Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for preparing water-soluble fiber from pueraria waste.
Background
Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi is a leguminous plant, belongs to a plant used as both medicine and food, is widely distributed in China, contains abundant Pueraria starch in Pueraria lobata, contains a substance called isoflavone, and can improve some indexes of metabolic syndrome, including blood pressure, high cholesterol ester and blood sugar. The specific isoflavone of puerarin, which is only present in kudzu, is probably the most beneficial substance. Research shows that puerarin is helpful for reducing blood pressure and blood cholesterol. But the greatest effect we find is in regulating blood glucose. Both diabetes and obesity cause the blood puerarin to lower blood sugar by properly distributing the glucose, such as by placing it in a useful place (muscle), while reducing its distribution in fat cells and blood vessels.
Pueraria thomsonii (Benth.) Vaniot der Maesen is a leguminous plant, belongs to a plant used as both medicine and food, and is widely distributed in China. Can be used for treating fever due to exogenous pathogenic factor, headache, measles, eruption of measles, epidemic febrile disease, thirst, diabetes, diarrhea, dysentery, hypertension, and coronary heart disease. The traditional Chinese medicine radix Puerariae is dried root of Pueraria lobata or Pueraria thomsonii of Leguminosae, and is prepared by collecting in autumn and winter, removing impurities, cleaning, moistening, slicing into thick pieces, and sun drying. It is cool in nature, sweet and pungent in taste, has effects of relieving muscles and promoting fluid production, promoting eruption, clearing away heat, invigorating yang and relieving diarrhea, and can be used for treating fever and headache due to exogenous pathogenic factor, neck and back pain, measles without adequate eruption, thirst, diarrhea, hypertension, etc.
Waste of radix puerariae: the waste residue obtained after the starch of the radix puerariae is processed and prepared and filtered is called as the waste material of the radix puerariae. The pueraria starch factories are more.
Water-soluble fiber: a water-soluble fiber is a fiber that dissolves in water or slowly hydrolyzes to a water-soluble molecule (or compound) when it comes into contact with water.
