本发明涉及一种水性抗涂鸦涂料的制法及其施工工艺，属于涂料的技术领域。
背景技术
涂料就是能够涂覆在被涂物件表面并能形成牢固附着的连续薄膜的材料。这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面，形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。它属于有机化工高分子材料，其所形成的涂膜属于高分子化合物类型，涂于物体表面能形成具有保护、装饰或特殊性能(如绝缘、防腐、标志等)。
发明内容
本发明目的之一是提供一种水性抗涂鸦涂料的制法，用来代替传统涂料，无溶剂且耐磨、抗划伤，实现在常温常压条件下涂料的施工，有着更高的性价比、更好的性能指标和更环保的产品品质，克服了传统涂料的缺点。
本发明另一个目的是提供一种水性抗涂鸦涂料的施工工艺。
本发明具体采用如下技术方案：
一种水性抗涂鸦涂料的制法，其特征是，包括如下步骤：
1)将10-15份去离子水，15-30份钛白粉，0.5-1份分散剂、0.1-0.4份消泡剂，高速分散20-30分钟；
2)加入水性丙烯酸树脂40-60份，1-3份色浆，3-7份消光粉，4-8份蜡乳液，0.1-0.3份增稠剂，高速速分散10-20分钟；
5)停止高速分散，即得此料。
其中，所述的水性丙烯酸树脂为水性羟基官能聚丙烯酸分散体；
所述的钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉；
所述的增稠剂为聚氨酯类增稠剂，例如：陶氏化学RM-8W。
所述的消泡剂为憎水型聚硅氧烷类消泡剂；
所述的色浆为水性有机色浆或水性无机色浆；
所述的消光粉为二氧化硅；
所属的蜡乳液为表面活性剂的蜡助剂。
水性抗涂鸦地坪的施工工艺：
一种水性抗涂鸦地坪的施工工艺，其特征是，包括如下步骤：
1)对水泥基础进行处理；
2)刮涂水性底漆；
3)对处理过的基础用水性环氧地坪找平；
4)刮涂或喷涂本发明的水性抗涂鸦涂料；
水性抗涂鸦墙面的施工工艺，其特征是，包括如下步骤：
1)对墙面基层处理；
2)刮涂水性底漆；
3)基层修补；
4)满批腻子；
5)滚涂或喷涂本发明的水性抗涂鸦涂料；
上述施工工艺中，所用原料均为现有技术的商品，在市场上很容易获得。
本发明的水性抗涂鸦涂料应用于涂料体系中，可实现完全环保性、绿色化施工及易清洁、抗刮伤、耐化学性等高性价比的应用，具体有益效果是：
1)本发明水性丙烯酸树脂为水性羟基官能聚丙烯酸分散体，具有优越的耐化学性能和耐沾污性，可得到更好的光亮度、耐磨度、柔韧度和保色率，提供更持久的保色率和耐候性，绿色环保体系；
2)本发明的钛白粉采用金红石型，具有较好的耐水性、耐气候性、遮盖率、着色力，耐黄变的特点。
3)所述的消泡剂为憎水型聚硅氧烷类消泡剂，易破泡，易消除机械气泡，可使涂层表面亮度更高、色泽更鲜亮，物理性能更佳。
4)所述的增稠剂为合成聚合物类增稠剂，可提供产品理想的流变性能，有利于体系的储存稳定性。
5)所述的消光粉为二氧化硅，可起到消光、补强和遮盖的作用。
6)所述的蜡乳液为表面活性剂的蜡助剂，可使漆膜表面爽滑、抗沾污、耐水性、抗刮伤等；
5)本发明的产品生产工艺简单易操作。

1)将15份去离子水，20份钛白粉，0.5份分散剂、0.3份消泡剂，高速分散20-30分钟；
2)加入水性羟基丙烯酸树脂55份，2份色浆，3份消光粉，4份蜡乳液，0.2份增稠剂，高速分散10-20分钟；
3)停止高速分散，即得此料。

1)将15份去离子水，15-30份钛白粉，0.5份分散剂、0.1-0.3份消泡剂，高速分散20-30分钟；
2)加入水性丙烯酸树脂40-60份，1-3份色浆，3份消光粉，4-8份蜡乳液，0.1-0.3份增稠剂，高速分散10-20分钟；
3)停止高速分散，即得此料；
所述的水性丙烯酸树脂为水性羟基官能聚丙烯酸分散体；所述的钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉；所述的增稠剂为合成聚合物类增稠剂；所述的消泡剂为憎水型聚硅氧烷类消泡剂；所述的色浆为水性有机色浆或水性无机色浆；所述的消光粉为二氧化硅；所属的蜡乳液为表面活性剂的蜡助剂。
2.一种水性抗涂鸦地坪的施工工艺，其特征是，包括如下步骤：
1)对水泥基础进行处理；
2)刮涂水性底漆；
