(5) the clip clamping mechanism releases the clip

The fixed length cutting device 7 comprises a cutter frame 71, a cutter 72 driver and a length detection sensor 73, wherein the cutter frame 71 is fixed on the machine 1, a window through which the adhesive tape passes is arranged on the cutter frame 71, the cutter 72 driver drives the cutter 72 to cut off the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape traction device 5 draws the adhesive tape to move to a preset distance, the length detection sensor 73 feeds back a signal, and the length detection sensor 73 feeds back a signal when the cutter 72 cuts off the adhesive tape, and the length detection sensor 73 is electrically connected to the assembly controller.
The adhesive tape traction device 5 pulls the adhesive tape with the assembled buckle to pass through the window of the tool rest 71, the length detection sensor 73 detects the length of the adhesive tape in real time, and feeds back a signal to the assembly controller, and when the preset length is reached, the assembly controller controls the driver of the cutter 72 to start so as to drive the cutter 72 to cut the adhesive tape.
The length detection sensor 73 is arranged on a mounting seat 75, a section bar frame 74 is arranged at the rear end of the tool rest 71 on the machine table 1, a slide rail extending linearly is arranged on the section bar frame 74 along the traction direction of the adhesive tape, and the mounting seat 75 can be arranged in the slide rail in a movable manner along the slide rail. When the mounting seat 75 moves in the sliding rail, the length detection sensor 73 fixed on the mounting seat 75 can adjust the fixed position, the fixed position of the length detection sensor 73 is the starting end of the length measurement of the adhesive tape, and the fixed position of the length detection sensor 73 can be adjusted to control the cutting of the adhesive tapes with different lengths.

Detecting whether the camera 81 is in neglected loading or damaged, feeding back a detection signal to the assembly controller, and judging that the camera is an unqualified product if the camera is in neglected loading, damaged or inconsistent in clamping specification; otherwise, judging the product to be qualified. When the qualified product is judged, the first rotating door is turned over, the second rotating door is not moved, at the moment, the second rotating door is vertically arranged, the first rotating door is turned over to be horizontal at 90 degrees, and a blowing nozzle on the second rotating door blows the qualified seal strip to a qualified product trough 86; when the unqualified products are judged, the second rotating and overturning are carried out, the first rotating door is not moved, at the moment, the first rotating door is vertically arranged, the second rotating door is overturned to be horizontal by 90 degrees, and the unqualified sealing strips are blown onto the unqualified product trough 8786 by the blowing nozzle on the first rotating door, so that the differentiated output of the qualified products and the unqualified products is realized.
