技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于改善女性肾功能的昆布虫草压片糖果及其制备方法,属于药品和保健食品技术领域。
背景技术
女性在人生的不同阶段可能出现肾虚的症状,例如幼年肾虚可导致发育迟缓;青春期肾虚的症状表现为月经初潮延迟、月经稀少、生殖器官发育不完善与不孕等;壮年期女性肾虚则表现为疲乏无力、腰酸背疼、经常失眠、记忆力减退与性欲寡淡等;进入老年后,女性肾精更为亏少,生育力丧失,健忘痴呆、骨质疏松、牙齿松动等。
从实际情况来看,中年以后妇女出现的腰酸背疼、失眠多梦、疲乏无力、记忆力减退等都是肾虚的表现。以上表明,妇女的肾虚甚于男性,特别是中年以后妇女的肾虚情形较为普遍和突出,因此,通过科学的方法补肾对中老年妇女来说至关重要。就目前来看,食补法是最简单有效且利于身体健康的方法。
发明内容
本发明是提供一种用于改善女性肾功能的昆布虫草压片糖果及其制备方法,将海带提取物、蛹虫草粉以及这些适于亚健康女性食用的松茸粉、蓝莓粉、薏苡仁粉、酸枣粉和黑豆粉混合在一起,加强了功能性营养成分的作用,对女性肾功能改善有良好的作用,解决了背景技术存在的上述问题。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种昆布虫草压片糖果,包含以下重量份的原料:海带提取物5-20份、蛹虫草粉10-30份、松茸粉10-30份、蓝莓粉5-20份、薏苡仁粉5-10份、酸枣粉5-10份、黑豆粉5-10份、D-甘露醇5-10份、麦芽糊精1-10份、硬脂酸镁1-5份。
所述重量份的原料,份数如下:蛹虫草粉20份,松茸粉20份,蓝莓粉10份,海带提取物10份,薏苡仁粉5份,酸枣粉5份,黑豆粉5份,D-甘露糖醇10份,麦芽糊精10份,硬脂酸镁5份。
一种昆布虫草压片糖果的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
(1)制备海带提取物;采用已有技术制备方法,制备出海带提取物备用;或在市场购买海带提取物;
(2)称量备料:按以下重量份的配比称取各原料:步骤(1)所得海带提取物5-20份,以及蛹虫草粉10-30份、松茸粉10-30份、蓝莓粉5-20份、薏苡仁粉5-10份、酸枣粉5-10份、黑豆粉5-10份、D-甘露醇5-10份、麦芽糊精1-10份、硬脂酸镁1-5份。;
(3)制备软材:将步骤(2)称量所得的海带提取物、木糖醇、麦芽糊精置于搅拌机中,开机搅拌,边搅拌边加纯水,搅拌5-10分钟,所制备的软材达到抓之成团、触之即散状态,停止加入纯水;再搅拌15-30分钟,得软材;
(4)制粒:把12目的筛网装在摇摆式颗粒机上,开启摇摆式颗粒机,将步骤(3)所得的软材加入摇摆式颗粒机中制粒;
(5)干燥:将步骤(4)所得的颗粒均匀铺散在不锈钢烘托盘中,启动烘箱,温度控制在70-80°C,干燥4-5小时;
(6)整粒:将14目的筛网安装在在摇摆式颗粒机上,开启颗粒机,将步骤(6)所得的颗粒加入摇摆式颗粒机中整粒;
(7)总混:将步骤(7)所得的颗粒加入多向运动混合机中,然后加入步骤(3)所称取的硬脂酸镁,开启多向运动混合机,混合15-30分钟;
(8)压片:采用压片机进行压片,压片工艺参数:片重0.2-1克,转台转速20-30r/min,压片压力30-40千牛顿;
(9)灭菌、装瓶、包装,即可。
海带提取物中的海带多糖具有抗氧化、增强免疫、改善肾功能等的生物活性;蛹虫草能抗疲劳,促进新陈代谢,有提高免疫力,延缓衰老,扶正固本的功效,对女性遗尿、空冷不孕有良好作用;松茸粉具有提高免疫力、抗衰老养颜、理气化痰、强身等功效;蓝莓富含花色苷和维生素,具有保护毛细血管和抗氧化的作用,能延缓脑神经衰老、增强记忆力,有助于维持健康的皮肤;薏苡仁富含淀粉及人体所需的多种氨基酸,具有健脾利湿,增强免疫力和抗炎的作用;酸枣酸、平、无毒,其味甘,性平,具有镇定安神之功效补肝胆、宁心敛汗的作用;黑豆性味甘,有活血、清热解毒、滋养健血等功效。
本发明有益效果:本发明将海带提取物、蛹虫草粉以及这些适于亚健康女性食用的松茸粉、蓝莓粉、薏苡仁粉、酸枣粉和黑豆粉混合在一起,加强了功能性营养成分的作用,对女性肾功能改善有良好的作用,特别适宜于女性亚健康人群。经试用表明,效果显著。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一:
本实施例之昆布虫草压片糖果,由以下重量的原料制成:蛹虫草粉20份,松茸粉20份,蓝莓粉10份,海带提取物10份,薏苡仁粉5份,酸枣粉5份,黑豆粉5份,D-甘露糖醇10份,麦芽糊精10份,硬脂酸镁5份。
制备方法:
(1)制备海带提取物;采用已有技术制备方法,制备出海带提取物备用;或在市场购买海带提取物;
(2)称量备料:按以下重量份的配比称取各原料:步骤(1)所得海带提取物10份、蛹虫草粉20份,松茸粉20份,蓝莓粉10份,海带提取物10份,薏苡仁粉5份,酸枣粉5份,黑豆粉5份,D-甘露糖醇10份,麦芽糊精10份,硬脂酸镁5份;
(3)制备软材:将步骤(2)称量所得的海带提取物、木糖醇、麦芽糊精置于搅拌机中,开机搅拌,边搅拌边加纯水,搅拌5-10分钟,所制备的软材达到抓之成团、触之即散状态,停止加入纯水;再搅拌15-30分钟,得软材;
(4)制粒:把12目的筛网装在摇摆式颗粒机上,开启摇摆式颗粒机,将步骤(3)所得的软材加入摇摆式颗粒机中制粒;
(5)干燥:将步骤(4)所得的颗粒均匀铺散在不锈钢烘托盘中,启动烘箱,温度控制在70-80°C,干燥4-5小时;
(6)整粒:将14目的筛网安装在在摇摆式颗粒机上,开启颗粒机,将步骤(6)所得的颗粒加入摇摆式颗粒机中整粒;
(7)总混:将步骤(7)所得的颗粒加入多向运动混合机中,然后加入步骤(3)所称取的硬脂酸镁,开启多向运动混合机,混合15-30分钟;
(8)压片:采用压片机进行压片,压片工艺参数:片重0.2-1克,转台转速20-30r/min,压片压力30-40千牛顿;
(9)灭菌、装瓶、包装,即可。
服用方法如下:每日三次服用,口服每次4-6粒。
病人谭某某,女,54岁 ,河北唐山人。症状表现为失眠多梦、腰酸背疼、疲乏无力、头脑不清醒、注意力不集中、记忆力减退等。服用实施例1配方所得压片糖果一个月后,症状明显有所减轻。服用三个月后,基本无上述症状。
实施例二:
本实施例之昆布虫草压片糖果,由以下重量的原料制成:蛹虫草粉15份,松茸粉20份,蓝莓粉10份,海带提取物15份,薏苡仁粉5份,酸枣粉5份,黑豆粉5份,D-甘露糖醇10份,麦芽糊精10份,硬脂酸镁5份。
制备及服用方法同实施例一。
张某某,女,42岁,河北省唐山人。症状表现为腰膝酸软、形寒肢冷以下肢为甚,头晕耳鸣、身疲乏力、不孕、尿少、浮肿、面色苍白、舌质淡胖、脉沉弱等。服用实施例2配方所得压片糖果2个月后,症状明显有所减轻。服用6个月后,症状全无。
实施例三:
本实施例之昆布虫草压片糖果,由以下重量的原料制成:蛹虫草粉15份,松茸粉15份,蓝莓粉10份,海带提取物15份,薏苡仁粉10份,酸枣粉5份,黑豆粉5份,D-甘露糖醇10份,麦芽糊精10份,硬脂酸镁5份。
制备及服用方法同实施例一。
本发明的动物有效性试验:
小鼠肾虚模型的构建及给药:
清洁级(SPF)雌性BALB/c小鼠,体重18±2g,随机分为3组,每组20只,分别为正常对照组、肾虚模型组、肾虚模型给药组。
除正常组外,其它两组每日腹腔注射25mg/Kg氢化可的松,正常组每日腹腔注射等量生理盐水,同时,模型给药组按500mg/kg的剂量给予小鼠药物灌胃治疗(本药物采用实施例三制备所得压片糖果),正常组和模型组用等体积生理盐水灌胃,1次/d,连续给药14天。
实验过程中,于末次给药后1小时摘眼球取血测定血清中环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)水平,雌二醇(ESTRDL)以及脂质过氧化指标丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),并计算cAMP/cGMP比值。
检测结果见表1、表2:

cAMP、cGMP 作为机体的第二信使物质,具有多方面的生物学作用,是调节生理功能、物质代谢和细胞增殖、分化的重要因子。cAMP 作为机体内最普遍的第二信使,介导神经递质、内分泌激素等进行信号转导,发挥其生物学效应。cAMP 的配基包括多肽类激素,对机体甲状腺激素、肾上腺皮质激素有一定的调节作用。因此cAMP 含量与内分泌激素的改变有一定的相关性,cAMP、cGMP 含量及比值改变是反映肾虚较为特异的指标。
从表1的结果可以看出,模型组与正常组对比,其cAMP 降低、cGMP 升高、cAMP/cGMP 比值明显降低,提示该模型组为肾虚模型,肾虚模型构建成功;模型给药组与正常组相比,其cAMP、cGMP含量及cAMP/cGMP 比值都没有明显的升高或降低,与正常组无明显差异,因此,模型给药组对肾虚小鼠具有明显的治疗作用。
脂质氧化终产物丙二醛(MDA)是膜脂过氧化最重要的产物之一,它的产生能加剧膜的损伤,因此在衰老和抗氧化生理研究中MDA含量是一个常用指标,可通过MDA了解膜脂过氧化的程度;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)为自由基清除剂,它广泛存在于生物体的各种组织中,能清除自由基O2(超氧阴离子自由基),而O2具有细胞毒性,可使脂质过氧化,损伤细胞膜,引起炎症,肿瘤和自身免疫性疾病,并可能促使机体衰老;雌二醇(E2)是由卵巢成熟滤泡分泌的一种自然雌激素,能增进和调节妇性器官及副性征的正常发育。
从表2的结果中可以看出,模型组与正常组对比,其MDA含量升高,SOD含量降低,E2水平降低,说明模型组小鼠的雌激素水平明显下降,且体内产生了多余的自由基,造成了脂质过氧化;模型给药组与正常组相比,其MDA含量、SOD含量及 E2水平都无明显的差异,因此,模型给药组能有效调节小鼠的性激素水平,并能有效改善机体内自由基状况,缓解并消除肾虚的症状。
综上所述,本发明压片糖果对由氢化可的松建立的肾虚模型小鼠有明显的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与调节cAMP/cGMP 平衡、调节性激素水平以及改善机体内自由基状况有关。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于改善女性肾功能的昆布虫草压片糖果,其特征在于包含以下重量份的原料:海带提取物5-20份、蛹虫草粉10-30份、松茸粉10-30份、蓝莓粉5-20份、薏苡仁粉5-10份、酸枣粉5-10份、黑豆粉5-10份、D-甘露醇5-10份、麦芽糊精1-10份、硬脂酸镁1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种昆布虫草压片糖果,其特征在于所述重量份的原料,份数如下:蛹虫草粉20份,松茸粉20份,蓝莓粉10份,海带提取物10份,薏苡仁粉5份,酸枣粉5份,黑豆粉5份,D-甘露糖醇10份,麦芽糊精10份,硬脂酸镁5份。
3.一种昆布虫草压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于包含如下步骤:
(1)制备海带提取物;采用已有技术制备方法,制备出海带提取物备用;或在市场购买海带提取物;
(2)称量备料:按以下重量份的配比称取各原料:步骤(1)所得海带提取物5-20份,蛹虫草粉10-30份、松茸粉10-30份、蓝莓粉5-20份、薏苡仁粉5-10份、酸枣粉5-10份、黑豆粉5-10份、D-甘露醇5-10份、麦芽糊精1-10份、硬脂酸镁1-5份;

(4)制粒:把12目的筛网装在摇摆式颗粒机上,开启摇摆式颗粒机,将步骤(3)所得的软材加入摇摆式颗粒机中制粒;
(5)干燥:将步骤(4)所得的颗粒均匀铺散在不锈钢烘托盘中,启动烘箱,温度控制在70-80°C,干燥4-5小时;
(6)整粒:将14目的筛网安装在在摇摆式颗粒机上,开启颗粒机,将步骤(5)所得的颗粒加入摇摆式颗粒机中整粒;
