Abstract
本发明公开了一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,主要由以下重量份的原料制成:40‑80份的大豆肽粉、1‑5份的小麦低聚肽、1‑5份的玉米低聚肽粉、1‑10份的鱼粉、1‑3份的茶多酚、0.1‑0.5份的牛磺酸、0.1‑0.5份的石斛兰。本发明的一部分实施例可以有效的提高eNOS酶活力,另一部分实施例可以提高颈动脉血流量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健食品,具体涉及一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,本发明还涉及其制备方法。
背景技术
心脑血管疾病可分为心血管疾病和脑血管疾病。心血管疾病以冠心病为主,是 由于给心肌供应血液的冠状动脉发生粥样硬化,使动脉血管变窄或闭塞,心肌供血 不足造成的。临床上可分为隐匿性冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗塞、心肌纤维化和心 性猝死。脑血管病是在脑动脉硬化基础上,脑血管破裂出血或血栓形成,引起以 脑部出血性或缺血性损伤为主要临床表现的一组疾病,俗称为脑中风,是目前造成 人类死亡和致残的主要疾病。血液中的营养物质和氧气为细胞、组织和器官所必需。 心脑血管疾病的直接表现是血流量,特别是动脉血流量,出现异常。血管的舒张收 血管内皮细胞产生的一氧化氮的调节,eNOS酶活力是表征血管舒张能力的重要指 标。提高血流量特别是动脉血管的血流量,可以显著改善因缺血造成的心脑血管疾 病。
除了药品的治疗作用,保健食品也越来越成为慢性疾病患者的辅助保健选择。
发明内容
针对目前保健食品的辅助功能不显著等问题,本发明提出了一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,具体如下:
一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,所述食品主要由以下重量份的原料制成:40-80份的大豆肽粉、1-5份的小麦低聚肽、1-5份的玉米低聚肽粉、1-10份 的鱼粉、1-3份的茶多酚、0.1-0.5份的牛磺酸、0.1-0.5份的石斛兰。
优选的,所述食品主要由以下重量百分份的原料制成:50-70份的大豆肽粉、 1-5份的小麦低聚肽、1-5份的玉米低聚肽粉、1-10份的鱼粉、1-3份的茶多酚、0.1-0.5 份的牛磺酸、0.1-0.5份的石斛兰。
进一步优选的,所述食品主要由以下重量份的原料制成:60份的大豆肽粉、3 份的小麦低聚肽、3份的玉米低聚肽粉、5份的鱼粉、2份的茶多酚、0.3份的牛磺 酸、0.3份的石斛兰。
优选的,制成所述食品主要原料还包括0.1-1份重量份的助剂,所述助剂为蓝 莓、金银花、富硒酵母和水飞蓟籽油。
进一步优选的,所述助剂的重量份为0.5份。
进一步优选的,所述助剂中蓝莓、金银花、富硒酵母和水飞蓟籽油的重量比为 1:1:1:2。
本发明提出了一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品的制备方法,主要包括以下步骤:
a取大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉,搅拌均匀;
b加入鱼粉,搅拌均匀;
c依次加入茶多酚、牛磺酸、石斛兰,搅拌均匀。
本发明还提出了另一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品的制备方法,主要包括以下步骤:
a取大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉,搅拌均匀,得到基粉;
b1取鱼粉加入水飞蓟籽油,得到复合鱼粉;
b a步骤所得的基粉加入b1步骤所得的复合鱼粉,搅拌均匀;
c依次加入茶多酚、牛磺酸、石斛兰、蓝莓、金银花和富硒酵母,搅拌均匀。
本发明所述的原料除了油脂外,均为粉末。所述大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米 低聚肽粉为市售食品原料,所述鱼粉为市售的食品添加剂,所述的石斛兰为金叉石 斛的全草,所述富硒酵母为营养强化剂,硒含量不低于1000ppm。大豆肽粉符合 GB/T22492-2008标准,小麦低聚肽符合关于批准中长链脂肪酸食用油和小麦低聚 肽作为新资源食品等的公告(2012年第16号)的规定,玉米低聚肽粉符合 QB/T4707-2014标准,其余各原料均符合相关标准。
本发明的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,产品的水分≤7.0%,灰分≤10%,总砷(以A酸计)≤0.5mg/kg,铅(以Pb计)≤1.0mg/kg。
本发明的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,产品的微生物限量符合下表:

表中,n为同一批次产品应采集的样品件数,c为最大可允许超出m值的样品 数,m为微生物指标可接受水平的限量值,M为微生物指标的最高安全限量值。- 为不得检出。
本发明的一部分实施例可以有效的提高eNOS酶活力,另一部分实施例可以提 高颈动脉血流量。

为详细说明本发明之技术内容、构造特征、所达成目的及功效,以下兹例举 实施例详予说明。
实施例1
一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,100g所述食品主要由原料制成为 大豆肽粉40g、小麦低聚肽5g、玉米低聚肽粉5g、鱼粉10g、茶多酚1g、 牛磺酸0.5g、石斛兰0.5g、麦芽糊精28g、木糖醇10g。
实施例2
一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,100g所述食品主要由原料制成为 大豆肽粉80g、小麦低聚肽1g、玉米低聚肽粉1g、鱼粉1g、茶多酚3g、牛 磺酸0.1g、石斛兰0.1g、麦芽糊精8.8g、木糖醇5g。
实施例3
一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,100g所述食品主要由原料制成为 大豆肽粉60g、小麦低聚肽5g、玉米低聚肽粉5g、鱼粉10g、茶多酚1g、 牛磺酸0.5g、石斛兰0.5g、麦芽糊精13g、木糖醇5g。
实施例4
一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,100g所述食品主要由原料制成为 大豆肽粉70g、小麦低聚肽1g、玉米低聚肽粉1g、鱼粉1g、茶多酚3g、牛 磺酸0.1g、石斛兰0.1g、麦芽糊精18.8g、木糖醇5g。
实施例5
一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,100g所述食品主要由原料制成为 大豆肽粉60g、小麦低聚肽3g、玉米低聚肽粉3g、鱼粉5g、茶多酚2g、牛 磺酸0.3g、石斛兰0.3g、麦芽糊精21.4g、木糖醇5g。
实施例6
一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,100g所述食品主要由原料制成为 大豆肽粉60g、小麦低聚肽3g、玉米低聚肽粉3g、鱼粉5g、茶多酚2g、牛 磺酸0.3g、石斛兰0.3g、蓝莓0.025g、金银花0.025g、富硒酵母0.025g、水飞 蓟籽油0.025g、麦芽糊精21.3g、木糖醇5g。
实施例7
一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,100g所述食品主要由原料制成为 大豆肽粉60g、小麦低聚肽3g、玉米低聚肽粉3g、鱼粉5g、茶多酚2g、牛 磺酸0.3g、石斛兰0.3g、蓝莓0.2g、金银花0.4g、富硒酵母0.2g、水飞蓟籽油 0.2g、麦芽糊精20.4g、木糖醇5g。
实施例8
一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,100g所述食品主要由原料制成为 大豆肽粉60g、小麦低聚肽3g、玉米低聚肽粉3g、鱼粉5g、茶多酚2g、牛 磺酸0.3g、石斛兰0.3g、蓝莓0.1g、金银花0.1g、富硒酵母0.1g、水飞蓟籽油 0.2g、麦芽糊精20.9g、木糖醇5g。
实施例9
实施例1-5任一所述供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品的制备方法,主要包 括以下步骤:
a取大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉,搅拌均匀;
b加入鱼粉,搅拌均匀;
c依次加入茶多酚、牛磺酸、石斛兰,搅拌均匀。
实施例10
实施例6-8任一所述供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品的制备方法,主要包 括以下步骤:
a取大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉,搅拌均匀,得到基粉;
b1取鱼粉加入水飞蓟籽油,得到复合鱼粉;
b a步骤所得的基粉加入b1步骤所得的复合鱼粉,搅拌均匀;
c依次加入茶多酚、牛磺酸、石斛兰、蓝莓、金银花和富硒酵母,搅拌均匀。
对照例1
一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,100g所述食品主要由原料制成为 大豆肽粉40g、小麦低聚肽5g、玉米低聚肽粉5g、鱼粉10g、麦芽糊精30g、 木糖醇10g。
对照例2
一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,100g所述食品主要由原料制成为 大豆肽粉70g、茶多酚2g、牛磺酸0.3g、石斛兰0.3g、麦芽糊精22.4g、木 糖醇5g。
对照例3
一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,100g所述食品主要由原料制成为 大豆肽粉60g、小麦低聚肽3g、玉米低聚肽粉3g、鱼粉5g、茶多酚2g、牛 磺酸0.3g、石斛兰0.3g、富硒酵母0.1g、水飞蓟籽油0.2g、麦芽糊精21.2g、 木糖醇5g。
对照例4
一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,100g所述食品主要由原料制成为 大豆肽粉60g、小麦低聚肽3g、玉米低聚肽粉3g、鱼粉5g、茶多酚2g、牛 磺酸0.3g、石斛兰0.3g、蓝莓0.1g、金银花0.1g、麦芽糊精21.2g、木糖醇5g。
实验例1大鼠血清eNOS活力实验
实验对象:SD大鼠,雌雄各半,体重250g-280g。
以本发明的实施例1-8和对照例1-4,加水制成颗粒,代替大鼠日粮,正常饮 水。饲喂30天后,尾巴取动脉血,离心后,血清按照试剂盒说明书用大鼠内皮型 一氧化氮合成酶(eNOS/NOS3)试剂盒来测定血清eNOS酶活。
以正常日粮饲喂的SD大鼠为空白对照。

从表2可以看出,实施例1-5的SD大鼠eNOS活力显著高于空白对照和对照 例1-2,较优的是实施例3-4,最优的是实施例5。说明本实施例1-5的食品产品与 对照例相比,具有明显的提高eNOS酶活的作用。
实施例6-8的SD大鼠eNOS活力显著高于对照例3-4,说明助剂蓝莓、金银花、 富硒酵母和水飞蓟籽油能够显著提高SD大鼠eNOS活力,其中实施例8最优。
eNOS的活力直接与血管的舒张因子一氧化氮正相关,提高eNOS活力就是促 进血管舒张,增加血流量。
实验例2人颈动脉流量的实验
实验对象:高脂血症确诊患者,50-65岁,男女各半。
每日餐后服用以本发明的实施例1-8和对照例1-4的粉末三次,每次10克。 服用30天后,彩色多普勒超声测定颈动脉血流量。
使用东芝Aplio 7000色彩多普勒超声诊断仪,线阵探头,频率为8-10MHz,凸 阵探头,频率为2-5MHz。患者取平卧位。色彩多普勒超声监测动脉半径、速度时 间积分及心率,计算动脉血流量。

从表3可以看出,实施例1-5的人颈动脉流量显著高于对照例1-2,较优的是 实施例3-4,最优的是实施例5。说明本实施例1-5的食品产品与对照例相比,具 有明显的提高人颈动脉流量的作用。
实施例6-8的作用显著高于对照例3-4,说明助剂蓝莓、金银花、富硒酵母和 水飞蓟籽油能够进一步显著提高人颈动脉流量,其中以实施例8为最优。
综上所述,仅为本发明之较佳实施例,不以此限定本发明的保护范围,凡依本 发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆为本发明专利涵盖的范围之 内。

1.一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,其特征在于,所述食品主要由以下重量份的原料制成:40-80份的大豆肽粉、1-5份的小麦低聚肽、1-5份的玉米低聚肽粉、1-10份的鱼粉、1-3份的茶多酚、0.1-0.5份的牛磺酸、0.1-0.5份的石斛兰。
2.如权利要求1所述的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,其特征在于,所述食品主要由以下重量份的原料制成:50-70份的大豆肽粉、1-5份的小麦低聚肽、1-5份的玉米低聚肽粉、1-10份的鱼粉、1-3份的茶多酚、0.1-0.5份的牛磺酸、0.1-0.5份的石斛兰。
3.如权利要求1所述的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,其特征在于,所述食品主要由以下重量份的原料制成:60份的大豆肽粉、3份的小麦低聚肽、3份的玉米低聚肽粉、5份的鱼粉、2份的茶多酚、0.3份的牛磺酸、0.3份的石斛兰。
4.如权利要求1所述的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,其特征在于,制成所述食品主要原料还包括0.1-1份重量份的助剂,所述助剂为蓝莓、金银花、富硒酵母和水飞蓟籽油。
5.如权利要求4所述的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,其特征在于,所述助剂的重量份的为0.5份。
6.如权利要求5所述的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,其特征在于,所述助剂中蓝莓、金银花、富硒酵母和水飞蓟籽油的重量比为1:1:1:2。
7.如权利要求1所述的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品的制备方法,其特征在于,主要包括以下步骤:
a取大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉,搅拌均匀;
b加入鱼粉,搅拌均匀;
c依次加入茶多酚、牛磺酸、石斛兰,搅拌均匀。
8.如权利要求4所述的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品的制备方法,其特征在于,主要包括以下步骤:
a取大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉,搅拌均匀,得到基粉;
b1取鱼粉加入水飞蓟籽油,得到复合鱼粉;
b a步骤所得的基粉加入b1步骤所得的复合鱼粉,搅拌均匀;
c依次加入茶多酚、牛磺酸、石斛兰、蓝莓、金银花和富硒酵母,搅拌均匀。
