技术领域
本发明涉及一种口罩,尤其是一种能高效防雾霾与有机污染物口罩和其制备方法。
背景技术
中国社会科学院、中国气象局联合发布的《气候变化绿皮书:应对气候变化报告(2013)》(以下简称“绿皮书”)指出,近50年来中国雾霾天气总体呈增加趋势。其中,雾日数呈明显减少,霾日数明显增加,且持续性霾过程增加显著。绿皮书称,中国雾霾天气增多最主要的原因是社会石化能源消费增多造成的大气污染物排放逐渐增加,其主要影响因素是石化能源的不完全燃烧造成的有机污染物、碳氧化物的释放,而这些污染的主要来源是热电排放、工业尤其是重化工生产、汽车尾气、冬季供暖、居民生活(烹饪、热水),以及地面灰尘。产生雾霾天气主要原因是空气中P2.5含量过高。大气颗粒物的粒径在0.01~100μm之间,统称为总悬浮颗粒物,PM2.5指空气动力学直径小于或等于2.5μm的颗粒物。流行病学研究表明,粒径小于2.5μm的气溶胶颗粒物可进入肺部,并沉积于肺泡,而且粒子越小,越容易吸附一些对人类有害的重金属和有机物、细菌和病毒,主要是:增加发病率和死亡率;危害呼吸系统和心血管系统;改变肺功能及其结构;改变免疫功能;增加癌患,如肺癌等,对人类健康造成严重危害。对于雾霾产生源头治理的过程相当复杂和困难,在人体防护和雾霾根源治理两方面相比来说,人体防护技术的开发与进步显得更为方便和有效。外出时佩戴专业防护口罩,是目前天气情况下,保护国人健康的重要方法之一。防霾口罩逐渐成为热销品。
雾霾的主要成因是空气中动力学直径小于或等于2.5μm的颗粒物含量过高,并含有大量有机污染物、碳氧化物、氮氧化物,而目前市面上所大量使用的口罩大部分为纯棉或者无纺布制作的防尘口罩,对于一般稍大的颗粒可以起到过滤阻隔的作用,但是对于雾霾中对人体伤害最大的微/纳米颗粒过滤阻隔效果较差,对有机污染物的催化降解效果几乎为零。起不到明显的防雾霾作用。而所称的防雾霾口罩,其对于雾霾的防护及其中有机污染物的催化效率一般都低于10%,甚至有些低至1.1%,更有些口罩自身含有毒性,对人体造成直接伤害。防霾口罩的质量问题很突出,颇让业界担忧。上海市质量技术监督局日前公布对宣称具″PM2.5防护″功能口罩的质量安全风险监测结果,69批次样品中超八成产品不合格。
目前制备口罩的方法主要有:熔喷无纺布技术、纺粘无纺布技术和机织物织造技术。所用的材料往往是聚丙烯和棉纤维。纺粘无纺布内的纤维直径较粗,一般在15~40μm。熔喷无纺布内的纤维直径平均小于5μm,但粗细不均,因此要及时探索一种生产过程简单、成本低、绿色环保的口罩。设计和研制高效的防霾和有机污染物的口罩,非常迫切,不仅具有重要的经济价值,还具有重要的社会意义。减少环境污染,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效防雾霾与有机污染物口罩。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种高效防雾霾与有机污染物口罩的制备方法。
所采用的技术方案是:
一种高效防雾霾与有机污染物口罩的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜的制备:先配制Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛前驱体纺丝液,再用静电纺丝方法,制备Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛前驱体微/纳米纤维微孔膜,然后将该膜放入马弗炉进行热处理,得到Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜;
步骤二:生物质高聚物微/纳米纤维微孔膜的制备:先配制生物质高聚物纺丝液,再用静电纺丝方法,得到生物质高聚物微/纳米纤维微孔膜;
步骤三:将步骤一和步骤二所得的微孔膜组装成复合层,步骤一所得的Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜为芯层,即依次为生物质高聚物微/纳米纤维微孔膜层、Fe3 +、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜层、生物质高聚物微/纳米纤维微孔膜层;
步骤四:在步骤三所得的复合层中,底层添加生物质高聚物熔喷无纺布层,表层添加聚丙烯熔喷无纺布层;
步骤五:将步骤四得到复合层进行固定,并对其进行修剪成为口罩片,将口罩片转到耳带机上进行点带,然后在紫外灯下消毒1h后即成。

先用静电纺丝技术分别制备具有良好生物相容性、可生物降解的生物质高聚物微/纳米纤维微孔膜和具有光催化降解有机污染物的Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜,再以这两种微孔膜为基材,进行组装,由内至外依次为生物质高聚物熔喷无纺布层、生物质高聚物微/纳米纤维微孔膜层、Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜层、生物质高聚物微/纳米纤维微孔膜层和聚丙烯熔喷无纺布层。静电纺丝技术制备的微/纳米纤维微孔膜,具有大的比表面积,为1.569e+01m2/g左右和小于10纳米孔径的多孔结构。对PM2.5具有很好的吸附和阻挡作用,有效地防治雾霾对人们的伤害。
本发明的制备方法,工艺、设备简单,稳定可靠,操作方便,制得的口罩,具有日常外出、实验室和医疗领域应用的潜在能力。该技术简单易行,适用范围广。

步骤一:Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜的制备:先配制Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛前驱体纺丝液,再用静电纺丝方法,制备Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛前驱体微/纳米纤维微孔膜,然后将该膜放入马弗炉进行热处理,得到Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜;
步骤二:聚乳酸微/纳米纤维微孔膜的制备:先配制聚乳酸纺丝液,再用静电纺丝方法,得到聚乳酸微/纳米纤维微孔膜;
步骤三:将步骤一和步骤二所得的微孔膜组装成复合层,步骤一所得的Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜为芯层,即依次为聚乳酸微/纳米纤维微孔膜层、Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜层、聚乳酸微/纳米纤维微孔膜层;
步骤四:在步骤三所得的复合层中,表层添加聚乳酸熔喷无纺布层,底层添加聚丙烯熔喷无纺布层;
步骤五:将步骤四得到复合层进行固定,并对其进行修剪成为口罩片,将口罩片转到耳带机上进行点带,然后在紫外灯下消毒1h后即成。
制得的Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜(参见图1)和聚乳酸微/纳米纤维微孔膜(参见图2)都具有由纤维交织而成的1μm左右的空隙和纤维上的纳米级孔的多孔结构。
如图3所示,一种高效防雾霾与有机污染物口罩,包括由内至外依次为聚乳酸熔喷无纺布层1、聚乳酸微/纳米纤维微孔膜层2、Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜层3、聚乳酸微/纳米纤维微孔膜层4和聚丙烯熔喷无纺布层5。

Claims (5)

1.一种高效防雾霾与有机污染物口罩的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜的制备:先配制Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛前驱体纺丝液,再用静电纺丝方法,制备Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛前驱体微/纳米纤维微孔膜,然后将该膜放入马弗炉进行热处理,得到Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜;
步骤二:生物质高聚物微/纳米纤维微孔膜的制备:先配制生物质高聚物纺丝液,再用静电纺丝方法,得到生物质高聚物微/纳米纤维微孔膜;
步骤三:将步骤一和步骤二所得的微孔膜组装成复合层,步骤一所得的Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜为芯层,即依次为生物质高聚物微/纳米纤维微孔膜层、Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜层、生物质高聚物微/纳米纤维微孔膜层;
步骤四:在步骤三所得的复合层中,底层添加生物质高聚物熔喷无纺布层,表层添加聚丙烯熔喷无纺布层;
步骤五:将步骤四得到的复合层进行固定,并对其进行修剪成为口罩片,将口罩片转到耳带机上进行点带,然后在紫外灯下消毒1h后即成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效防雾霾与有机污染物口罩的制备方法,其特征是所述Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜能用碳纤维多孔膜负载。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效防雾霾与有机污染物口罩的制备方法,其特征是所述的生物质高聚物微/纳米纤维微孔膜的生物质高聚物为纤维素、聚乳酸、大豆蛋白和海藻酸中的一种或几种。
4.一种高效防雾霾与有机污染物口罩,其特征是包括由内至外依次为生物质高聚物熔喷无纺布层、生物质高聚物微/纳米纤维微孔膜层、Fe3+、N共掺杂二氧化钛微/纳米纤维微孔膜层、生物质高聚物微/纳米纤维微孔膜层和聚丙烯熔喷无纺布层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高效防雾霾与有机污染物口罩,其特征是所述的生物质高聚物微/纳米纤维微孔膜的生物质高聚物为纤维素、聚乳酸、大豆蛋白和海藻酸中的一种或几种。
