a取大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉,搅拌均匀,得到基粉;
b1取鱼粉加入水飞蓟籽油,得到复合鱼粉;
b a步骤所得的基粉加入b1步骤所得的复合鱼粉,搅拌均匀;
c依次加入茶多酚、牛磺酸、石斛兰、蓝莓、金银花和富硒酵母,搅拌均匀。
本发明所述的原料除了油脂外,均为粉末。所述大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米 低聚肽粉为市售食品原料,所述鱼粉为市售的食品添加剂,所述的石斛兰为金叉石 斛的全草,所述富硒酵母为营养强化剂,硒含量不低于1000ppm。大豆肽粉符合 GB/T22492-2008标准,小麦低聚肽符合关于批准中长链脂肪酸食用油和小麦低聚 肽作为新资源食品等的公告(2012年第16号)的规定,玉米低聚肽粉符合 QB/T4707-2014标准,其余各原料均符合相关标准。
本发明的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,产品的水分≤7.0%,灰分≤10%,总砷(以A酸计)≤0.5mg/kg,铅(以Pb计)≤1.0mg/kg。

对照例3
一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,100g所述食品主要由原料制成为 大豆肽粉60g、小麦低聚肽3g、玉米低聚肽粉3g、鱼粉5g、茶多酚2g、牛 磺酸0.3g、石斛兰0.3g、富硒酵母0.1g、水飞蓟籽油0.2g、麦芽糊精21.2g、 木糖醇5g。
对照例4
一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,100g所述食品主要由原料制成为 大豆肽粉60g、小麦低聚肽3g、玉米低聚肽粉3g、鱼粉5g、茶多酚2g、牛 磺酸0.3g、石斛兰0.3g、蓝莓0.1g、金银花0.1g、麦芽糊精21.2g、木糖醇5g。
实验例1大鼠血清eNOS活力实验
实验对象:SD大鼠,雌雄各半,体重250g-280g。
以本发明的实施例1-8和对照例1-4,加水制成颗粒,代替大鼠日粮,正常饮 水。饲喂30天后,尾巴取动脉血,离心后,血清按照试剂盒说明书用大鼠内皮型 一氧化氮合成酶(eNOS/NOS3)试剂盒来测定血清eNOS酶活。
以正常日粮饲喂的SD大鼠为空白对照。

从表2可以看出,实施例1-5的SD大鼠eNOS活力显著高于空白对照和对照 例1-2,较优的是实施例3-4,最优的是实施例5。说明本实施例1-5的食品产品与 对照例相比,具有明显的提高eNOS酶活的作用。
实施例6-8的SD大鼠eNOS活力显著高于对照例3-4,说明助剂蓝莓、金银花、 富硒酵母和水飞蓟籽油能够显著提高SD大鼠eNOS活力,其中实施例8最优。
eNOS的活力直接与血管的舒张因子一氧化氮正相关,提高eNOS活力就是促 进血管舒张,增加血流量。
实验例2人颈动脉流量的实验
实验对象:高脂血症确诊患者,50-65岁,男女各半。
每日餐后服用以本发明的实施例1-8和对照例1-4的粉末三次,每次10克。 服用30天后,彩色多普勒超声测定颈动脉血流量。
使用东芝Aplio 7000色彩多普勒超声诊断仪,线阵探头,频率为8-10MHz,凸 阵探头,频率为2-5MHz。患者取平卧位。色彩多普勒超声监测动脉半径、速度时 间积分及心率,计算动脉血流量。

从表3可以看出,实施例1-5的人颈动脉流量显著高于对照例1-2,较优的是 实施例3-4,最优的是实施例5。说明本实施例1-5的食品产品与对照例相比,具 有明显的提高人颈动脉流量的作用。
实施例6-8的作用显著高于对照例3-4,说明助剂蓝莓、金银花、富硒酵母和 水飞蓟籽油能够进一步显著提高人颈动脉流量,其中以实施例8为最优。
综上所述,仅为本发明之较佳实施例,不以此限定本发明的保护范围,凡依本 发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆为本发明专利涵盖的范围之 内。

Claims (9)

1.一种供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,其特征在于,所述食品主要由以下重量份的原料制成:40-80份的大豆肽粉、1-5份的小麦低聚肽、1-5份的玉米低聚肽粉、1-10份的鱼粉、1-3份的茶多酚、0.1-0.5份的牛磺酸、0.1-0.5份的石斛兰。
2.如权利要求1所述的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,其特征在于,所述食品主要由以下重量份的原料制成:50-70份的大豆肽粉、1-5份的小麦低聚肽、1-5份的玉米低聚肽粉、1-10份的鱼粉、1-3份的茶多酚、0.1-0.5份的牛磺酸、0.1-0.5份的石斛兰。
3.如权利要求1所述的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,其特征在于,所述食品主要由以下重量份的原料制成:60份的大豆肽粉、3份的小麦低聚肽、3份的玉米低聚肽粉、5份的鱼粉、2份的茶多酚、0.3份的牛磺酸、0.3份的石斛兰。
4.如权利要求1所述的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,其特征在于,制成所述食品主要原料还包括0.1-1份重量份的助剂,所述助剂为蓝莓、金银花、富硒酵母和水飞蓟籽油。
5.如权利要求4所述的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,其特征在于,所述助剂的重量份的为0.5份。
6.如权利要求5所述的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品,其特征在于,所述助剂中蓝莓、金银花、富硒酵母和水飞蓟籽油的重量比为1:1:1:2。
7.如权利要求1所述的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品的制备方法,其特征在于,主要包括以下步骤:
a取大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉,搅拌均匀;
b加入鱼粉,搅拌均匀;
c依次加入茶多酚、牛磺酸、石斛兰,搅拌均匀。
8.如权利要求4所述的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品的制备方法,其特征在于,主要包括以下步骤:
a取大豆肽粉、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉,搅拌均匀,得到基粉;
b1取鱼粉加入水飞蓟籽油,得到复合鱼粉;
b a步骤所得的基粉加入b1步骤所得的复合鱼粉,搅拌均匀;
c依次加入茶多酚、牛磺酸、石斛兰、蓝莓、金银花和富硒酵母,搅拌均匀。
9.如权利要求1-6任一所述的供心脑血管病患者食用的含短肽食品的应用。
