虫能力。
本发明进一步设置为:所述增稠剂选自羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酰胺、甲壳胺中的一种或多种。
通过采用上述技术方案,羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酰胺和甲壳胺混合使用时,三者之间的配伍性良好,可以起到协同增稠的作用,提高增稠效率。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过利用水刺工艺将混合碳粉混入布料中,从而使得活性炭在布料长期使用过程中可以稳定地起到吸附烟尘颗粒的作用;
2、通过在水刺工艺中添加阻燃剂颗粒,使得阻燃剂颗粒被碳粉部分吸附,从而使得无纺布具有一定的阻燃能力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
本发明公开的一种活性炭水刺无纺布生产工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
S1:将纤维原料开松混合;
S2:将开松混合后纤维原料梳理成纤网;
S3:将纤网浸入水中进行预湿处理,预湿处理时添加有纤维改性液,所述纤维改性液包括以下重量份数的组分:
胺菊酯 30份;
吐温 70份;
氯氰菊酯 10份.
S4:a.混合碳粉中的椰壳碳粉、竹碳粉以及稻壳碳粉分别用研磨机研磨成500目,300目以及100目粒径的碳粉。
b.混合碳粉改性处理:
(1)配制浓硫酸,将硫酸与水按比例搅拌混合均匀配制成质量分数为80%的浓硫酸;
(2)先按比例将椰壳碳粉加入浓硫酸中并搅拌均匀,然后静置8分钟后按比例加入竹碳粉并搅拌均匀,再静置5分钟后按比例加入稻壳碳粉,最后静置2分钟后将浓硫酸中的碳粉进行过滤;
(3)将过滤后的碳粉用去离子水冲洗3次,再进行减压过滤清洗2次,最后在40℃和氮气的环境下烘干,得到所需混合碳粉。
c.将预湿的纤网送入水刺机加固,水刺机中的水射液包括以下重量份数的原料:

混合碳粉包括以下重量百分比的原料:
椰壳碳粉 40%;
竹碳粉 45%;
稻壳碳粉 15%;
S5:将加固后的纤网进行脱水烘干;
通过上述五个步骤得到活性炭水无纺布。
实施例2-5与实施例1的区别在于:纤维改性液中各组分按重量份数计为下表。

对比例1与实施例1的区别在于:S3中预湿处理过程中未添加有纤维改性液;
对比例2与实施例1的区别在于:混合乳胶中未添加有粉状SnO2和Mg(OH)2粉末;
对比例3与实施例1的区别在于:水射液采用清水。
检测方法
抗虫性检测
将10cm×10cm的待测试的布料放在密闭的玻璃容腔内,然后往玻璃容腔中放入标准试蚊50只,测定1h内玻璃容腔中标准试蚊被击倒数目。

结论:由上表中实施例1-5与对比例1对比,可知对比例1中的布料对标准试蚊几乎没有伤害,而实施例1-5中的标准试蚊大量死亡,且死亡数量由实施例1-5依次增加,由此可得,纤维改性液对于布料的抗虫杀虫性能得到显著增强,使得布料具备一定的抗虫能力。
阻燃性检测
将布料裁剪为2.5cm×30cm,将布料垂直挂在布料下端离火源1cm的位置,火源选用常用的打火机,点火8s,观察布料的燃烧情况。

结论:由上表布料的燃烧状况可知,对比例2中的布料与实施例1、10、11、14和16中的布料相比,对比例2燃烧迅速且布料几乎没有对燃烧起到阻碍效果,而实施例1、10、11、14和16中布料在点火的8s内没有被点燃,只有些许变黑,即使实施例1中的布料边缘被燃烧,也在撤去火源后迅速熄灭,证明实施例中的粉状SnO2和Mg(OH)2粉末提高了布料的阻燃性能。
吸附性检测
往1m×1m×1m的密闭测量盒中悬挂1m×1m的待测布料,然后往密闭测量盒中充入0.8mg的甲醛气体,然后8h后测量密闭测量盒中的甲醛含量。

结论:由上表可知,甲醛含量降低最多的为实施例9,而且实施例1以及实施例6-9都比对比例2中的甲醛含量降低的要多,证明布料中含有的碳粉对于甲醛具有良好的吸附效果,而普通的无纺布料基本无法吸附甲醛。

Claims (7)
1.一种活性炭水刺无纺布生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下工艺步骤:
S1:将纤维原料开松混合;
S2:将开松混合后纤维原料梳理成纤网;
S3:将纤网浸入水中进行预湿处理;
S4:将预湿的纤网送入水刺机加固,水刺机中的水射液包括以下重量份数的原料:
S5:将加固后的纤网进行脱水烘干;
通过上述五个步骤得到活性炭水无纺布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活性炭水刺无纺布生产工艺,其特征在于:所述混合乳胶包括以下重量百分比的组分:

椰壳碳粉 40-50%;

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种活性炭水刺无纺布生产工艺,其特征在于:所述混合碳粉经过以下步骤进行改性处理:
(1)配制浓硫酸,将硫酸与水按比例搅拌混合均匀配制成质量分数为80%的浓硫酸;
(2)先按比例将椰壳碳粉加入浓硫酸中并搅拌均匀,然后静置8-10分钟后按比例加入竹碳粉并搅拌均匀,再静置5-8分钟后按比例加入稻壳碳粉,最后静置2-3分钟后将浓硫酸中的碳粉进行过滤;
(3)将过滤后的碳粉用去离子水冲洗3-5次,再进行减压过滤清洗2-3次,最后在40-45℃和氮气的环境下烘干,得到所需混合碳粉。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种活性炭水刺无纺布生产工艺,其特征在于:所述混合碳粉中的椰壳碳粉、竹碳粉以及稻壳碳粉分别用研磨机研磨成500-800目,300-500目以及100-300目粒径的碳粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种活性炭水刺无纺布生产工,其特征在于:所述S3步骤中预湿处理时添加有纤维改性液,所述纤维改性液包括以下重量份数的组分:
胺菊酯 30-40份;
吐温 70-80份;
氯氰菊酯 10-20份;。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种活性炭水刺无纺布生产工,其特征在于:所述增稠剂选自羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酰胺、甲壳胺中的一种或多种。
