Abstract
本发明公开了一种保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,包括以下重量份数的各组分:羟基丙烯酸树脂40‑45份,超细硫酸钡10‑15份,超细滑石粉14‑20份和耐磨粉5‑10份。本发明的涂料具有极优良的抗介质渗透性,优良的耐磨损性,优异的抗紫外线功能、优异的防腐蚀性、不粉化、不泛黄、硬度高;配方使用高固、快干羟基丙烯酸树脂,有利于提高喷涂效率,降低向环境排放挥发性有机物;通过使用特殊的耐磨粉,该耐磨粉是经二氧化硅和三氧化二铝对此结晶处理的微米级细小粉体颗粒,用以提高涂膜致密性、硬度、耐磨性、抗刮伤、耐酸及耐化学品性。整个配方配伍科学,涂层的使用寿命得到极大提升。

技术领域
本发明属于保险箱涂料领域,具体涉及一种保险箱外壳高固含耐磨涂料。
背景技术
保险箱是日常工作生活所用的一种特殊的容器,在商务办公、银行、政府、公安、酒店、加油站、珠宝行、营业厅、ATM机、收银台、商场、超市等被广泛使用。其表面涂层对耐磨性,表面花纹均匀性有较高要求,同时施工过程中环境保护要求第VOC排放。现有的保险箱外壳涂料虽然也具有一定的耐磨性,但是耐磨性不高,花纹均匀度不够,不能达到低VOC排放的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中险箱外壳涂料耐磨性不高,花纹均匀度不够的缺陷,提供一种保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料及其喷涂方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,由以下成分制成:由羟基丙烯酸树脂、超细硫酸钡、超细滑石粉和耐磨粉组成。
进一步的,包括以下重量份数的各组分:羟基丙烯酸树脂40-45份,超细硫酸钡10-15份,超细滑石粉10-20份和耐磨粉1-10份。
进一步的,所述涂料的固体含量为75-80%,粘度为130KU,表干0.5h/25℃,实干4h/80℃,附着力0级,硬度中华铅笔2H以上,耐磨性0.2*10-1(500g/500),耐盐雾性能,500小时无起泡、锈蚀、脱落,耐冲击50kg.cm耐盐水96h无起泡。
优选的,所述的耐磨粉为二氧化硅和三氧化二铝的微米级颗粒,平均粒径为5.5-6um。
优选的,所述羟基丙烯酸树脂固体含量为68-72%,粘度Z4+。
优选的,所述的超细滑石粉为3000目的粉料。
优选的,所述的超细硫酸钡为3000目的粉料。
上述的保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料的喷涂方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将保险箱外壳打磨除锈、除污、除油,清洁干净;
S2:用涂料喷涂一个“十”字架后室温放置15-30min;
S3:再喷涂1-1.5个“十”字架,放置在25℃环境30分钟实现表干,
S4:持续放置在80℃下烘干3小时以上达到实干即可。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明的涂料具有极优良的抗介质渗透性,优良的耐磨损性,优异的抗紫外线功能、优异的防腐蚀性、不粉化、不泛黄、硬度高;配方使用高固、快干羟基丙烯酸树脂,有利于提高喷涂效率,降低向环境排放挥发性有机物;通过使用特殊的耐磨粉,该耐磨粉是经二氧化硅和三氧化二铝对此结晶处理的微米级细小粉体颗粒,用以提高涂膜致密性、硬度、耐磨性、抗刮伤、耐酸及耐化学品性。整个配方配伍科学,涂层的使用寿命得到极大提升。

一种保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,包括以下重量份数的各组分:羟基丙烯酸树脂40份,超细硫酸钡10份,超细滑石粉10份和耐磨粉1份。

一种保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,包括以下重量份数的各组分:羟基丙烯酸树脂45份,超细硫酸钡15份,超细滑石粉20份和耐磨粉10份。
实施例3
一种保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,包括以下重量份数的各组分:羟基丙烯酸树脂43份,超细硫酸钡12份,超细滑石粉15份和耐磨粉5份。
实施例4
一种保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,包括以下重量份数的各组分:羟基丙烯酸树脂40份,超细硫酸钡10份,超细滑石粉10份和耐磨粉1份。
实施例5
一种保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,包括以下重量份数的各组分:羟基丙烯酸树脂41份,超细硫酸钡14份,超细滑石粉16份和耐磨粉5份。
实施例6
一种保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,包括以下重量份数的各组分:羟基丙烯酸树脂42份,超细硫酸钡13份,超细滑石粉16份和耐磨粉5份。

一种保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,包括以下重量份数的各组分:羟基丙烯酸树脂30份,超细硫酸钡14份,超细滑石粉16份和耐磨粉5份。

一种保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,包括以下重量份数的各组分:羟基丙烯酸树脂41份,超细硫酸钡14份,超细滑石粉16份。
对比例3,与实施例5的区别为使用低目数普通滑石粉、硫酸钡
一种保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,包括以下重量份数的各组分:羟基丙烯酸树脂41份,普通粒径硫酸钡14份,普通粒径滑石粉16份和耐磨粉5份。
实施例5余对比例1-3的性能测试,测试结果如表1所示
由上表可见,本发明的涂料配方配伍科学,不仅涂层的使用寿命得到极大提升,而且具有硬度高,喷涂效率高,低挥发性有机物含量的特点,涂膜致密性、硬度、耐磨性、抗刮伤、耐酸及耐化学品性均表现优良。

1.一种保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,其特征在于,由以下成分制成:由羟基丙烯酸树脂、超细硫酸钡、超细滑石粉和耐磨粉组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的各组分:羟基丙烯酸树脂40-45份,超细硫酸钡10-15份,超细滑石粉14-20份和耐磨粉5-10份。
3.如权利要求2所述的保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,其特征在于,所述涂料的固体含量为75-80%,粘度为130KU,表干0.5h/25℃,实干4h/80℃,附着力0级,硬度中华铅笔2H以上,耐磨性0.2*10-1(500g/500),耐盐雾性能,500小时无起泡、锈蚀、脱落,耐冲击50kg.cm耐盐水96h无起泡。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,其特征在于,所述的耐磨粉为二氧化硅和三氧化二铝的微米级颗粒,平均粒径为5.5-6um。
5.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,其特征在于,所述羟基丙烯酸树脂固体含量为68-72%,粘度Z4+。
6.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,其特征在于,所述的超细滑石粉为3000目的粉料。
7.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料,其特征在于,所述的超细硫酸钡为3000目的粉料。
8.权利要求-3任一项所述的保险箱外壳用高固含耐磨涂料的喷涂方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将保险箱外壳打磨除锈、除污、除油,清洁干净;
S2:用涂料喷涂一个“十”字交叉后室温放置15-30min;
S3:再喷涂1-1.5个“十”字交叉,放置在25℃环境30分钟实现表干,
S4:持续放置在80℃下烘干3小时以上达到实干即可。
