本发明公开了一种糖尿病人食用面条,它是将荞麦粉、燕麦粉、山药粉、灵芝粉、薏米粉、麦麸粉、魔芋粉、南瓜粉、黄瓜汁、冬瓜汁、丝瓜汁、盐和碱混合后,放入和面机,挤压均匀后根据需要切成粗细不同规格的面条即为成品,该面条不含糖,物料成分搭配合理,采用纯食材制作,营养丰富,口感高,同时还具有控制血糖的功效。本发明适用于糖尿病人食用。

本发明涉及糖尿人食用面条及其制作方法,属食品工业领域。
背景技术
糖尿病是一种有遗传和环境因素相互作用而引起的临床综合征。临床上以高血糖为主要标志,因此糖尿病患者忌吃含糖量高的食品。
目前市场供糖尿病人方便食用的食品,主要以减少含糖量为主,然而口感欠佳,营养成为不均匀,因此研制一种供糖尿病人方便食用的食品就是当前亟待解决的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种糖尿病人食用面条,该面条不含糖,物料成分搭配合理,采用纯食材制作,营养丰富,口感高,同时还具有控制血糖的功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案如下:
一种糖尿病人食用面条,按照重量份数计它包括如下原料:荞麦粉10份、燕麦粉10份、山药粉8份、灵芝粉2份、薏米粉8份、麦麸粉5份、魔芋粉5份、南瓜粉3份、黄瓜汁10份、冬瓜汁10份、丝瓜汁15份、盐5份、碱3份。
本发明还提供了上述糖尿病人食用面条的制备方法,它按照如下的步骤顺序依次进行:
(1)将荞麦粉、燕麦粉、山药粉、灵芝粉、薏米粉、麦麸粉、魔芋粉、南瓜粉按比例混和,搅拌均匀备用;
(2)将黄瓜汁、冬瓜汁和丝瓜汁按比例混在一起,搅拌均匀备用;
(3)将(1)和(2)放入和面机,加盐和碱搅拌均匀,然后分批放入压面机,挤压均匀后根据 需要切成粗细不同规格的面条即为成品。
本发明提供的糖尿病人食用面条,其组分的防治糖尿病的功效为 : 荞麦:荞麦中铬和矾的含量较高,这两种微量元素具有明显的降血糖作用,有利于防治糖尿病,特别是其中的铬,更是一种理想的降糖物质,他能增强胰岛素的活性,加速糖代谢,促进脂肪和蛋白质的合成。经临床观察,糖尿病人食用荞麦后,血糖、尿糖都有不同程度的 下降,很多轻度患者单纯食用苦荞麦即可控制病情。
燕麦:燕麦子粒含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸及可溶性纤维和皂苷素等,可以降低血液中胆固醇与甘油三酯的含量,既能调脂减肥,又可以起到帮助降低血糖的作用。燕麦中含有的水溶性纤维具有平缓饭后血糖上升的效果,有助于糖尿病患者控制血糖;同时燕麦是高蛋白、低糖量食品,是糖尿病患者的理想食品。
山药:山药具有滋养强壮,助消化,敛虚汗,止泻之功效,主治脾虚腹泻、肺虚咳嗽、糖尿病消渴、小便短频、遗精、妇女带下及消化不良的慢性肠炎。山药最适宜与灵芝搭配服用,具有防治糖尿病的作用,
灵芝:具有补气安神、止咳平喘、延年益寿的功效。用于眩晕不眠、心悸气短、神经衰弱、虚劳咳喘。
薏米:有健脾利湿、清热排脓功能。用于脾虚泄泻水肿脚气、白带、湿、关节疼痛、肠痈、肺痿等症。尚用于胃癌、子宫颈癌、绒毛膜上皮癌等癌症以及多发性疣。
麦麸:主要是纤维、糊粉、一些矿物质和维生素性味甘凉,可收敛汗液。富含纤维素和维生素,主要用途有食用、入药、饲料原料、酿酒等。
魔芋:自古以来魔芋就有“去肠砂”之称。 魔芋生长在疏林下,是有益的碱性食品,对食用动物性酸性食品过多的人,搭配吃魔芋,可以达到食品酸、碱平衡。此外,魔芋还具有水平降血糖、降血脂、降压、散毒、养颜、通脉、减肥、通便、开胃等多功能。 魔芋全株有毒,以块茎为最,不可生吃,需加工后方可食用。中毒后舌、喉灼热、痒痛、肿大
南瓜:南瓜能增加体内胰岛素的释放,促使糖尿病患者胰岛素分泌趋于正常化,从 而使血糖降低,而南瓜的这以独特的药理作用,正是其防治糖尿病的关键所在。另外,南瓜 还含有丰富的果胶,果胶在肠道内可形成一种凝胶状物质,延缓了肠道对糖及脂质的吸收,从而可控制餐后血糖升高;另一方面果胶有极好的吸附性,当与淀粉类食物混食时,能提高胃内容物的黏度,从而减慢糖类物质的吸收,并且推迟胃内食物排空,从而降低血糖。
黄瓜 :黄瓜所含葡萄糖苷、甘露醇、果糖、木糖不参与通常糖代谢,故糖尿病患者以 此代粮充饥,非但不升高血糖,甚至还能降低。
冬瓜:冬瓜味甘、淡,性微寒,有清热解毒、利尿消肿、止渴除烦等功效。由于冬瓜有减肥作用,含粗纤维、低糖、低脂肪、对辅助治疗糖尿病很有功效。此外冬瓜还可生津、止渴,祛燥热、暑热,因而还能治疗高血压、高胆固醇、心肌梗塞、动脉硬化、冠心病等糖尿病并发症。
丝瓜:双单蛾,又可消痰火,解毒,兼清内热,治肺痈、肺痿。加白糖煮沸内服,可镇咳,又治头痛,腹痛,感冒,脚气,水肿,酒中毒等。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所提供的糖尿病人食用面条,该面条不含糖,物料成分搭配合理,采用纯食材制作,营养丰富,口感高,同时还具有控制血糖的功效。
本发明适用于糖尿病人食用。

实施例1 一种糖尿病人食用面条
本实施例为一种糖尿病人食用面条,它包括如下原料:
荞麦粉10g、燕麦粉10 g、山药粉8 g、灵芝粉2 g、薏米粉8 g、麦麸粉5 g、魔芋粉5 g、南瓜粉3 g、黄瓜汁10 g、冬瓜汁10 g、丝瓜汁15 g、盐5 g、碱3 g。
上述糖尿病人食用面条的制备方法,它按照如下的步骤顺序依次进行:
(1)将荞麦粉、燕麦粉、山药粉、灵芝粉、薏米粉、麦麸粉、魔芋粉、南瓜粉按比例混和,搅拌均匀备用;
(2)将黄瓜汁、冬瓜汁和丝瓜汁按比例混在一起,搅拌均匀备用;
(3)将(1)和(2)放入和面机,加盐和碱搅拌均匀,然后分批放入压面机,挤压均匀后根据 需要切成粗细不同规格的面条即为成品。

1.一种糖尿病人食用面条,其特征在于按照重量份数计它包括如下原料:荞麦粉10份、燕麦粉10份、山药粉8份、薏米粉8份、灵芝粉2份、麦麸粉5份、魔芋粉5份、南瓜粉3份、黄瓜汁10份、冬瓜汁10份、丝瓜汁15份、盐5份、碱3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的糖尿病人食用面条,其特征在于它按照如下的步骤顺序依次进行:
(1)将荞麦粉、燕麦粉、山药粉、灵芝粉、薏米粉、麦麸粉、魔芋粉、南瓜粉按比例混和,搅拌均匀备用;
(2)将黄瓜汁、冬瓜汁和丝瓜汁按比例混在一起,搅拌均匀备用;
(3)将(1)和(2)放入和面机,加盐和碱搅拌均匀,然后分批放入压面机,挤压均匀后根据 需要切成粗细不同规格的面条即为成品。
