技术领域
本实用新型涉及除尘袋,是一种脱除燃煤烟气可吸收颗粒物及重金属的滤料。
背景技术
目前,对燃煤中的烟气脱除是一种应用较为广泛的技术,但是,这些燃煤脱除设备对于重金属汞、硒等污染无法去除,而这些重金属的污染长期接触时对人体、农作物土壤及其它植物均具有较大的伤害。由于燃煤电站与工业锅炉等排出烟气中的飞灰大部分直径为3.8-7.5微米,因此,现有的除尘设备中的滤料均无法滤掉这些烟气中的重金属,从而导致污染物中的重金属对工业重地居民土壤及农作物严重伤害。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是,提供一种脱除燃煤烟气可吸收颗粒物及重金属的滤料,它能够解决公知技术存在的不足,同时完成对可吸入颗粒物及重金属的脱除,从而提高空气质量。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:一种脱除燃煤烟气可吸收颗粒物及重金属的滤料,其断面结构形状为多层结构,上层为上表面纤维层,下层为下表面纤维层,上表面纤维层与下表面纤维层之间设置基布层,基布层上均布活性炭吸附层,活性炭吸附层与基布层均匀相触,上表面纤维层、基布层和下表面纤维层之间采用针刺产生的纤维带连接。活性炭吸附层的厚度为0.5-2毫米。
本实用新型的优点在于:滤料采用多层材料制成,活性炭颗粒均匀分布在滤料内,使燃煤中的可吸入颗粒物在被脱除的同时,活性炭将汞、硒等重金属吸附在其上,达到了极好的脱除可吸入颗粒物及重金属的效果,经检测,重金属脱除率为96%左右。

本实用新型的滤料可用于制作各种除尘设备上使用的过滤袋,过滤袋的形状根据需要可以做成多种形状。
本实用新型所述的一种脱除燃煤烟气可吸收颗粒物及重金属的滤料,根据需要可剪裁成各种形状使用,其断面结构形状为多层结构,上层为上表面纤维层1,下层为下表面纤维层2,上表面纤维层1与下表面纤维层2之间设置基布层3,基布层3上均布活性炭吸附层4,活性炭吸附层4与基布层3均匀相触,上表面纤维层1、基布层3和下表面纤维层2之间采用针刺产生的纤维带连接。纤维带是在制作中的针刺时将上表面纤维层1的纤维材料和下表面纤维层2的纤维材料带入基布层3中形成的。本实用新型所述的上表面纤维层1和下表面纤维层2均为PTFE纤维和PPS纤维混合材料组成的纤维层,PTFE纤维和PPS纤维按重量百分比混合,即:PTFE纤维为60-80%,PPS纤维为20-40%,PTFE纤维和PPS纤维混合材料具有良好的抗氧化性和抗腐蚀性,并且对燃煤烟气中可吸入颗粒物的过滤效果最佳。上表面纤维层1和下表面纤维层2之间的基布层3能够提高滤料的抗拉强度,有利于提高滤料的使用寿命。活性炭吸附层4能够有效吸附燃煤烟气中的重金属成分。
本实用新型所述的活性炭吸附层4的厚度为0.5-2毫米为佳,它在能够达到较好的吸附重金属的目的同时,降低制造成本。

1.一种脱除燃煤烟气可吸收颗粒物及重金属的滤料,其特征在于:其断面结构形状为多层结构,上层为上表面纤维层(1),下层为下表面纤维层(2),上表面纤维层(1)与下表面纤维层(2)之间设置基布层(3),基布层(3)上均布活性炭吸附层(4),活性炭吸附层(4)与基布层(3)均匀相触,上表面纤维层(1)、基布层(3)和下表面纤维层(2)之间采用针刺产生的纤维带连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱除燃煤烟气可吸收颗粒物及重金属的滤料,其特征在于:活性炭吸附层(4)的厚度为0.5-2毫米。
