1) under the stirring condition of 400r/min, 10.45kg of deionized water is put into a stirring cylinder, 0.3kg of hydroxyethyl cellulose (HS30000) is slowly added, 0.05kg of aqueous defoaming agent (NXZ) is added, the stirring speed is increased to 700r/min, the stirring is carried out for 5min, 0.1kg of pH regulator (AMP-95) is added, the stirring speed is increased to 1000r/min, and the stirring is carried out for 8 min;
2) reducing the stirring speed to 400r/min, then adding 1.5kg of aqueous cosolvent, then adding 12.5kg of aqueous acrylic resin (Badfu RS-706), then increasing the stirring speed to 1000r/min, and stirring for 12 min;
3) and reducing the stirring speed to 400r/min, sequentially adding 0.1kg of bactericide (isothiazolinone) and 75kg of colored sand, and stirring for 12min to obtain the water-based mechanical spray stone paint.
The result of the detection
The waterborne machine-sprayed stone paint obtained in examples 1 to 7 was sprayed by a full-automatic paint sprayer or a semi-automatic screw pump paint sprayer, and then the performance of the waterborne machine-sprayed stone paint was tested according to JG/T24-2000 synthetic resin emulsion sand wall building paint, and the test results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from the performance test results of the machine-sprayed real stone paint obtained in the examples 1 to 7 in the tables 2 and 3, the pH values of the machine-sprayed real stone paint obtained in the examples 1 to 7 are between 8 and 9, and all the pH values meet the detection standard. The paint in the tank has no big difference after being stirred evenly. From the water resistance test results, example 7 had the worst water resistance, followed by a slight change in color after drying in example 4. Other embodiments provide substantially no change in color after the coating dries out. Meanwhile, the cellulose has strong water absorption, and the use of the cellulose is a key factor influencing the water resistance of the stone-like paint. Example 7 dried slower than the other embodiments, where the water retention of the cellulose was the primary reason.
The workability in tables 2 and 3 is critical to the present invention and also to the effect of aqueous machine-spray stone paint. From the viewpoints of the continuity of the machine-spraying walking plate, the atomization effect and the machine-spraying surface effect, the comprehensive score of example 3 is the highest, and the phenomenon of gun breakage occurs to different degrees in other embodiments. This is also a key factor affecting the surface effect of the machine spray and the speed of the board. The initial water resistance and the high and low temperature color difference of the example 3 have the highest comprehensive score. That is, the present invention is fully consistent with the implementation on the fully automatic and semi-automatic paint spraying machine in view of the comprehensive score of the construction performance and the use condition of the client.
In conclusion, the waterborne machine-spraying stone-like paint prepared by the invention overcomes the defects of poor atomization of machine spraying, gun breaking of spraying and the like, and sprayed bulk materials can be recycled. The negative effects brought by rainy weather are avoided in the indoor construction. The efficiency of real mineral varnish is spouted to waterborne machine has been improved greatly, saves artifical spraying cost. The spraying atomization is good, the effect of the integrated board surface is uniform, the spraying atomization method is safe, environment-friendly and energy-saving, the cost of raw materials is low, the raw materials are easy to obtain, and the spraying atomization method is very suitable for large-scale industrial production. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
While the invention has been described with respect to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing and other changes, omissions and deviations in the form and detail thereof may be made without departing from the scope of this invention. Those skilled in the art can make various changes, modifications and equivalent arrangements, which are equivalent to the embodiments of the present invention, without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and which may be made by utilizing the techniques disclosed above; meanwhile, any changes, modifications and variations of the above-described embodiments, which are equivalent to those of the technical spirit of the present invention, are within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.

Claims (5)

1. The water-based machine-sprayed real stone paint is characterized by being used for a full-automatic paint sprayer and a semi-automatic screw pump paint sprayer, and comprising the following raw material components in percentage by weight, wherein the sum of the raw material components is 100%, and the raw material components comprise the following components in percentage by weight:

wherein the color sand is prepared from 40-80 mesh color sand and 80-120 mesh color sand according to the weight ratio (2.5-3.2): (0.8-1.2) mixing;
the mass fraction of the polyacrylamide aqueous solution is 0.1-0.7%, and the molecular weight of polyacrylamide in the polyacrylamide aqueous solution is 200-300 ten thousand;
the aqueous cosolvent is prepared from TEXANOL ester alcohol and propylene glycol according to the weight ratio (0.5-1.5): (0.5-1.5) mixing.
2. The aqueous machine-sprayed stone paint of claim 1, wherein: the waterborne acrylic resin is waterborne polyurethane modified waterborne acrylic resin, and the solid content of the waterborne acrylic resin is 44-48%.
3. The aqueous machine-sprayed stone paint of claim 1, wherein: the aqueous thickening rheological agent is a low-alkali hydrophobic alkali swelling thickening rheological agent;
and/or the defoaming agent is selected from any one or more of organic silicon, mineral oil or polyether modified defoaming agent.
4. The aqueous machine-sprayed stone paint of claim 1, wherein: the hydroxyethyl cellulose is hydrophobic modified association type hydroxyethyl cellulose.
5. A method for preparing the aqueous machine-sprayed stone paint according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
1) under the stirring condition of 600r/min 400-;
2) reducing the stirring speed to 600r/min, sequentially adding the polyacrylamide aqueous solution, the water-based cosolvent and the water-based acrylic resin according to the weight percentage, increasing the stirring speed to 1200r/min, and uniformly stirring;
3) and reducing the stirring speed to 400-600r/min, sequentially adding the aqueous thickening rheological agent and the colored sand according to the weight percentage, and uniformly stirring to obtain the aqueous mechanical spraying stone paint.
