本发明公开了一种钢材用涂覆底漆及其制备方法,由以下重量份的组分组成:丙烯酸树脂40‑60份、沉淀硫酸钡15‑18份、滑石粉10‑20份、电熔镁砂5‑10份、醋酸丁酯2‑5份、二甲苯10‑15份、环己酮5‑8份、气相二氧化硅1‑3份、聚硅氧烷0.5‑1.2份、磷酸锌5‑10份、氯化石蜡0.5‑1.0份、氧化铁红10‑15份、异噻唑啉酮水溶液防腐剂1‑3份。本发明的钢材用涂覆底漆,附着力好,可以牢固附着于光滑的平面,而且干燥速度快,具有耐冲击、遮光率高、耐油性好、耐腐性强、硬度和光泽度好等优点。

一种钢材用涂覆底漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及油漆技术领域,尤其涉及一种钢材用涂覆底漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
底漆是油漆系统的第一层,用于提高面漆的附着力、增加面漆的丰满度、提供抗碱性、提供防腐功能等,同时可以保证面漆的均匀吸收,使油漆系统发挥最佳效果。目前市场上的底漆不易附着于光滑的平面,容易出现脱落的现象,且干燥速度慢,生产效率低。同时,耐冲击、遮盖率、耐油性、硬度和光泽等都较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种钢材用涂覆底漆及其制备方法,附着力好,可以牢固附着于光滑的平面,而且干燥速度快,具有耐冲击、遮光率高、耐油性好、耐腐性强、硬度和光泽度好等优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种钢材用涂覆底漆,由以下重量份的组分组成:丙烯酸树脂40-60份、沉淀硫酸钡15-18份、滑石粉10-20份、电熔镁砂5-10份、醋酸丁酯2-5份、二甲苯10-15份、环己酮5-8份、气相二氧化硅1-3份、聚硅氧烷0.5-1.2份、磷酸锌5-10份、氯化石蜡0.5-1.0份、氧化铁红10-15份、异噻唑啉酮水溶液防腐剂1-3份。
优选地,所述的钢材用涂覆底漆,由以下重量份的组分组成:丙烯酸树脂50份、沉淀硫酸钡16份、滑石粉15份、电熔镁砂6份、醋酸丁酯3份、二甲苯12份、环己酮6份、气相二氧化硅2份、聚硅氧烷1.0份、磷酸锌7份、氯化石蜡0.8份、氧化铁红12份、异噻唑啉酮水溶液防腐剂2份。
所述的钢材用涂覆底漆的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:按上述重量份比例称取各组分,将丙烯酸树脂、醋酸丁酯、二甲苯、环己酮加入到反应釜中,一边搅拌一边加入气相二氧化硅、聚硅氧烷、磷酸锌、氯化石蜡,将温度控制在15-30℃,继续搅拌,边搅拌边加入沉淀硫酸钡、滑石粉、电熔镁砂、氧化铁红、异噻唑啉酮水溶液防腐剂,搅拌1-2小时,混合均匀,再用砂磨机研磨细度至35-40um,得到底漆。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的钢材用涂覆底漆,附着力好,可以牢固附着于光滑的平面,而且干燥速度快,具有耐冲击、遮光率高、耐油性好、耐腐性强、硬度和光泽度好等优点。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
一种钢材用涂覆底漆,由以下重量份的组分组成:丙烯酸树脂40份、沉淀硫酸钡15份、滑石粉20份、电熔镁砂5份、醋酸丁酯2份、二甲苯10份、环己酮8份、气相二氧化硅1份、聚硅氧烷0.5份、磷酸锌5份、氯化石蜡1.0份、氧化铁红10份、异噻唑啉酮水溶液防腐剂1份。
所述的钢材用涂覆底漆的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:按上述重量份比例称取各组分,将丙烯酸树脂、醋酸丁酯、二甲苯、环己酮加入到反应釜中,一边搅拌一边加入气相二氧化硅、聚硅氧烷、磷酸锌、氯化石蜡,将温度控制在15℃,继续搅拌,边搅拌边加入沉淀硫酸钡、滑石粉、电熔镁砂、氧化铁红、异噻唑啉酮水溶液防腐剂,搅拌1小时,混合均匀,再用砂磨机研磨细度至35um,得到底漆。
本实施例1的钢材用涂覆底漆,附着力等于2级;表干5分钟,实干1小时;耐冲击,正冲50kg/cm,反冲50kg/cm;遮盖率30g/m2;光泽度30。
实施例2:
一种钢材用涂覆底漆,由以下重量份的组分组成:丙烯酸树脂50份、沉淀硫酸钡16份、滑石粉15份、电熔镁砂6份、醋酸丁酯3份、二甲苯12份、环己酮6份、气相二氧化硅2份、聚硅氧烷1.0份、磷酸锌7份、氯化石蜡0.8份、氧化铁红12份、异噻唑啉酮水溶液防腐剂2份。
所述的钢材用涂覆底漆的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:按上述重量份比例称取各组分,将丙烯酸树脂、醋酸丁酯、二甲苯、环己酮加入到反应釜中,一边搅拌一边加入气相二氧化硅、聚硅氧烷、磷酸锌、氯化石蜡,将温度控制在20℃,继续搅拌,边搅拌边加入沉淀硫酸钡、滑石粉、电熔镁砂、氧化铁红、异噻唑啉酮水溶液防腐剂,搅拌1.5小时,混合均匀,再用砂磨机研磨细度至40um,得到底漆。
本实施例2的钢材用涂覆底漆,附着力等于2级;表干3分钟,实干0.5小时;耐冲击,正冲60kg/cm,反冲60kg/cm;遮盖率20g/m2;光泽度20。
实施例3:
一种钢材用涂覆底漆,由以下重量份的组分组成:丙烯酸树脂60份、沉淀硫酸钡18份、滑石粉20份、电熔镁砂5份、醋酸丁酯5份、二甲苯15份、环己酮5份、气相二氧化硅3份、聚硅氧烷1.2份、磷酸锌10份、氯化石蜡1.0份、氧化铁红15份、异噻唑啉酮水溶液防腐剂3份。
所述的钢材用涂覆底漆的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:按上述重量份比例称取各组分,将丙烯酸树脂、醋酸丁酯、二甲苯、环己酮加入到反应釜中,一边搅拌一边加入气相二氧化硅、聚硅氧烷、磷酸锌、氯化石蜡,将温度控制在30℃,继续搅拌,边搅拌边加入沉淀硫酸钡、滑石粉、电熔镁砂、氧化铁红、异噻唑啉酮水溶液防腐剂,搅拌1-2小时,混合均匀,再用砂磨机研磨细度至40um,得到底漆。
本实施例3的钢材用涂覆底漆,附着力等于1级;表干6分钟,实干1.5小时;耐冲击,正冲50kg/cm,反冲50kg/cm;遮盖率25g/m2,光泽度25。

1.一种钢材用涂覆底漆,其特征在于:由以下重量份的组分组成:丙烯酸树脂40-60份、沉淀硫酸钡15-18份、滑石粉10-20份、电熔镁砂5-10份、醋酸丁酯2-5份、二甲苯10-15份、环己酮5-8份、气相二氧化硅1-3份、聚硅氧烷0.5-1.2份、磷酸锌5-10份、氯化石蜡0.5-1.0份、氧化铁红10-15份、异噻唑啉酮水溶液防腐剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢材用涂覆底漆,其特征在于:由以下重量份的组分组成:丙烯酸树脂50份、沉淀硫酸钡16份、滑石粉15份、电熔镁砂6份、醋酸丁酯3份、二甲苯12份、环己酮6份、气相二氧化硅2份、聚硅氧烷1.0份、磷酸锌7份、氯化石蜡0.8份、氧化铁红12份、异噻唑啉酮水溶液防腐剂2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的钢材用涂覆底漆的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:按上述重量份比例称取各组分,将丙烯酸树脂、醋酸丁酯、二甲苯、环己酮加入到反应釜中,一边搅拌一边加入气相二氧化硅、聚硅氧烷、磷酸锌、氯化石蜡,将温度控制在15-30℃,继续搅拌,边搅拌边加入沉淀硫酸钡、滑石粉、电熔镁砂、氧化铁红、异噻唑啉酮水溶液防腐剂,搅拌1-2小时,混合均匀,再用砂磨机研磨细度至35-40um,得到底漆。
