一种地下抓斗成孔装置,驱动系统驱动抓链A和抓链D正转、驱动抓链B和抓链C反转,削岩刀A、削岩刀B、削岩刀C以及削岩刀D旋转中将岩土切削,制造出左右两边分别带有企口的柱体,制造多个同类柱体,使相邻的柱体的企口对合成一个矩形,将此矩形中的岩土取出,灌注混凝土,制造出镶合的混凝土柱体。

其它形式的抓斗成孔装置无法在较硬的硬基岩土中工作。

本发明提供了一种将硬基岩土切割后抓取的地下抓斗成孔装置。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种地下抓斗成孔装置,包括:抓臂以及抓臂两边的伸缩缸体A、伸缩缸体B;
所述抓臂下端通过销子分别铰接弯臂A的上端和弯臂B的上端;
所述弯臂A的下端固定于横臂A中间,横臂A的左端固定有连臂A,连臂A的左端设置转动轴A,转动轴A的后部安装转动轮A,转动轴A的前部安装转动轮B;横臂A的右端固定有连臂D,连臂D的右端设置转动轴D,转动轴D的后部安装转动轮F,转动轴D的前部安装转动轮G;
所述弯臂B的下端固定于横臂B中间,横臂B的左端固定有连臂B,连臂B的左端设置转动轴B,转动轴B的后部安装转动轮C,转动轴B的前部安装转动轮D;横臂B的右端固定有连臂C,连臂C的右端设置转动轴C,转动轴C的后部安装转动轮H,转动轴C的前部安装转动轮E;
所述转动轮A和转动轮F的外周绕有一条抓链A,转动轮B和转动轮G的外周绕有一条抓链B,转动轮C和转动轮H的外周绕有一条抓链C,转动轮D和转动轮E的外周绕有一条抓链D;
所述抓链A上均布多个削岩刀A,抓链B上均布多个削岩刀B,抓链C上均布多个削岩刀C,抓链D上均布多个削岩刀D。

所述抓斗成孔装置工作时,驱动系统驱动抓链A和抓链D正转、驱动抓链B和抓链C反转,削岩刀A、削岩刀B、削岩刀C以及削岩刀D旋转中将岩土切削且带着岩土渣转到斗片的上部,岩土渣掉到斗片中,然后提出抓斗成孔装置,启动伸缩缸体A和伸缩缸体B使斗片A和斗片B向两边开启,岩土渣倒出,重复以上工作过程,直到抓切成一定深度的左右两边分别带有企口的孔体,在孔体中灌注混凝土,制造出左右两边分别带有企口的柱体,制造多个同类柱体,使相邻的柱体的企口对合成一个矩形,将此矩形中的岩土取出,灌注混凝土,制造出镶合的混凝土柱体。

1.一种地下抓斗成孔装置,包括:抓臂(1)以及抓臂两边的伸缩缸体A(2)、伸缩缸体B(3);
所述抓臂下端通过销子(6)分别铰接弯臂A(4)的上端和弯臂B(5)的上端;
所述弯臂A的下端固定于横臂A(25)中间,横臂A的左端固定有连臂A(23),连臂A的左端设置转动轴A(19),转动轴A的后部安装转动轮A(7),转动轴A的前部安装转动轮B(8);横臂A的右端固定有连臂D(30),连臂D的右端设置转动轴D(31),转动轴D的后部安装转动轮F(32),转动轴D的前部安装转动轮G(33);
所述弯臂B的下端固定于横臂B(26)中间,横臂B的左端固定有连臂B(24),连臂B的左端设置转动轴B(20),转动轴B的后部安装转动轮C(9),转动轴B的前部安装转动轮D(10);横臂B的右端固定有连臂C(27),连臂C的右端设置转动轴C(28),转动轴C的后部安装转动轮H(34),转动轴C的前部安装转动轮E(29);
所述转动轮A和转动轮F的外周绕有一条抓链A(11),转动轮B和转动轮G的外周绕有一条抓链B(12),转动轮C和转动轮H的外周绕有一条抓链C(13),转动轮D和转动轮E的外周绕有一条抓链D(14);

其特征在于:所述地下抓斗成孔装置工作时,驱动系统驱动抓链A和抓链D正转、驱动抓链B和抓链C反转,削岩刀A、削岩刀B、削岩刀C以及削岩刀D旋转中将岩土切削且带着岩土渣转到斗片的上部,岩土渣掉到斗片中,然后提出抓斗成孔装置,启动伸缩缸体A和伸缩缸体B使斗片A和斗片B向两边开启,岩土渣倒出,重复以上工作过程,直到抓切成一定深度的左右两边分别带有企口的孔体,在孔体中灌注混凝土,制造出左右两边分别带有企口的柱体,制造多个同类柱体,使相邻的柱体的企口对合成一个矩形,将此矩形中的岩土取出,灌注混凝土,制造出镶合的混凝土柱体。
