本发明公开了一种水泵防锈漆,所述水泵防锈漆包括由内而外共三层,依次是底层漆,中层漆和表层漆。其中底层漆快干,渗透力强,附着力极佳,封闭性极好,涂膜致密严整,不渗色、不开裂、不起胀;其中中层漆粘度高,防水性好;其中表层漆附着力强,硬度极高,耐刮擦,抗石击。

本发明涉及水泵防锈技术领域,尤其涉及一种水泵防锈漆。
背景技术
水泵是输送液体或使液体增压的机械,它将原动机的机械能或其他外部能量传送给液体,使液体能量增加,从而输送液体,由于水泵的工作环境较为特殊,水中砂石较多,且水体一般都是多组分的水溶液,其腐蚀性较强,时间久了会将水泵的漆面磕碰,导致水泵逐渐被锈蚀,使用寿命大大降低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种水泵防锈漆,它可以有效地对水泵进行防锈,增长水泵的使用寿命。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种水泵防锈漆,所述水泵防锈漆包括由内而外共三层,依次是底层漆,中层漆和表层漆;
所述底层漆包括如下重量份的组成物:纳料级有机硅改性苯丙烯酸乳液10-18份,聚氨酯改性丙烯酸乳液8-15份,800目碳酸钙18-25份,1500目滑石粉3-5份,金红石钛白粉13-18份,煅烧高岭土8-10份,打磨助剂1-2份,成膜助剂4-6份,中和剂0.1-0.3份,消泡剂0.1-0.3份,有机硅润湿剂0.1-0.3份,聚氨酯流平剂0.1-0.3份,增稠剂0.2-0.5份,杀菌剂0.1-0.2份,去离子水15-20份;
所述中层漆包括如下重量份的组成物:苯丙乳液40-60份,去离子水15-20份,防腐剂1-2份,减水剂0.1-0.5份,消泡剂0.2-0.6份,增稠剂0.2-0.6份,水泥20-40份,200目石英粉50-65份;
所述表层漆包括如下重量份的组成物:高氯化聚乙烯树脂40-50份,有机溶剂10-15份,防腐蚀颜料3-5份,消泡剂2-3份,三聚磷酸铝5-10份,表面活化剂2-3份,二甲苯2-3份,硅溶胶3-5份,固化剂3-5份,氯化石蜡5-10份,去离子水10-15份,助剂5-10份,氧化铝粉末5-10份,氧化铅粉末5-10份,二氧化硅粉末2-5份,二氧化钛粉末2-5份。
优选的,所述底层漆包括如下重量份的组成物:纳料级有机硅改性苯丙烯酸乳液15份,聚氨酯改性丙烯酸乳液10份,800目碳酸钙20份,1500目滑石粉5份,金红石钛白粉15份,煅烧高岭土8份,打磨助剂2份,成膜助剂6份,中和剂0.1份,消泡剂0.2份,有机硅润湿剂0.2份,聚氨酯流平剂0.3份,增稠剂0.4份,杀菌剂0.1份,去离子水17.7份;
所述中层漆包括如下重量份的组成物:苯丙乳液50份,去离子水20份,防腐剂1份,减水剂0.4份,消泡剂0.5份,增稠剂0.2份,水泥35份,200目石英粉60份;
所述表层漆包括如下重量份的组成物:高氯化聚乙烯树脂42份,有机溶剂15份,防腐蚀颜料5份,消泡剂3份,三聚磷酸铝8份,表面活化剂2份,二甲苯2份,硅溶胶2份,固化剂4份,氯化石蜡8份,去离子水15份,助剂8份,氧化铝粉末5份,氧化铅粉末5份,二氧化硅粉末3份,二氧化钛粉末3份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明将防锈漆共设置三层,其中底层漆快干,渗透力强,附着力极佳,封闭性极好,涂膜致密严整,不渗色、不开裂、不起胀;其中中层漆粘度高,防水性好;其中表层漆附着力强,硬度极高,耐刮擦,抗石击。

一种水泵防锈漆,所述水泵防锈漆包括由内而外共三层,依次是底层漆,中层漆和表层漆;
所述底层漆包括如下重量份的组成物:纳料级有机硅改性苯丙烯酸乳液10份,聚氨酯改性丙烯酸乳液12份,800目碳酸钙18份,1500目滑石粉5份,金红石钛白粉14份,煅烧高岭土8份,打磨助剂1份,成膜助剂4份,中和剂0.1份,消泡剂0.2份,有机硅润湿剂0.2份,聚氨酯流平剂0.2份,增稠剂0.2份,杀菌剂0.2份,去离子水20份;
所述中层漆包括如下重量份的组成物:苯丙乳液60份,水20份,防腐剂1份,减水剂0.1份,消泡剂0.2份,增稠剂0.6份,水泥28份,200目石英粉60份;
所述表层漆包括如下重量份的组成物:高氯化聚乙烯树脂45份,有机溶剂11份,防腐蚀颜料3份,消泡剂2份,三聚磷酸铝8份,表面活化剂2份,二甲苯2份,硅溶胶5份,固化剂5份,氯化石蜡5份,去离子水12份,助剂8份,氧化铝粉末8份,氧化铅粉末8份,二氧化硅粉末4份,二氧化钛粉末4份。
实施例2

所述中层漆包括如下重量份的组成物:苯丙乳液50份,水20份,防腐剂1份,减水剂0.4份,消泡剂0.5份,增稠剂0.2份,水泥35份,200目石英粉60份;
所述表层漆包括如下重量份的组成物:高氯化聚乙烯树脂42份,有机溶剂15份,防腐蚀颜料5份,消泡剂3份,三聚磷酸铝8份,表面活化剂2份,二甲苯2份,硅溶胶2份,固化剂4份,氯化石蜡8份,去离子水15份,助剂8份,氧化铝粉末5份,氧化铅粉末5份,二氧化硅粉末3份,二氧化钛粉末3份。
经过对比试验发现,使用本实施例1或2的水泵比使用传统油漆的水泵耐腐蚀性大大提高,使用寿命明显延长,其中实施例2效果更优。

所述底层漆包括如下重量份的组成物:纳料级有机硅改性苯丙烯酸乳液10-18份,聚氨酯改性丙烯酸乳液8-15份,800目碳酸钙18-25份,1500目滑石粉3-5份,金红石钛白粉13-18份,煅烧高岭土8-10份,打磨助剂1-2份,成膜助剂4-6份,中和剂0.1-0.3份,消泡剂0.1-0.3份,有机硅润湿剂0.1-0.3份,聚氨酯流平剂0.1-0.3份,增稠剂0.2-0.5份,杀菌剂0.1-0.2份,去离子水15-20份;
所述中层漆包括如下重量份的组成物:苯丙乳液40-60份,去离子水15-20份,防腐剂1-2份,减水剂0.1-0.5份,消泡剂0.2-0.6份,增稠剂0.2-0.6份,水泥20-40份,200目石英粉50-65份;
所述表层漆包括如下重量份的组成物:高氯化聚乙烯树脂40-50份,有机溶剂10-15份,防腐蚀颜料3-5份,消泡剂2-3份,三聚磷酸铝5-10份,表面活化剂2-3份,二甲苯2-3份,硅溶胶3-5份,固化剂3-5份,氯化石蜡5-10份,去离子水10-15份,助剂5-10份,氧化铝粉末5-10份,氧化铅粉末5-10份,二氧化硅粉末2-5份,二氧化钛粉末2-5份。
