Abstract
本发明涉及一种电化学电池包装材料,它包括依次层叠设置的热塑性树脂层、第二粘合层、金属箔层、第一粘合层和保护层,所述金属箔层具有与所述第一粘合层相接触的第一化学处理层以及与所述第二粘合层相接触的第二化学处理层,它还包括形成在所述保护层和所述第一粘合层之间的着色涂层以及形成在所述保护层外表面的哑光层。这样着色涂层不是直接印刷在保护层上,而是将着色颜料添加在聚氨酯类胶黏剂里,涂布在保护层上,增加了附着力;在金属箔层内外层形成化学处理层,该转化处理层增加包装材料耐电解性能,同时也能增加该包装材料的耐候性能,保证包装材料在高温高湿环境下的不会分层。

技术领域
本发明属于电池包装材料领域,具体涉及一种电化学电池包装材料。
背景技术
电化学电池包括锂离子电池、聚合物电池、燃料电池和动力电池等。近年来,电化学电池外包装上广泛使用了由多层薄膜构成的电化学电池材料,其中最常见的包装材料基本构成为从外到内依次层叠设置保护层、粘合层、金属箔层和热塑性树脂层。从外观上看,这种包装材料呈现金属本身的颜色,导致外观设计单一和文字突显性差。为了解决这一问题,可以在包装材料的保护层外设计印刷层、在金属箔层与保护层/树脂层之间设计印刷层或者对粘合剂进行着色等。这些方法都有着很大的缺点:在保护层外设计印刷层在冲壳后印刷层会出现晕开,在金属箔层与保护层/树脂层设计印刷层和对粘合剂进行着色会降低层间剥离强度甚至导致保护层脱落。另外,现有的电化学电池包装材料保护层主要是确保电化学电池包装材料有良好的成型性,但其一般较难有耐化学品和耐溶剂性,在电池制作过程中,有电解液附着在包装材料外层的风险,使产品外观品质变差。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种电化学电池包装材料。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种电化学电池包装材料,它包括依次层叠设置的热塑性树脂层、第二粘合层、金属箔层、第一粘合层和保护层,所述金属箔层具有与所述第一粘合层相接触的第一化学处理层以及与所述第二粘合层相接触的第二化学处理层,它还包括形成在所述保护层和所述第一粘合层之间的着色涂层以及形成在所述保护层外表面的哑光层。
优化地,所述着色涂层包括聚酯树脂、异氰酸酯和着色染料,所述聚酯树脂中羟基与所述异氰酸酯中异氰酸基的摩尔比为1:1~10,所述着色染料在所述着色涂层中的质量比例为1%~50%。
进一步地,所述哑光层为含有含氟树脂和无机微粒的二液固化型树脂。
优化地,所述保护层为聚酰胺薄膜、聚酯薄膜或其复合膜。
优化地,所述热塑性树脂层为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、烯烃共聚物及其酸改性物中的一种或多种的组合。
优化地,所述第一粘合层和所述第二粘合层相互独立地为聚氨酯类胶黏剂、聚酯类胶黏剂、乙烯共聚物类胶黏剂、有机硅类胶黏剂、环氧树脂类胶黏剂和弹性体类胶黏剂中的一种或多种的组合。
优化地,所述保护层的厚度为10~50μm,所述金属箔层的厚度为20~60μm,所述热塑性树脂层的厚度为20~80μm,所述第一粘合层和所述第二粘合层相互独立地为1~10μm,所述着色涂层的厚度为1~10μm,所述哑光层的厚度为0.5~5μm。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明电化学电池包装材料,使得保护层和第一粘合层之间形成着色涂层,这样着色涂层不是直接印刷在保护层上,而是将着色颜料添加在聚氨酯类胶黏剂里,涂布在保护层上,增加了附着力;在保护层外增加了哑光层,并且哑光层含有含氟树脂,含氟树脂是具有优良的耐电解液和耐磨损的树脂,使得哑光层具有耐电解液和耐磨损性能,同时能够在哑光层表面设置预定的粗糙度,增加冲壳的成型性;在金属箔层内外层形成化学处理层,该化学处理层增加包装材料耐电解性能,同时也能增加该包装材料的耐候性能,保证包装材料在高温高湿环境下的不会分层。

具体实施方式
本发明电化学电池包装材料,它包括依次层叠设置的热塑性树脂层3、第二粘合层5、金属箔层2、第一粘合层4和保护层1,所述金属箔层2具有与所述第一粘合层4相接触的第一化学处理层2a以及与所述第二粘合层5相接触的第二化学处理层2b,它还包括形成在所述保护层1和所述第一粘合层4之间的着色涂层6以及形成在所述保护层1外表面的哑光层7。
着色涂层6包括聚酯树脂、异氰酸酯和着色染料,聚酯树脂和异氰酸酯组成双组份的聚氨酯胶黏剂,其厚度优选1~10μm;它的形成方法没有特别限定,例如可以通过如下方式形成:利用浸涂、喷涂、凹版涂布或三辊逆转涂布等方式将着色涂层6涂布在保护层1内侧电晕面上,使溶剂蒸发完毕成为干燥覆盖膜后即可。作为着色颜料,可以使用彩色类有机着色颜料或无机类的着色颜料。彩色类有机着色颜料有偶氮类颜料、酞菁类颜料和稠和多环类颜料等,偶氮类颜料有:汉沙黄、联苯胺黄、颜料红144、颜料棕23等,酞菁类颜料有:酞菁蓝、铜酞首、钴酞育等,稠和多环类颜料有:二氧氮芑紫等。无机类的着色颜料主要有氧化钛、炭黑、氧化铝、氧化铁、铬酸铅、硫酸铅、碳酸钙、高岭土、氯化氧铋和二氧化硅片等。黑色涂层优选粒径大小均一性好的炭黑,尤其优选平均粒径为0.5~5μm的炭黑。分散上述着色颜料时,先用分散剂将上述着色颜料分散在溶剂中,用砂磨机研磨着色颜料到所需的粒径,再将研磨好的颜料用分散剂分散到聚酯树脂中,上述分散会用到常规的分散剂、表面活性剂、稀释剂、流平剂等。优选上述着色颜料为无机颜料,形成特定色调的着色涂层。如黑色电化学电池包装材料,优选炭黑作为着色颜料。上述聚酯树脂大多数为聚酯多元醇和聚醚多元醇,是二醇和二羧酸为原料形成的共聚物,二醇有乙二醇、二乙二醇、丙二醇、二甘醇、丁二醇、新戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、1,4-丁二醇、甲基丙二醇、季戊四醇、双酚A等;二羧酸有己二酸、壬二酸、顺丁烯二酸、葵二酸、邻苯二甲酸酐、间苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸二甲酯等。上述异氰酸酯大多使用芳香族类、脂肪族类、脂环族类的多官能团异氰酸酯化合物,主要有甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、1,5-萘二异氰酸酯(NDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、乙苯二异氰酸酯(EDI)、对苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)、4,4-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(H12MDI)、4,6-二甲苯二异氰酸酯(XDI)、对苯二异氰酸酯(PPDI)、环已基二异氰酸酯(THDI)、3,3-二甲基联苯二异氰酸酯(TODI)等,也能够混用上述异氰酸酯两种或多种。上述作为主剂的聚酯树脂和作为固化剂的异氰酸酯混合比例为以聚酯树脂中羟基(OH)和异氰酸酯中异氰酸基(NCO)为参照,优选(NCO)/(OH)=1~10:1(即聚酯树脂中羟基与异氰酸酯中异氰酸基的摩尔比为1:1~10)。当摩尔比(NCO)/(OH)小于1时,此时NCO官能团较少,聚氨酯胶黏剂固化不完全,使得涂膜强度降低,包装材料成型性变差;当摩尔比(NCO)/(OH)大于10时,此时NCO官能团过度,导致剥离强度变差甚至脱落。上述着色颜料相比于着色涂层6的固体含有率为1%~50%,既避免了涂层颜色显现差,又避免了降低层间剥离强度而导致着色涂层6脱落。进一步优选着色颜料相比于着色涂层6的固体含有率为1.5%~30%。
保护层1常规使用的材料有聚酰胺薄膜类(如聚己内酰胺(尼龙6)、聚己二酸己二胺(尼龙66)、聚己二酰间苯二甲胺(MXD6)、聚癸二酰己二胺(尼龙610)等)、聚酯薄膜类(如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚奈二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)等)。保护层的厚度优选10~50μm,使用聚酰胺薄膜厚度优选15~45μm,使用聚酯薄膜优选10~50μm。这样能够充分保证包装材料的的强度,并能够减少冲深成型或拉深成型时产生的应力,提高成型性。进一步优选保护层1厚度为15~40μm。
金属箔层2是用来防止氧和水分从外部浸入到锂离子电池内部的层,其材质并无特别限定,例如不锈钢箔、铜箔、镍箔、铝箔以及它们的包覆物,优选使用厚度为20~60μm的铝箔,这样可以防止在生产铝箔时针孔的产生,同时提高包装材料的硬度,并减少冲深成型或拉深成型时产生的应力,提高成型性。进一步优选金属箔层厚度为25~50μm。在金属箔层2外侧的保护层1,在高温高湿等苛刻的环境下可能会有少量的氧、水分等接触金属箔层2降低层间剥离强度甚至分层。在金属箔层2内侧的热塑性树脂层3可能会有电解液浸透热塑性树脂层3到达金属箔层2,腐蚀金属箔层2。对此,在金属箔层2内外面实施化学转化处理,而在其表面得到第一化学处理层2a和第二化学处理层2b。第一化学处理层2a和第二化学处理层2b相互独立地为在金属箔层2内外面上涂布铬酸铬酸盐、磷酸铬酸盐或者锆、钛、磷酸锌等非铬类盐进行处理得到,优选耐腐蚀性较好的铬酸铬酸盐、磷酸铬酸盐,铬含量为1~60mg/m2。
热塑性树脂层3在电化学电池包装材料中起着耐电解液、耐化学品和对包装材料热封的作用,常规热塑性树脂有:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、烯烃系共聚物以及它们的酸改性物中的一种或多种的组合,可以选用流延膜。热塑性树脂层3的厚度优选20~80μm,这样可以防止针孔或裂纹的产生,并且可以降低树脂使用量来降低成本。热塑性树脂层3进一步优选25~80μm。
第一粘合层4用于将金属箔层2与保护层1(上述涂有着色涂层6的保护层1)粘合起来,第一粘合层4没有特别的限定,可以为聚丙烯酸酯类胶黏剂、聚醋酸乙烯酯类胶黏剂、乙烯共聚物类胶黏剂、聚氨酯类胶黏剂、有机硅类胶黏剂、弹性体类胶黏剂等中的一种或多种的组合。由于聚氨酯树脂柔软且具有良好的成型性,第一粘合层4优选聚氨酯类胶黏剂,进一步优选双组份聚氨酯类胶黏剂。第一粘合层4可以通过如下方式形成:利用浸涂、喷涂、凹版涂布或三辊逆转涂布等方式将第一粘合剂涂布在金属箔层2上,使溶剂蒸发完毕成为干燥覆盖膜后,使得金属箔层2与保护层1贴合。第一粘合层4度优选1~10μm。第二粘合层5用于将金属箔层2与热塑性树脂层3粘合起来,可以使用聚烯烃类胶黏剂、环氧树脂类胶黏剂、聚丙烯酸酯类胶黏剂、聚醋酸乙烯酯类胶黏剂、乙烯共聚物类胶黏剂、聚氨酯类胶黏剂、有机硅类胶黏剂、弹性体类胶黏剂等的一种或多种的组合。优选聚烯烃类胶黏剂、环氧树脂类胶黏剂、聚丙烯酸酯类胶黏剂,以提高电化学电池包装材料的耐电解液和水蒸气的阻隔性。第二粘合层5厚度优选1~10μm。
哑光层7可以通过设定表面的粗糙度从而提高成型性,且还有耐电解液、耐磨损的性能。哑光层7通过将含有含氟树脂和无机微粒的二液固化型树脂涂布在保护层1外表面上并使其固化来实现的,含氟树脂可使用如四氟烯烃与羧酸乙烯酯、三氟氯烯烃与烷基乙烯醚、丙烯酸六氟丁酯、聚乙烯与四氟乙烯树脂等树脂,优选使用氟烯烃与乙烯酯的共聚物。二液固化型树脂中无机微粒的质量百分比为0.5%~30%的,平均粒径在0.5~5μm,无机微粒的存在使表面可以设定预定的粗糙度从而来提高成型性。哑光层7厚度优选0.5~5μm。
上述电化学电池包装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(a)在保护层1内侧电晕面涂布着色涂层6,干燥得到内侧有覆盖膜(即着色层)的保护层1;(b)在金属箔层2内外面分别涂布铬酸盐处理液,干燥后形成第一化学处理层2a和第二化学处理层2b;(c)在金属箔层2的第一化学处理层2a上涂布胶黏剂,干燥形成第一粘合层4;(d)将上述金属箔层2、第一粘合层4与保护层1覆盖膜面通过压辊复合得第一复合膜;(e)在第一复合膜的金属箔层2第二化学处理层2b上涂布胶黏剂,干燥形成第二粘合层5;(f)将第一复合膜的第二粘合层5与热塑性树脂层3电晕面通过压辊复合得第二复合膜;(g)在第二复合膜的保护层1外表面涂布二液固化型树脂,干燥形成哑光层7而得到第三复合膜;(h)将第三复合膜熟化,即得到电化学电池包装材料。具体参数优选:步骤(a)、步骤(c)、步骤(e)和步骤(g)的干燥温度优选60~120℃,干燥20~50s;步骤(b)干燥温度优选120~250℃,干燥10~30s;步骤(d)和(f)所述压辊温度为50~150℃;步骤(h)熟化温度为40~100℃熟化2~6天即可。
下面将结合附图实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种电化学电池包装材料,它包括依次层叠设置的热塑性树脂层3、第二粘合层5、金属箔层2、第一粘合层4和保护层1,金属箔层2具有与第一粘合层4相接触的第一化学处理层2a以及与第二粘合层5相接触的第二化学处理层2b,它还包括形成在所述保护层1和第一粘合层4之间的着色涂层6以及形成在保护层1外表面的哑光层7;其制备采用常规的方式即可,具体如下:
(a)在厚度为30μm的金属箔层2内外两面上涂覆铬酸盐处理液(固体质量分数约为3%),在150℃烘箱烘干,从而在金属箔层2的两表面上形成铬含量为20mg/m2的第一化学处理层2a和第二化学处理层2b;
(b)将平均粒径为1.5μm的炭黑:聚酯多元醇:乙酸乙酯按照质量比为1:63.3:35.7用聚丙烯酸钠分散剂混合均匀,得到着色涂层6主剂混合物;上述着色涂层6主剂混合物中固体(包括炭黑和聚酯多元醇)质量分数含有率为20%,着色颜料(炭黑)质量分数的固体含有率为5%;
(c)将上述着色涂层主剂混合物:异氰酸酯固化剂(NCO%=15%、固体含有率为75%):乙酸乙酯按照质量比为100:8:22,进行混合搅拌均匀,得到着色涂层涂料;上述涂料中异氰酸酯官能团(NCO)与聚酯多元醇羟基官能团(OH)的摩尔比为3:1;
(d)在厚度为15μm的保护层1(尼龙膜)的一面上涂布上述着色涂层涂料,在60℃烘箱烘干,形成含有着色涂层的保护层1;
(e)在第一化学处理层2a上涂布第一粘合层4,60℃烘箱烘干,将上述保护层1上着色涂层面与第一粘合层4的表面通过压辊复合;并在第二化学处理层2b上涂布第二粘合层5,60℃烘箱烘干,将30μm的热塑性树脂层3电晕面与第二粘合层5的表面通过压辊复合;
(f)在上述步骤(e)完成后在保护层1外涂布形成固体质量分数为30%的哑光涂层,(该哑光涂层中乙酸乙烯酯与四氟乙烯共聚物:消光粉:聚氨酯树脂的质量比为30:15:55)在60℃烘箱烘干,得到厚度为1.5μm的哑光涂层7。将该层叠体在45℃环境下熟化5天,得到附图1所示的电化学电池包装材料。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种电化学电池包装材料,其与实施例1中原材料和结构一致,不同的是:步骤(b)中,平均粒径为1.5μm的炭黑:聚酯多元醇:乙酸乙酯按照质量分数为2:60:38条件下用聚丙烯酸钠分散剂混合均匀,得到着色涂层主剂混合物。上述着色涂层主剂混合物中质量分数固体(包括炭黑和聚酯多元醇)含有率为20%,着色颜料(炭黑)质量分数的固体含有率为10%。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种电化学电池包装材料,其与实施例1中原材料和结构一致,不同的是:步骤(b)中,平均粒径为1.5μm的炭黑:聚酯多元醇:乙酸乙酯按照质量分数为4:53.3:42.7条件下用聚丙烯酸钠分散剂混合均匀,得到着色涂层主剂混合物。上述着色涂层主剂混合物中质量分数固体(包括炭黑和聚酯多元醇)含有率为20%,着色颜料(炭黑)质量分数的固体含有率为20%。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种电化学电池包装材料,其与实施例1中原材料和结构一致,不同的是步骤(c)中,着色涂层主剂混合物:异氰酸酯固化剂:乙酸乙酯按照质量分数为100:13.3:36.7,进行混合搅拌均匀,得到着色涂层涂料。上述着色涂层中异氰酸酯官能团(NCO)与聚酯多元醇羟基官能团(OH)的摩尔比为5:1。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种电化学电池包装材料,其与实施例1中原材料和结构一致,不同的是:步骤(c)中,着色涂层主剂混合物:异氰酸酯固化剂:乙酸乙酯按照质量分数为100:21.3:32,进行混合搅拌均匀,得到着色涂层涂料。上述着色涂层中异氰酸酯官能团(NCO)与聚酯多元醇羟基官能团(OH)的摩尔比为8:1。
实施例6
本实施例提供一种电化学电池包装材料,其与实施例1中原材料和结构一致,不同的是:步骤(f)中,在上述步骤(e)完成后进一步在保护层外涂布形成固体质量分数为20%的哑光涂层,该哑光涂层由乙酸乙烯酯与四氟乙烯共聚物:消光粉:聚氨酯树脂按照质量比为30:15:55组成的,在60℃烘箱烘干,得到厚度为0.5μm的哑光涂层。
实施例7
本实施例提供一种电化学电池包装材料,其与实施例1中原材料和结构一致,不同的是步骤(f)中,在上述步骤(e)完成后进一步在保护层外涂布形成固体质量分数为45%的哑光涂层,该哑光涂层由乙酸乙烯酯与四氟乙烯共聚物:消光粉:聚氨酯树脂按照质量比为30:15:55组成的,在60℃烘箱烘干,得到厚度为5μm的哑光涂层。
对比例1
本实施例提供一种电化学电池包装材料,其与实施例1中原材料和处理方式基本一致,不同的是缺少步骤(b)、步骤(c)和步骤(d),因此没有着色涂层6,具体结构如图2所示。
对比例2
本实施例提供一种电化学电池包装材料,其与实施例1中原材料和处理方式基本一致,不同的是缺少步骤(f),没有哑光层7,具体结构如图3所示。
对比例3
本实施例提供一种电化学电池包装材料,其与实施例1中原材料和处理方式基本一致,不同的是:步骤(a)中,仅在厚度为30μm的金属箔层内面上涂覆固体质量分数为3%的铬酸盐处理液,在150℃烘箱烘干,形成金属箔层内面涂布有铬含量为20mg/m2的第二化学处理层2b,具体结构如图4所示。
对实施例1-7和对比例1-3得到的电化学电池包装材料,用下述评价方法进行评价,结果见表1:
评价方法1:剥离强度评价
沿得到的电化学电池包装材料的纵向方向裁15×150mm的长条试样,采用三思纵横UTM电子拉力试验机测试金属箔层2和保护层1的层间剥离强度,T型剥离,拉伸速率100mm/min;
◎:层间剥离强度>4.5N/15mm。
○:层间剥离强度>3.5N/15mm。
×:层间剥离强度<3N/15mm。
评价方法2:印字性评价
使用喷墨打印机将条形码用白色油墨打印在电化学电池包装材料哑光层上,条形码尺寸为5mm×4mm,观察条形码能否被条码读取器读取和目视观察是否有晕开。
◎:可读取,无晕开。
○:可读取,有晕开。
×:不可读取,有晕开。
评价方法3:外侧耐电解液评价
将电化学电池包装材料裁剪成8mm×8mm的试样,在试样的哑光层表面上用滴管滴5~8滴电解液,然后放置60分钟,用棉棒擦拭,目视观察哑光层表面的外观。
◎:60分钟后外观无变化。
○:20分钟后外观产生变化。
×:5分钟后外观产生变化。
评价方法4:成型性评价
将电化学电池包装材料裁剪成7mm×11mm的试样,用冷冲深成型机将该试样冲深6mm成型,观察成型后试样的针孔和哑光层的外观,来判断试样成型性能。
◎:无针孔,哑光层外观无明显变化。
○:无针孔,哑光层有晕开或白浊。
×:有针孔。
评价方法5:高温高湿评价
将电化学电池包装材料裁剪成7mm×11mm的试样,用冷冲深成型机将该试样冲深5mm成型,分别放入110℃烘箱和50℃水浴中一周,观察金属箔层与保护层的分层情况。
◎:金属箔层与保护层间无分层。
○:金属箔层与保护层间个别地方有小气泡出现。
×:金属箔层与保护层间分层。
表1实施例1-7和对比例1-3得到的电化学电池包装材料性能评价表
从表1中的性能评价结果能看出:实施例1到实施例7都具有良好的剥离强度、印字性、外侧耐电解液性、成型性、耐高温高湿性,实施例1为本发明最优实施例。对比例1缺少着色层而印字性能差,对比例2缺少哑光层而印字性和外侧耐电解液性差,对比例3缺少第一化学处理层2a耐高温高湿性能差。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围,凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种电化学电池包装材料,它包括依次层叠设置的热塑性树脂层(3)、第二粘合层(5)、金属箔层(2)、第一粘合层(4)和保护层(1),所述金属箔层(2)具有与所述第一粘合层(4)相接触的第一化学处理层(2a)以及与所述第二粘合层(5)相接触的第二化学处理层(2b),其特征在于:它还包括形成在所述保护层(1)和所述第一粘合层(4)之间的着色涂层(6)以及形成在所述保护层(1)外表面的哑光层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电化学电池包装材料,其特征在于:所述着色涂层(6)包括聚酯树脂、异氰酸酯和着色染料,所述聚酯树脂中羟基与所述异氰酸酯中异氰酸基的摩尔比为1:1~10,所述着色染料在所述着色涂层(6)中的质量比例为1%~50%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电化学电池包装材料,其特征在于:所述哑光层(7)为含有含氟树脂和无机微粒的二液固化型树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电化学电池包装材料,其特征在于:所述保护层(1)为聚酰胺薄膜、聚酯薄膜或其复合膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电化学电池包装材料,其特征在于:所述热塑性树脂层(3)为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、烯烃共聚物及其酸改性物中的一种或多种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电化学电池包装材料,其特征在于:所述第一粘合层(4)和所述第二粘合层(5)相互独立地为聚氨酯类胶黏剂、聚酯类胶黏剂、乙烯共聚物类胶黏剂、有机硅类胶黏剂、环氧树脂类胶黏剂和弹性体类胶黏剂中的一种或多种的组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电化学电池包装材料,其特征在于:所述保护层(1)的厚度为10~50μm,所述金属箔层(2)的厚度为20~60μm,所述热塑性树脂层(3)的厚度为20~80μm,所述第一粘合层(4)和所述第二粘合层(5)相互独立地为1~10μm,所述着色涂层(6)的厚度为1~10μm,所述哑光层(7)的厚度为0.5~5μm。
