Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗紫外线窗帘面料及其制备方法,该面料由经线和纬线编织而成,所述经线、纬线均由抗紫外线纤维构成,所述抗紫外线纤维包括2‑8%的抗紫外线整理剂,余量为丙纶纤维;所述抗紫外线整理剂按重量份包括5‑10份紫外线吸收剂,5‑10份光稳定剂,1‑5份抗氧化剂,30‑50份有机溶剂。本发明的抗紫外线窗帘面料具有优良的抗紫外线性能,经测试,最低UPF值均在50以上,且UVA透过率均小于5%。采用抗紫外线纤维编织成面料的方法制备抗紫外线窗帘面料,先制作纤维,再用纤维进行编织制成成品,而非使用抗紫外线涂层,经多次水洗后仍能维持良好的抗紫外线性能。

Description

一种抗紫外线窗帘面料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料领域,具体涉及一种抗紫外线窗帘面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
紫外线是一种电磁波,波长小于可见光,大部分地球表面的紫外线来自太阳,紫外线是伤害性光线的一种,紫外线已被确定与许多疾病的产生有关;例如:皱纹、晒伤、白内障、皮肤癌、视觉损害与免疫系统的伤害。紫外线根据波长可分为:长波黑斑效应紫外线(UVA)波长320~420nm;中波红斑效应紫外线(UVB)波长280~320nm;短波灭菌紫外线(UVC)波长200~320nm。其中,黑斑紫外线(UVA)可穿透云层、玻璃进入室内及车内,可穿透至皮肤真皮层,会造成晒黑,也是皮肤老化、出现皱纹及皮肤癌的主因。
UPF指的是“皮肤无防护时计算出的紫外线辐射平均效应与皮肤有织物防护时计算出的紫外线辐射平均效应的比值”。UPF值越高,就说明紫外线的防护效果越好。纺织品国家标准GB/T 18830-2009《纺织品防紫外线性能的评定》中规定只有当样品的UPF值大于40,并且UVA的透过率小于5%时,才能称之为“防紫外线产品”,这两个条件缺一不可。这是衡量一种产品是不是“防紫外线产品”的指标。
传统的窗帘面料大都不具有抗紫外线的功能,而现有技术中的抗紫外线面料也存在着不足之处,CN 103668692 A公开了一种防紫外线面料,该专利采用在基础面料表面涂加防紫外线涂层的方式使面料具有抗紫外线的功能,虽然具有一定的防紫外线功能,但面料经多次水洗后,抗紫外线性能会逐渐下降。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有优良抗紫外线性能、耐水洗的抗紫外线窗帘面料。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种设计合理的抗紫外线窗帘面料的制备方法。
为达成以上目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种抗紫外线窗帘面料,由经线和纬线编织而成,所述经线、纬线均由抗紫外线纤维构成,所述抗紫外线纤维包括2-8%的抗紫外线整理剂,余量为丙纶纤维;
所述抗紫外线整理剂按重量份包括5-10份紫外线吸收剂,5-10份光稳定剂,1-5份抗氧化剂,30-50份有机溶剂。
所述紫外线吸收剂为苯二酚单苯甲酸酯。
所述光稳定剂为受阻胺光稳定剂UV-3853。
所述抗氧化剂为β-(4-羟基-3,5二叔丁基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯。
所述有机溶剂为丁基卡必醇。
一种抗紫外线窗帘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)按重量份将5-10份紫外线吸收剂,5-10份光稳定剂,1-5份抗氧化剂,30-50份有机溶剂配置后置于高速乳化机中处理1-2h,转速为3000r/min,混合均匀,制成抗紫外线整理剂;
步骤2)取步骤1)制得的抗紫外线整理剂,加入到聚丙烯浓溶液中,其中抗紫外线整理剂占总量的2-8%,充分混合均匀,制成纺丝原液,将所述纺丝原液按干-湿法从喷丝头压出后进入凝固浴纺丝成型,在60-80℃下,经热拉伸和后处理得到抗紫外线纤维;
步骤3)将步骤2)制得的抗紫外纤维作为经线和纬线,通过纺织制成抗紫外线窗帘面料。
本发明的抗紫外线窗帘面料具有优良的抗紫外线性能,经测试,最低UPF(紫外线防护系数)值均在50以上,且UVA(长波紫外线)透过率均小于5%,符合纺织品国家标准GB/T18830-2009《纺织品防紫外线性能的评定》中规定的“防紫外线产品”。利用苯二酚单苯甲酸酯作为紫外线吸收剂,向其中添加受阻胺光稳定剂UV-3853,并采用β-(4-羟基-3,5二叔丁基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯作为抗氧化剂,使制备的抗紫外线整理剂具有良好的稳定性,并且由于是采用抗紫外线纤维编织成面料的方法制备抗紫外线窗帘面料,先制作纤维,再用纤维进行编织制成成品,而非使用抗紫外线涂层,经多次水洗后仍能维持良好的抗紫外线性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
1、制备抗紫外线整理剂:按重量份将5份苯二酚单苯甲酸酯,5份受阻胺光稳定剂UV-3853,1份β-(4-羟基-3,5二叔丁基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯,30份丁基卡必醇配置后置于高速乳化机中处理1h,转速为3000r/min,混合均匀,制成抗紫外线整理剂。
2、制备抗紫外线纤维:取上述抗紫外线整理剂,加入到聚丙烯浓溶液中,其中抗紫外线整理剂占总量的8%,充分混合均匀,制成纺丝原液,将所述纺丝原液按干-湿法从喷丝头压出后进入凝固浴纺丝成型,在60℃下,经热拉伸和后处理得到抗紫外线纤维。
3、制备抗紫外线窗帘面料:将上述抗紫外纤维作为经线和纬线,通过纺织制成抗紫外线窗帘面料。
实施例2
1、制备抗紫外线整理剂:按重量份将10份苯二酚单苯甲酸酯,10份受阻胺光稳定剂UV-3853,5份β-(4-羟基-3,5二叔丁基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯,50份丁基卡必醇配置后置于高速乳化机中处理2h,转速为3000r/min,混合均匀,制成抗紫外线整理剂。
2、制备抗紫外线纤维:取上述抗紫外线整理剂,加入到聚丙烯浓溶液中,其中抗紫外线整理剂占总量的2%,充分混合均匀,制成纺丝原液,将所述纺丝原液按干-湿法从喷丝头压出后进入凝固浴纺丝成型,在80℃下,经热拉伸和后处理得到抗紫外线纤维。
3、制备抗紫外线窗帘面料:将上述抗紫外纤维作为经线和纬线,通过纺织制成抗紫外线窗帘面料。
实施例3
1、制备抗紫外线整理剂:按重量份将7份苯二酚单苯甲酸酯,8份受阻胺光稳定剂UV-3853,4份β-(4-羟基-3,5二叔丁基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯,40份丁基卡必醇配置后置于高速乳化机中处理1.5h,转速为3000r/min,混合均匀,制成抗紫外线整理剂。
2、制备抗紫外线纤维:取上述抗紫外线整理剂,加入到聚丙烯浓溶液中,其中抗紫外线整理剂占总量的5%,充分混合均匀,制成纺丝原液,将所述纺丝原液按干-湿法从喷丝头压出后进入凝固浴纺丝成型,在70℃下,经热拉伸和后处理得到抗紫外线纤维。
3、制备抗紫外线窗帘面料:将上述抗紫外纤维作为经线和纬线,通过纺织制成抗紫外线窗帘面料。
实施例4
1、制备抗紫外线整理剂:按重量份将6份苯二酚单苯甲酸酯,9份受阻胺光稳定剂UV-3853,3份β-(4-羟基-3,5二叔丁基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯,45份丁基卡必醇配置后置于高速乳化机中处理2h,转速为3000r/min,混合均匀,制成抗紫外线整理剂。
2、制备抗紫外线纤维:取上述抗紫外线整理剂,加入到聚丙烯浓溶液中,其中抗紫外线整理剂占总量的6%,充分混合均匀,制成纺丝原液,将所述纺丝原液按干-湿法从喷丝头压出后进入凝固浴纺丝成型,在75℃下,经热拉伸和后处理得到抗紫外线纤维。
3、制备抗紫外线窗帘面料:将上述抗紫外纤维作为经线和纬线,通过纺织制成抗紫外线窗帘面料。
测试例1
将实施例1-4制得的抗紫外线窗帘面料采用国家标准GB/T 18830-2009《纺织品防紫外线性能的评定》进行测试,结果如表1所示。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗紫外线窗帘面料,其特征在于,由经线和纬线编织而成,所述经线、纬线均由抗紫外线纤维构成,所述抗紫外线纤维包括2-8%的抗紫外线整理剂,余量为丙纶纤维;
所述抗紫外线整理剂按重量份包括5-10份紫外线吸收剂,5-10份光稳定剂,1-5份抗氧化剂,30-50份有机溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线窗帘面料,其特征在于,所述紫外线吸收剂为苯二酚单苯甲酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线窗帘面料,其特征在于,所述光稳定剂为受阻胺光稳定剂UV-3853。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线窗帘面料,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为β-(4-羟基-3,5二叔丁基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线窗帘面料,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为丁基卡必醇。
6.权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线窗帘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)按重量份将5-10份紫外线吸收剂,5-10份光稳定剂,1-5份抗氧化剂,30-50份有机溶剂配置后置于高速乳化机中处理1-2h,转速为3000r/min,混合均匀,制成抗紫外线整理剂;
步骤2)取步骤1)制得的抗紫外线整理剂,加入到聚丙烯浓溶液中,其中抗紫外线整理剂占总量的2-8%,充分混合均匀,制成纺丝原液,将所述纺丝原液按干-湿法从喷丝头压出后进入凝固浴纺丝成型,在60-80℃下,经热拉伸和后处理得到抗紫外线纤维;
步骤3)将步骤2)制得的抗紫外纤维作为经线和纬线,通过纺织制成抗紫外线窗帘面料。
