Abstract

本发明涉及一种农用车前轮舵机转向系统，涉及有两个前行轮的农用行走车，左右前行轮轮叉分别通过转轴配合连接在左右两个轮架上，轮架与车架连体；在前行轮之间的车架中部上有竖直安装的舵机，舵机的输出轴固定连接在一转舵连板的中央处，转舵连板的两端分别活动轴连接左右连杆的内端，连杆的外端分别活动轴连接左右轮转弯连板的一端，轮转弯连板的另一端轴连接左右轮叉的转轴；所述舵机连板和轮转弯连板相互平行并水平设置；所述轮叉和轮架之间通过转轴活动连接。本设计采用一个舵机，通过联动架控制两个前行轮一块同步转向，能够自动控制，减少舵机数量，安装使用方便、经济。

技术领域
本发明涉及农用车，具体为有两个前行轮的一种农用车前轮舵机转向系统。
背景技术
在有两个前行牵引轮的农用车中，自动控制转向是个问题，有的需要两个轮上分别设置转向舵机，但控制起来需要差速，控制较为复杂。没有转向舵机，就很难实现自动控制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术缺陷，设计一种通过一个转向舵机实现两个前牵引轮联动转向的自动控制的转向架系统，和具有两个前牵引轮的农用车相配套。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案为：一种农用车前轮舵机转向系统，涉及有两个前行轮的农用行走车，左右前行轮轮叉分别通过转轴配合连接在左右两个轮架上，轮架与车架连体；在前行轮之间的车架中部上有竖直安装的舵机，舵机的输出轴固定连接在一转舵连板的中央处，转舵连板的两端分别活动轴连接左右连杆的内端，连杆的外端分别活动轴连接左右轮转弯连板的一端，轮转弯连板的另一端轴连接左右轮叉的转轴；所述舵机连板和轮转弯连板相互平行并水平设置；所述轮叉和轮架之间通过转轴活动连接。
本设计采用一个舵机，通过联动架控制两个前行轮一块同步转向，能够自动控制，减少舵机数量，安装使用方便、经济。

具体实施方式
一种农用车前轮舵机转向系统，涉及有两个前行轮的农用行走车，左右前行轮轮叉6分别通过转轴配合连接在左右两个轮架5上，轮架5与车架连体；在前行轮之间的车架中部上有竖直安装的舵机1，舵机1的输出轴固定连接在一转舵连板的中央处，转舵连板2的两端分别活动轴连接左右连杆3的内端，连杆3的外端分别活动轴连接左右轮转弯连板4的一端，轮转弯连板4的另一端轴连接左右轮叉6的转轴；所述舵机连板和轮转弯连板相互平行并水平设置；所述轮叉和轮架之间通过转轴活动连接。

1.一种农用车前轮舵机转向系统，涉及有两个前行轮的农用行走车，其特征在于左右前行轮轮叉分别通过转轴配合连接在左右两个轮架上，轮架与车架连体；在前行轮之间的车架中部上有竖直安装的舵机，舵机的输出轴固定连接在一转舵连板的中央处，转舵连板的两端分别活动轴连接左右连杆的内端，连杆的外端分别活动轴连接左右轮转弯连板的一端，轮转弯连板的另一端轴连接左右轮叉的转轴；所述舵机连板和轮转弯连板相互平行并水平设置；所述轮叉和轮架之间通过转轴活动连接。
